I come in a few times a week and swear this place has the best prices anywhere. Not just places in the area, but anywhere Ive been to. The hookahs are clean and taste amazing and they have a ton of flavors / house mixes. Its got a bit of a homey / dim atmosphere, love it. great place to bring a date, especially if you want to be low-key during weekdays. They dont serve any food, but dont care if you bring any in. Place is a hidden a gem to Crest Hill, worth going out of your way for.

Havent been here in a couple of years, as its a little out of the way for me. I went last Sunday (8-25-19), as I remembered getting good service from their during my prior engagements at this lounge. I was greeted by Ariel and she was fantastic. I came back from vacation in Spain and I bought an accessory for the coals. She had no problem using the accessory. She made a great hookah and my regular hookah was good for 3 and a half hours of me just smoking Double Apple. Ariel and I had a great conversation and made a friend by the end of the night. I went back on Thursday with a friend of mine and was greeted again by Ariel. My friend and I loved the hookahs and we agreed to go again this Sunday. Even if its out of the way, the service that Ariel provided and the great hookahs she made has me coming back!

Last Friday, my friends and I made a last minute decision to come here and I’m glad we did. Unbeatable price for sure and that’s what we love about it. The place was chill and decent. Our server was good and made great suggestions in terms of upgrading and mixing up flavors. I suggest upgrading the seats though because it was a little weird. But other than that it was a good time.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Only $10 per person and the hookahs are some of the best Ive ever had. It is still fairly new and one of the best kept secrets in the area. The owner is also a really nice guy if you take a few minutes to talk to him. The atmosphere is really chill, and the place is modern / dim / relaxing. Dont be put off by the outside, the inside is actually VERY nice. Our new go-to for hookah for sure.

Get service, stop in and check in on coals fun to talk too. Great flavors and a great VIP Hookah! Different games to play while chillin in a nice dark atmosphere with solid music. Been coming here for 2 years now and they are upgrading to more comfortable furniture making the experience more relaxing. Great place would highly recommend!

Service was very helpful. Hookah was good and reasonably priced. That being said, everything I saw online said $10 per person but if are by yourself it is $15. Pretty reasonable but good to know.

Thumbs up for large flavor selection, clean and inviting environment, quality hookah and minimal wait time even when theyre busy. Their hookahs hit well and taste good. As always great service. Everyone is so personable and makes you feel welcome. I love it here. They know their flavors.

Really dig the vibes here, really chill. Prices are unbeatable and they have some really good house mixes. No frills and just about the hookah and they make them good. Unlimited coal and no time limits either. Owner and staff are super nice.

Third time here and I love it. It was pretty busy, but they were still quick. Didnt have to wait long to be seated. The girls working recommended a house mix and it was actually really good / hit really well. Will be back next week :)

I came in here a week ago with my girlfriend worried that the vibe would be trashy but was quite the opposite. It was definitely the nicest hookah lounge weve been to. The girl helping us out was attentive and the hookah was smooth.

I have been coming here for years and I cant ever get tired of it. the new staff are awesome, and she asked my flavor preferences and created a custom flavor for me! Game Time is great, stop by some time.

3rd time here and it has become my new favorite spot. Very lowkey and chill, hookahs taste good and hit well. They dont gouge on price like some of the other places either, it was 10 bucks and I stayed for 2 hours, they keep the coals coming and let you stay as long as you want.

So relaxing and fun here. They have a variety of different games to play, so much fun with a group of people. Its also super cheap, just 10 bucks!

Ive been to many hooakh lounges over the years, but this is by far the best one Ive been to. Its a bit of a drive for me but I come here 2-3 times a month and have always had a great experience with their hookahs and staff. I recommend you try their VIP hookah and sit outside during warm weather.

I usually come every Friday and the young men and woman that work there are always pleasant and accommodating especially Ariel and Russell and I can’t forget Jacob!

Great place to kick back and relax, love the atmosphere here, chill vibes and cool workers. we got the vip and i would say it was worth it, gave me more smoke and nice clouds.

Came in with my buddies last night, had a blast. They have bubbles and board games and the vip room is really nice. Next time we are definitely renting the vip room.

This place is usually a chill place but the h has gone downhill. Barely busy night and my wife and I waited for 30 minutes being ignored by the staff until I finally had to get her attention myself. I’m sorry but a 30 minute wait after being ignored doesn’t warrant a tip. I then received attitude after paying without tipping. On top of that after getting the hookah you never see the staff. Oh and the music is some lame pandora station that play every song that was popular in 2015-16.

Ive been here a couple times Ive always had a great time. The hosts before were definitely more outgoing. I went there about a week ago with a huge group of friends and since we first got there these girls had attitude. For everything and anything we did or asked for they had a problem with.. we went out a couple times because we were waiting on other friends and they had a problem with that too. If we asked for a different station because we were the ONLY ones there they had a problem too. What happened to the girls from before even the owner of the place is amazing why hire girls that only bring the place down?

Worst experience ever, worst customer service!!! If I can give him a zero I would. The girl that works there is nice but the manager/owner is very rude and ignorant!! First he charges $10 per person and they use a tiny hookah head that get burned in like 20 min when I asked her for bigger one she told me that she have to charge me for, she asked the manager if he can wave that charge, then he gets on the phone and start yelling and arguing with us ! And on top of all that and I’m quoting him “Arabs always give me a hard time” so IGNORANT!
