I have not used this service and because of my experience just in the parking lot, I would never use them and would recommend you stay away. I would rather drive to Indy or Lafayette than deal with the woman that runs this place. I don’t know her name, but she accosted me in her parking lot simply cause I used it to turn around. It was never my intention to use this lot as a secondary pick up location for my middle school child that was getting out of school at the time. I simply needed to turn around. As I was waiting for the traffic to clear and children to cross she came out and yelled at me for being there. As I tried to explain that I wasn’t waiting there to pick up my child and I was simply turning around, she kept yelling at me. There was no kindness or empathy. Just plain rude and mean. Stay away from here, unless you enjoy being verbally abused for no reason.

The lady is friendly does a good job

This is the absolute best experience Ive ever had sending something through fedex. The lady working there is like the nicest person Ive ever met! Ill send everything through here from now on!

Disappointed and treated badly.BTW: This is what my husband has described in a nutshell.Kinda dont have a choice with only one other FedEx drop-off (Walgreens) in town and they will only accept packages up to 55 pounds.**Make your own decision on this one!

Building and location were odd and unexpected... as this was the only FedEx shipping center in town I expected it to be a little more modern I guess, but the proprietor was very prompt and friendly. For USPS Priority Mail, should have gone to the post office a few blocks away to get a tracking number immediately rather than waiting for an email the next day.
