They cleared a line of 10 cars before taking care of the lobby. Multiple lobby customers got drinks way out of order. Took 14 minutes to make a pink drink that then took the girl 30 seconds to make. If they would quit talking to non employees sitting at the bar or worrying about doing coffee shots together, or standing there talking amongst each other- then maybe the lines in and out would move quicker.

Great, but the other day I got my drink stolen is going hat they sad. Then left called to see how I am going to get that fixed. Then get back to the store. They told me it was a glitch in they ordering system(that is not true). They then sad they dont give out refunds.It was not that I got my drink taking. It was the was they where so nonchalant about it and laughed at me when I was asking about my drink. They made mad the whole rest of the day. They didnt even look. They just sad it got stolen, laughed and then looked at me. Like I was trying to get something from them. Well I was...the drink I paid for.

What a wonderful addition to the town! I love our local, hometown coffee places, but its a nice treat to get a Starbucks coffee or refresher. The staff is always polite, kind, and helpful! Theyve even helped me in selecting a drink when I found the menu too overwhelming to choose. I only gave four stars because they are pricey!

Got coffee and sandwiches here early morning, quiet and spacious sitting area, friendly staff.

Everything I tried to order they didnt have. I understand issues with supply but the person taking my order didnt even offer alternatives or something similar. Unfortunately we had been waiting in the drive thru for quite sometime. Extremely slow service. Not customer friendly and unable to use the app to order ahead. If the app was available we would have known ahead of time they were out of everything and could have avoided wasting 15 minutes in line.

Nice breakfast sandwich selection and friendly staff. Masks being worn so we stayed. No masks worn at the Breakfast Company nearby, so we left.

No cups other than the medium ones. Rude employees when it comes to ordering. Sell reusable cups tried to by one an they won’t let you use them there. Line is always slow worst Starbucks I have ever been to.

It’s great that we have a Starbucks in town!I really enjoy coming here to get a coffee and get work done. Beautiful atmosphere, clean restrooms and tables, and the coffee is yummy!The staff has always been super helpful and kind. My cappuccinos have always been made really well, lots of foam and very hot. And the service here is quick.

I love having this place in town! Love the dairy free options and aside from it being probably one of the slowest starbucks I have ever been to I dont usually have any issues with my drinks....EXCEPT for these past two trips. I order my frappuccinos the same way with coconut milk and no whip due to a milk allergy. These past two trips have left me wondering from my bathroom if the coconut milk has expired or if they just made it with normal milk.

The drinks are just right and the people are friendly. Im not a fan of the new aesthetic of Starbucks, which is simple, clean, and somewhat Spartan. It gives the impression of welcome, come in, get your coffee, but dont stay long. I like a more comfortable feel like there used to be in a Starbucks. That being said, you will get exactly what you expect from Starbucks by coming here for a drink.

Starbucks please provide adequate training for your employees before they are on their own!! What a horrible experience. No one knew what they were doing. Ordering 2 simple drinks took almost ten minutes.

Great service 1st thing in the morning. Only had one barista running the whole place and she still was able to get my order rapidly without a wait. Beverages were very delicious a and order was all correct.

This is probably the worst Starbucks Ive been to. I order the same drink almost every time I go and its NEVER been made right. I always go back to get it remade and it still ends up wrong. When I do try something new, it tastes burnt with no flavor. Just today I ordered iced and they tried to give me hot. Employees definitely need more training.

Honest to goodness, this has to be the slowest coffee joint in the state. Ive never experienced such ridiculous wait times for a drink. Although I will say its fairly comical to sit and watch those not from around this area stand and wait for their drinks. Its very apparent that no one is used to this. Ive waited up to 20 minutes for a cup of coffee here. I try to avoid the chain since there are two great local options in town (Joshua Cup and Jack at the Parthenon), but they arent open on Sundays. Steer clear of here if youre in a hurry.

Baristas are always very nice and polite. The wait is a bit long, but I will attribute that to the fact that they are still new and learning. Overall, SUPER ecstatic we finally have a Starbucks.

Im happy there is a Starbucks, but Im not happy with the quality. I ordered a cold brew with salted carmel foam and it was disgusting. The foam was melted by the time I got my drink and the coffee just didnt taste right.

A few different occasions this particular Starbucks has only filled a coffee half full. When ordering two venti mochas, one was MUCH lighter. After removing the lid, you could then tell the cup was half whip. When asking that one be remade due to only be half there the barista then tells me I’m wrong and that she “could” remake it but it would be the same because nothing is wrong with it. Needless to say highly disappointed in this Starbucks.

This location is in the worst location. Hard to get to, hard to leave.
