Had a smart start device installed and being removed the hacked at my wiring harness and now I have to pay extra to repair the wiring harness they chopped apart. Don’t trust them

Everyone is very friendly. You’re greeted with a smile! Service is quick and prices are reasonable. Seating is comfortable if you’re waiting. They also have a cool turtle in an aquarium!

I always have a good experience here. The staff are always honest and knowledgeable and I never get that.. am I gonna get ripped off feel..the prices I think are fair and the time management is reasonable...if your looking to get your vehicle repaired without the worry I strongly recommend this place.

I have been taking my car there since they opened, between the old location and the new location, the one thing that has remained constant is the amazing customer service and team that works there. They do a good honest job on the work they do. A bit high priced on some things, but they do it by the book. Respectable business.

The service was excellent, pricing was very fair. I appreciated that Mike didnt try and sell me the kitchen sink, like most places do. He made it clear what I needed to fix for my car to be safe, and what other less important repairs are suggested. They fixed it right the first time, hassle free!

I was a devoted customer...until the last visit. A guy I’d never seen before told me my oil change would be $200 dollars because it’s a Mercedes. I loathe shops that try to take advantage because I’m a woman. I was driving from Naperville to go here. Never again

I came in at 5pm, close to closing time and they were more than willing to take care of me. They took my car in and had it ready in two short days. These guys are awesome mechanics and Im sending anyone and everyone who needs repairs their way.

Have had my Durango and my wifes Expedition in for work and have found a new mechanic. Dealt with Mike (Owner), the 1st time and with Dave the second. No difference at all. They mean what they tell you and if there is going to be a change for whatever reason you get a call.They did an especially good job with the Expedition. They got it 3:30 on a Friday afternoon and somehow managed to get it back to me by 3 on a Saturday. Good job guys!

I had a problem with the springs on my car and these guys recommended me to change them. They were very faithful and through throughout the process.

These guys rock! Mike is super friendly and honest. He beat the other estimates I had by quite a bit, and helped me get my car back on the road! They even had it done earlier than they promised! Will defintely be going here and telling my friends from now on!
