I had collected several quotes on suspension work on my wife’s SUV, and they gave me the absolute best price. Sometimes that concerns me but they put that to rest immediately. They did a superb job, offered advice on repairs I might want to consider without pushing to make me do it immediately and everyone I spoke to throughout the process was beyond courteous, helpful and friendly. I am about to come in to do the repair they suggested as well as a break job, and I don’t feel the need to shop around at all. They have earned a loyal customer in me.

Went for a oil change and gotta say this place is my new go-to. Specifically love the “bring your own parts” aspect. I like using Royal Purple oil and while I’d like to do it myself, the convenience this place offered is awesome. They were quick too. Waited in their little lobby area while it was done. I use hand controls also and they had no problems whatsoever operating them. Got some suggestions on what to replace in the future. 10/10 service, thanks guys!

As always, First Choice got my repairs done on time and as promised. Its rare that you find a place you trust.... but this is mine. Always honest, friendly and genuine family atmosphere. Highly recommend for your auto needs !!

All I can say is that I love coming to this place. Bill, Melissa, Dan, Nick, and the whole crew are nothing short of amazing. I have brought my cars to First Choice Auto Repair several times and have NEVER been disappointed with their service. This last time is no exception.My sons car was out of state with him this summer and there was a problem with one of the headlight assemblies so we had to bring it to another repair shop that was local to where he was so that the car would be legal to drive with two working headlights. We had to purchase a new headlight assembly. The other shop installed it but still the headlight was not working properly. They had no idea why that was so after having told me they had checked all possibilities. Once my son came back home, we took the car to First Auto explained what was going on and within the hour we got a call back saying the car was fixed - and it was. Enough said.If you want a place that deals with you fairly and professionally and does the work correctly once they are able to diagnose the problem and stands behind their work then you absolutely cannot go wrong at First Choice Auto Repair. I highly recommend them and would give them 10 stars if I could.

I needed some front end suspension work done lower control arms. So I called and spoke with a man named Dan. I dropped my car off and it was done the same day and they were busy not only did they do a great job but they go above and beyond with there customer service they even tightened up everything that was loose on the suspension from a previous repair. I recently had the other parts replaced by someone else and it wasnt done properly thats what brought me to this First Choice Auto Repair and for a very fair price! I will keep coming back with my car repair needs as well as tell my friends and family!

This business is well run and does great on time for the price quote. I have used them mainly for the hard stuff that requires a lift. I do most of the work on my truck but when it requires more knowledge and equipment this is where I take it to be fixed. It is a friendly place to get your vehicle repaired.

Yeah, didnt really like how they told me I had to buy my own parts a day after I drop off my Chrysler. Out of all the research Ive done with this auto repair shop, I never knew that I had to buy my own parts until a day after I dropped off the car. Normally, a shop will tell you what you all need in order to get your car repaired well ahead of time so that you can prepare. On top of that, when I went to OReillys to return the battery that they replaced, I found out that I was given a Walmart battery. Not sure if this is just a mistake or if they were trying to rip me off but that wasnt cool I had to drive back and forth. Also I was told it would cost $220 to replace my alternator on the phone, but I ended up having to pay $320.

Took my car in on a referral. The staff was friendly. They listened to my concerns. I had a weird sound coming from under my car like something was loose. They drove with me first and then put it on the rack. This place was packed. I waiting about an hour amd a half and it was fixed. Pricing was reaonable. My car runs like new again. No issues.

Really wanted to give more but my problem here is I had my van checked before bringing to this mechanic and I had one issue and all of a sudden I had to keep bringing my van back for more spent over 3,000, different causes back in forth multiple times the woman gave me quotes on things that needed done but when I went to get van a young mechanic told me I had none of those issues so are they breaking people cars so we can keep coming back or what or lying about things that don’t really need fixing to keep ppl coming back, lastly had my ac recharge and it’s only been one month and stop working smh stay away they will bleed your bank with unnecessary stuff

These guys are now my SMEs when it comes to my vehicle.The people at First Choice are helpful, knowledgeable, and flexible, the very essence of what a small, local business should be. As my vehicle ages, I imagine we will get to being on a first name basis sooner rather than later. If you’re good doing the research but lack the confidence to do the work, this is the place.I should also mention that I found them in a town that Ive lived in for over 2 decades because Ive driven by hundreds, if not thousands of times. So support your business by supporting local sign painters! There was no mistake about what they did and it solidified where they were in my head because they were smart enough to put it right in front of me, because Im kind of an idiot.

Great atmosphere and quality work. Everything inside the location felt modern. Most repair shops seem dark and dirty. This place is the complete opposite. Also price was superbly fair for my cars. I love that they are very honest and upfront with what work needs to be done and what can wait, having the option to bring your own parts saves you a ton of money (they will even give you the exact part # you need which saves you time searching for it). Their techs seem very knowledgeable and theres usually a comedy show upfront listening to the workers banter and go back and forth.

Have been coming here for a couple of years now and always had excellent service. I recently brought in my Nissan Armada to have my brakes done, all 4 rotors and pads, brake lines flushed, trans and 4 wheel drive differential front and back. The service was fairly quick and was completed in less than a day. Only issue was the price quoted did not reflect some charges for fluid needed for the 4wd which was understandable. After speaking to the rep when I picked up my vehicle he was able to offer me a slight discount which was fine by me. I did however bring in my own parts for the brakes which included the rotors and pads for the front and back so I guess I saved some money. This is what I like about this place is having the ability to bring in your own parts and having them install them just for the labor. You save some money instead of paying for over priced parts and they are willing to help you make the right decision in parts also they do not price gouge you for ordering parts. Overall great customer service and an excellent family business with owner who genuinely care about their customers and the provided customer service. Thank you First Choice Auto!!!

Called Friday afternoon, spoke to Dan, asked how soon could he get me in since needed brakes replaced ASAP as they were grinding. The shop was booked Saturday, but, Dan said bring it first thing Saturday @8:00am and well squeeze you in.This is the only place that I can buy my own parts, bring them in, and theyll replace them. I was able to return the old pads and rotors at AutoZone since they have lifetime warranty so that got me my money back on parts. Best deal ever!!! Really loved the experience, professionalism, knowledge, and the friendliness of everyone from Bill & Dan to the wife and kids!!! Great job guys and keep up the great work!!! All around great Auto service company. Had a few staffing hiccups but they get rid of the unfit employees. Allows you to bring your own parts and still provides a labor warranty but not a part warranty. Able to work with peoples busy schedules and can squeeze me in sometimes for a check up. Best part is how friendly they are and their affordable rates. Quality doesnt always have to be very expensive.

This shop is the best around. Honest, reliable, and very good mechanics. My experiences have all been great. If you arent happy with your current mechanic, give these guys a shot. I did, and Im glad I did!

The service was excellent. I was informed as soon as I walked in for my appointment that they were a little behind. They were honest and straight forward. The gentleman with the braided bread and his old lady were extremely nice and funny. I will definitely be going back. We travel a bit to bring our cars there, but once you find a good mechanic you stick with them. Weve referred family and friends, all with very good results. Our family fleet has had everything from basic oil changes all the way up to complete motor swaps. Try them out, you wont be disappointed.

Awesome place to get work done. I havent had anyone touch any of my cars in 20 years but when I did have someone do the work - it was these guys. Nice family owned shop that is honest and has good prices. Had brakes and water pump done, no complaints. When I need work next Ill come back to First Choice, they have my business now.

I have changed the oil on my familys various vehicles over the years many many times, so when I couldnt get the filter off a newer vehicle that had been previously done by the dealership, I was frustrated. I googled First Choice the next morning (Monday) and spoke with a gentleman who accommodated me that day. Since I had a limited time available during my lunch hour from work, I asked him to approximate the time it would take to have it done so I could plan and not get back to the office late. He told me about a half hour. Sure enough it was done in a half hour. In addition, he was able to have a tire rotation done during that time which I also requested when I learned it was only $10 for that service. I have been to other places that it ended up taking twice as long as was estimated, so I prepared myself. Needless to say I was very pleased and impressed. And, since I brought in the filter and oil, I was charged only $15 with NO extra fees (such as disposal charges) or taxes that the dealership charges, turning it into something much more expensive every time it seems. Great job Dan and team, and thank you. I will definitely be back for other services in the future!

I received an online quote so I knew right away what the cost would be.The Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They replaced the engine in my 2006 F-150, not an easy task. It was done when they said it would be.They asked me to return in a week so that they can be sure that there are no leaks, etc. This shows that they really care about me & my truck. I plan on using First Choice Auto Repair again & highly recommend them to anyone.
