My mom’s iPhone 7 stopped working…the young man, Kyjuan took the time to explain the different phones to her, we picked an iPhone 11..He was patient enough to help her set her phone up and to answer every question she had. I appreciate this young man’s professionalism, patience and courteousness…I will definitely be back for my upgrade.

I had a couple questions about current phone deals and plans as Im looking to sign up for a phone plan. I called 5 times. 4th call they picked up but quickly ended the call. 5th time they ended up telling me they were closed before I could ask anything and on their website it says they close an hour later than what the boy on the phone told me. Would not be upset if they were friendly or given me the time of day on my previous calls.

I thought I was getting a great deal. But these people will straight up lie to your face, the manager too. This is a non corporate store, they will say anything to get commission. Thank god I got my 80$ back. I will only deal with t-mobile thru online, where there is paper trail. The rep told me to pay my activation fees up front and it would be credited on the next bill. Corporate told me that they don’t even have a button to do anything. WowEdit: manager reached out to me on here to have me email her and DID NOT RESPOND

Horrible store associates, they are pretty much scammers, they add lines to your account without telling you or explaining anything. When you get home you get surprised that you have more lines than what you have asked for because they want their bonus and reach their goals by stealing from other people.

Tmobile is a horrible business. I went to this tmobile store (worst decision i couldve made) and asked for a prepaid line. The rep gave me a post dated acct. Then, they charged me $90 on April 6. Of course, I called and they refunded me. Also, I was told prepaid accts doesnt have activation fees which I paid $30.80 for in store. So the rep put a credit of $30.80 on my post dated acct to offset the balance since she couldnt refund my card. She told me that once the acct was closed for 30 days the balance would be sent to me via mail in the form of a paper check. Then a month later, May 6th they charged me $59.20 and they sent the $59.20 balance to collections. Which as a company you cant sell a debt to a collection agency and then still collect on it. Thats making the person owe the debt twice. Ive called so many times and have been promised refunds by so many ppl: Mark ID #4715212, Gad who refused to provide his ID #, and Ian ID #448201. I was told a supervisor would call me. Never happened. Still I have yet to receive a refund. I will be filing complaints with BBB amd FTC and I dont mind filing a small claims lawsuit. This is wrong. If they are doing it to me, they are doing it to others. Collecting on debts that have already been bought by collections agencies. They getting paid for the debt by the collection agency and they are getting paid by the consumer. They are getting paid twice!

Isaac is the best! Super energetic, polite, helpful. Switched from Cricket. The monthly payment is higher but the quality of the phone calls is much better and worth it. The store is clean. Everyone is helpful. Very comfortable shopping environment.

Best T-Mobile in Joliet. Love the new staff. Every time I come in they are willing to help with any questions i have. Veronica is great she helped me upgrade my phone and explained the Jump program to me when I didnt even know I had it.

My girl Veronica over at the Tmobile spot in Crest Hill will be my phone hookup go to for life! She is the best!! All the other staff was nice and friendly and extremely helpful. Veronica made sure I was taken care of from A-Z! Highly recommend.

This is Business and all you could find is sales. Nothing about customer support or customer service. Specially with what they promote ASSURANT sucks. If you hit a problem they will not help you do it your self . Good luck.I come back to make a payment and they take all their time on sales. Not help on service. Horrible people been hired by same management there is not new management is the employees who have not a great training and gives the worst actitud to who ever going either pay bill, questions related on your bill, canceling lines, or insurance issues. Wherever your need is ... you will get the best service if you paying for a new phone. Check the pictures . I promise to post more with people waiting online. Or soon if possible a video.

This place is horrible. I gave it 5 stars in the past not knowing they were going to screw me over. I am paying for something I didnt even want...their sales person said it was for free come to find out the free giver no longer works there. Just go to another T-Moble store and save you a headache.

I called spoke Brenda to ask her about the iPhone promotion she was very rude that she hung up the phone on my face while I still had more questions to ask. Im a TMobile customer for over 12 yrs and I shouldnt not anyone should be treated that way.
