I took my car to Auto Collision Experts recently because a family member recommended it. I’m so glad I did! Fred took care of everything with the insurance company. My car was finished faster than I expected. I was very pleased with the repairs and he even took care of a burnt out headlight which I didn’t expect. My car was spotless and I didn’t expect that either. Thanks, Fred, for making my unfortunate collision turn out perfectly!

The back windshield of our Chevy Silverado spiderwebbed and cracked during the polar vortex. I contacted Auto Collision Experts and they handled EVERYTHING from ordering the correct part, to working with and receiving payment from my insurance, to scheduling the install. Communication was clear and easy throughout the entire process - And my super picky husband was 100% pleased! I could not be more pleased with the work done on my SRX! Rear quarter panel was caved in but it looks literally brand new. They got me in in less than a week and the work was done in 3 days. Their office, lot, and garages are so clean and everyone was friendly, kind and knew their business. Oh yes: They beat every other estimate by $300 or more. Outstanding all around!

I had an accident with my 2013 Lexus RX 350. Auto Collision Experts in Crest Hill did a great job repairing it. There was about $15,000 worth of damage, and I am so pleased with their work. The girls in the office were great. John kept me updated on the status of the repairs. I would go back to them again.

By far the worst company to have work on my car. The man there in charge is a hack. He told me he would make my car like new but nothing lined up correct. He told me over and over he would fix it and he took my car back twice but never did . I have lived near this shop and have seen them take part in alot of shady things but never thought they would deliberately try to screw over there customers. I contacted my insurance who said they have nothing but issues like this and will no longer use this shop if that tells u anything. Full review with pictures and other info will post shortly. John is a scammer in his personal live and his business period.

Update - I highly encourage all of you to stay as far away from auto collision experts as you can I say this in hopes that you listen before one of your own’s put on the road with a vehicle not attached to the frame #1#2 - SUV had to be sent to two different body shops and was told by Ford technicians that the vehicle left auto collision experts unsafe and with as many things that they forgot to do anyone driving that vehicle could have died .Save your family and go somewhere else please .As a long time client of Auto Collision experts I had great experiences in past years.They had my SUV for 187 days - when I would inquire about what was taking so long I was told Dont have parts. I asked what parts were missing, and they refused to tell me.Sadly I did not have one positive conversation with the owner of the company.Freddie he would yell and say cause words to me and hang up.He gave me his word on day 87 that the sUV will be fixed top notch and to believe in them doing the job right.Don’t make the same mistake I did, and believe what they say.I received th SUV back and as soon as I drove it there were things clinging and making noise all over the engin.Also the car won’t stay on the road, I had to bring it to a Ford dealer today to see what is completely wrong.Ford has also taken down the information of this business.If you are in an accident and need repair go somewhere else.I waited over 250 days for a suv that makes all kinds of noise and drives off the road right and left.Will update my review after ford dealer goes through and find out where they have failed - updated at the top.Think safety first, this collision expert will leave you in a death trap.Hate to see good business go bad, but this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I was texted by the owner to take my past review down, this review is for th safety of others.Drive safe - stay away from this place

This place dont deserve not one star. Took my truck In and they kept the truck for over 3weeks when they said 2weeks ONLY . When the truck was getting picked up the fender was popping out, the hood was not leveled correctly, I had missing pieces to the hood and worst part my engine light stood one. Brought to get fixed o there lack of work and once again another 4 days with my truck.. terrible terrible service....Never again will I ever come here for there crappy service
