Love pilot. Its a great travel center. You can get pretty much any and everything you need for the road and road trips. Most if not all have a restaurant in them so you can grab a quick bite if you want to. The truck driver side of things the showers are extremely clean and there is not a long wait for them. The prices of gas and diesel fuel are some of the cheapest around.

Very friendly staff, the subway is super clean and fresh.Store overall is well kept, it’s also well lit,just make sure you properly manage your time if your a truck driver, expecting to land a free parking space for your tractor/trailer.

Worst truckstop in country when it comes to pay to park. You pay online then someone else parks in your spot that didnt pay. Their new policy is to not go move trucks that didnt pay. This pilot doesnt understand the reserved parking system. Truckers reserve spots to guarantee they have a place to park when out of hours. Being a driver I park at truck stops often and have never seen a worse truckstop policy anywhere else in the country. Crawfordsville Indiana is the only TS I have ever had this problem.

Unable to get any gas at any of the pumps. All of them were down. Has to go 16 miles out of the way to another truck stop for gas. Don’t come here.

I go by this station everyday, very rarely stop. I stopped this morning to get a sandwich for breakfast, yet there was none. Also it was 8 dollars for a 12 pack of pop. Just the latest two reasons why I drive by instead of stopping at this location.

Usually this is a quick and convenient place for me to stop. So much so that I had given a 5 star rating previously. Today I would give it 1 star, so I figure that averages to 3...Anyways, a brunette cashier with her hair in a ponytail stood with her back to me playing on her phone when I went to check out. In fact, another employee had to come from the other side of the store to help me. All the while the other cashier played on her phone.Maybe Im a bit more annoyed with this than I should be because Im in a hurry to be somewhere? Maybe she was on her break? Maybe she just shouldnt work in a position that requires any interaction with the public whatsoever? I dont know.However, I do know that I am/was in a hurry, she acted like she was on a break, and as a customer I felt ignored and disregarded.

Very large parking lot easy to maneuver a tractor trailer. Fuel island is very open and people usually pull ahead so you can get in easier. Theres a subway inside and theyre good. Restrooms are clean, good choice of drinks and snacks, the staff here is really friendly and helpful.

Great place to stop as its right off the highway. It has ample parking for large rigs and regular cars. It also has a scale if you need to check the weight of your semi or camper.I only stopped to buy an energy drink, but I found the prices to decent when compared to other convenience stores.

At first glance it looks old and dumpy but is spotless inside. Very clean showers and friendly staff.

As always is a great place to stop every time I stopped there is always plenty of parking no matter what time I stop there I always use that area route 74 East or West I always make that place to stop before I even cross the border going into Ohio going to I-70 or going into Illinois where back East was Virginia is always a great place to stop and always has a lot of stuff for you to get stopping to eat I enjoy their place each and every time you guys keep up the great work

Nice stop but Subway old woman employee with the RICK tattoo is very slow and unmotivated in the morning. And cant cook a breakfast flat bread right. Egg cold. Im sure RICK was a real genius too.

LIES!Just had a cashier tell us, Legally we can not have a flag pole. The government has to come in and install it. That is the email we got from corporate.LIES LIES LIES!!!The government has no authority to come on to private property and make changes.Just be honest and say, We do not want to offend foreign drivers by showing our patriotism!

I have over two million miles in traveling the country. Many times I have stopped and fueled at the Pilot travel centers. I am very happy that one of the best center is located in my home town Toledo....Ive also had the pleasure of meeting the manager Brandon, who has made Toledo my favorite. ..

Its okay. Has a nice Subway attached. Some of the newer Pilots have better food choices. Restrooms could use a little more cleaning.

Ill give it 4. Truck parking, though lacking, is easy. There are however now 10 pay to park spots across from the scales. Inside is clean and big, although the mens room only has 2 toilets so plan your business time wisely. Subway has more than half the building, you think there could be some remodeling. Associates are very friendly, which personally is rare for a pilot so good props from me there.

It is what it is, good place for travelers to stop, stretch and grab a cup of coffee .If your a truck driver well your at the mercy of other drivers in the manners and etiquette department.But over all the staff is friendly and its a pretty clean place

I spent a ten hour there on 2-19-19. No LAUNDRY on site which was a letdown! Given the rural location and tons of space available. Seriously, there is a 3,000 square foot subway restaurant with tons of open floor space but not a washer and dryer for truck drivers?Several drivers waiting for coffee at 7:30 am was a little odd to me. Great location, use some of the 30 acre site and add some stackable washers and dryers.

Well I can tell you that pilot need some help is a little bit on a dirty side.the landscape around the perimeter where we park was filled with trash a lot of trash I just think that it needs to catch up to the other ones that Ive been at.and I know you guys are working hard to get this done and as a professional driver we appreciate it. So thank you pilot and flying J for your accomplishments that you have done.

I stayed at this pilot overnight on 1-29-19. When I first got here I went in and took a shower they were very clean! I was surprised to see a wheelchair accessible shower it was really nice. The only bad thing I found was after soaping up and trying to rinse off ur skin felt like it had slime on it and the more you rinsed the more you felt that slimy feeling. The workers here are extremely helpful and nice .

Could not get fuel. Pumps were not working. Was told to wait until maintenance man came to fix them. Oops there went about 500 dillars worth of business. Better luck next time.

Coffee was fresh. Counter people were friendly. I do not like Subway so I never went in though many folks were in there. PJ Fresh was a little stale and choices were few.

Besides getting a good price on the gas, especially with the rewards card, this location has interesting products to look at if youre interested in purchasing different things.

Pilot Travel Centers are the best truck stops in the midwest. The store is always clean and well supplied. The restrooms and shower rooms are always clean, well maintained and supplied. They have the best customer service in the industry.

I stop in this Pilot truck stop Sunday. The maneger Chris, help me with some questions. Plus I look how he run this truck stop in order of take care fuel,store,shower and restaurant, he surprise me his job. More employees like him with need.. thank u.

Red headed woman do not deserve to be wearing mgr tag, she is lazy and do not want to check for missing item on shelf, but definitely like to raise her voice to let everyone in pilot know she was in charge. Is this how corporate train their employers now days.. Definitely not stopping there no more. Let all my truck driver buddys know about it. The restroom was not clean and trash can was overfilled...

This is a busy place! Off the Interstate next to a Casino! Almost anything you might need on the road. Fuel, food, drinks fast food.

Clean and courteous staff. There is a Subway at this Pilot Truck Stop. Clean restrooms. The store side has some nick nacks and some truck accessories. The subway side has a sit-down area. Parking lot is huge(Truckers and motorist who want to get a power nap).
