Had an absolute awful experience with car mas recently. I had a deal worked out on a used vehicle, had the purchase agreement faxed to my bank and signed for a new loan. I was told the car was mine the only thing I had to do was bring the cashiers check. The dealership was a few hours away so I even had a rental car paid for.I had an appointment to pick the vehicle up early the next morning, however, I get an email late that night (after they dealership was closed) informing me that the vehicle was sold to someone else because I didn’t put a deposit down.I was NEVER told about needing a deposit. It was never mentioned at all. I would have put money down no problem to hold the car but I was never given the option.This poor communication and customer service costs me money and time and I won’t get back. Save yourself the headache and avoid working with these sketchy salesman.(I didn’t use my real name for privacy reasons)

On car number 2 from here both still work and the sales people are really nice

I would give ZERO star if I could at this shady dealer.Went to check out an Acura RSX Type-S with 172k miles.The car was in fair condition but the 3rd gear would not go in / continue to grind. The drivers side door would not lock / unlock (typical Honda / Acura wear & tear long term).Inquired about these issues and they have said that the brake pads / rotors are the only problem when there was no problem with them.Also kept pushing that I should throw in a deposit if I wanted to purchase when I lost interest.Im not going to deposit money on a car that is broken and that will cost close to $1,000.00 for repairs and labor.STAY AWAY FROM THESE VEHICLES AS MOST ARE PROBABLY AUCTIONED AT CHEAP PRICE OR ALL SALVAGED TITLES

Very clean place and honest people. They gave me a great deal on my vehicle and it was the most hassle free experience i have had car shopping. I drove 2 hours to look at thierb vehicle after alot of looking around my town. I would recommend giving thier inventory a look.
