If the only thing you do is paint - I would think you would teach your people about paint. Everytime I go in there for help with paint questions they tell me to just look around or they shrug their shoulders at me. And last night I went to buy samples- they don’t do samples so I had to buy an $18 quart & then it wasn’t the finish I asked for! And the paint brush shed ALL OVER MY TRIM! WORST paint brush I’ve ever purchased!And what’s with the store telling me Eggshell and satin are the same? NO THEY ARE NOT!The paint is very expensive. I’m painting a 3300 sq ft house. If I’m paying that kind of money I expect some service & good products.
