The isles could be better cleaned, but the staff was friendly and helpful

Today about 12:15 pm a lady walking around the entire store with her mask under her chin I did not say anything nor did the employees I was next in line same lady took my place deliberately I said something to the cashier the cashier ignored me and to top it off she service the lady without the mask, thats when I had to voice my concerns management did nothing but make the matters worse. I decided to not purchase the items from a store that doesnt follow policy. I walked out the lady without the mask was outside waiting she said something to me Said it back she started chasing hitting me with her purse. I had to run away from her then another person gets in my face without her mask to defend a person she doesnt even know. Personally Im done shopping at places that serves people without a masked.

The store has a good variety of quality products.Dave the manager is always friendly & very helpful. He makes it fun to shop at his store.

Inventory is hit or miss. Long lines, probably due very being short staffed. Try to go early in the morning lines are more manageable then

My last two visits to this location was not good. I had to go to their other location off Larkin. The Larkin store is much better stocked than this store on Jefferson.

My favorite dollar store in the area. Sweetest employees and always helpful. Great items all for a dollar!! The dark haired girl working there is so sweet and kind would be my best friend if i had the choice.

Always good deals however only 1 register open with 10 plus ppl in line and worker called 3 times for help and singles and no one responded. Very bad leadership here from what I can see.

August 1, 2019.. I was looking for a Item I couldnt find it. So I Asked a young male manager & he said without even looking we probably dont have it. But I saw this other manager named PAUL busy stocking items . Paul immediately went in the back stock room & there on the very end by the door was my item. It took Paul 10 Seconds to find my item. . It was very important for me to have this cleaning item .i was SO VERY impressed & PAUL is always So Cheerful. ! ..One of the Managers named PAUL. Is so helpful & Very Polite. PAUL. Definitely should be the TOP manager at this Crest Hill, IL. Store. & PAUL .should definitely get a RAISE .

They have a huge specialty item area. This is usually the holiday or seasonal stuff (not all are the same). The cashier was really nice when I visited. Note, this location has refrigerated items. The shelves were stocked pretty good when I visited around 3pm. Store was fairly clean as well with the high volume traffic.

What can I say about this store is always in a mess.Store Manager Dave is always in a bad mood, I say if he doesnt like working there to pass it to someone else who cares.Manager Paul is always in a good mood he makes people laugh and he even tells people see you soonAnd my reason going to this store is because its a $1 and they mostly have what I look for

This place is filthy . Ive gone a good handful of times in the past month & its always so dirty. The floors are covered in dirt. Theres garbage all over the floors. No matter if its early in the morning or in the afternoon it always looks dirty. I thought to myself hm maybe in the morning it must be cleaner. Nope . They need someone to do a better cleaning job. Its just not inviting walking in to a messy dirty unorganized store. Only reason its getting 2 stars is because of pricing on everything. Cheap cheap cheap.

Fantastic store, they truly say everything for a $1. Great place to stock up on cleaning supplies, paper products and of a few groceries, some electrical and hardware products and kitchen items.

Empty looking really bad. Needs a good cleaning.

Long lines, trashed and dirty. Need to have more cashiers, stock the shelves and maintain the store clean. Store manager Dave has a very nasty temper with the workers and customers. This store has gone downhill ever since the tall skinny store manager left. I absolutely hate shopping here and only do it as a last resort. I have to always drive 15 minutes out of my way to avoid this paticular store. All the familiar faces of the great workers have left.

Customer service is null. The store was fully stocked & the manager along with another employee were working on a display. Meanwhile there were 20 people waiting in check out with one register open😡.

Because they have wonderful prices and they have literally everything you need like you can get A toy at Target for like $15 and you can get at the dollar tree

Lots of people in line and two cashiers working while two other employees just standing there like idiots... One of them chatting with what seemed to be the manager and the other listening to music nodding his head...

This dollar tree never has carts available. The store can definitely use some regular cleaning but The cashiers are always friendly and helpful.

This store is always out of whatever i need, they never seem to have change no matter my dollar amount. The store is pretty dirty and the bathrooms are very disgusting. Some of the workers are rude and have no people skills. The only plus i give this store is the hours of operation.
