On Saturday this place wasnt very busy at all. They sell Ashley brand furnitures. If you are looking for low priced stuff this is the right place to get it. Sales person was friendly. May be because we were the only ones in the store shopping today?

Do not buy from this place. The quality of the sofas are cheap and prices are so high. And they dont accept returns so dont fall from their sweet words. Theyre crooks they told us that they will give us discounts and free delivery. But end up paying delivery and no discounts. Just wasted 3k for a garbage sofa

Been trying to contact them for 3 months now regarding my couches not reclining when clicked.These couches were not cheap. I spoke to 4 different people already and kept saying they would call back and look into the warranty.No calls.Buyers beware!

Half of the furniture on display was falling apart or wouldnt function as it was supposed. On pieces that Ive seen in other stores I noticed their outlet prices were higher than the own manufacturers selling price.

Ordered a queen bed frame, the one in the show room had a box spring on it so I also ordered a box spring. Waited until it arrived. No call. When I called it was there and ready for pickup. I got it home and installed. Didnt realize the problem until I put box spring on it. It wasnt a queen. It was a kind and because of the slats it didnt need a box spring. The box clearly said queen bed set. So giving them the benefit of doubt I called to resolve the problem.They were very nice about resolving the problem. They ordered a new bed, promising to swap it out when it came in, refunded my money for the box spring I didnt need, and refunded the $10 math error on original transactions. At this point I was still willing to give a good review.The problems began on the scheduled date. I called on Tuesday and was told it was already on the delivery truck and they would be here to swap them out. I waited all day, not even a phone call. Next day I gave them til noon, still no call. When I called I was told they would have to call me back. Ok. Well they did and gave me a 3 hr window from 5 - 8 pm.About 6pm they arrived. They took the king frame apart, brought the box in and left so fast I didnt even know they were gone until my girlfriend told me.I called again Fernando wasnt there. I explained that I was led to believe it would be installed. Sure I could do it but having just had back surgery, certainly wasnt supposed to.I was told he would call them back to install it. By 9pm and no call I had my girlfriend help me install the bed. Next night around 6 PM they came back to install. Oops to late.When I say the box clearly said queen, it did. However as I learned, the K in the part number clearly means king.Will not be back to this store, ever

First let’s start with they brought me the wrong furniture. Left the wrong furniture and returned after 6pm the next day with the right furniture. Delivery guys could not get the couch through my door. I had to call someone else to get it through, which they did with ease. Also, whilst the delivery guys were trying to get the couch in my door they broke a light in my hallway. They stopped in the middle of delivery and left me with a couch in my hallway, luckily i called for help... who’s going to pay for the light that was broken.. poor poor customer service and delivery!!!!!! Also, one of the delivery guys was tired and sat down on my new couch 🤮!!!

You get what you pay for. I ordered a Seconal and it had threading on the Cushions for decoration and those started tearing the threading part within three weeks the customer service was good but I just feel like the quality is not there so the next time I buy a sectional I’m going to make sure that it’s a quality product. But if you need cheap furniture this is the place.

Went in here today. Sales lady was nice introduced herself explained some things. Said everything was on sale, the price you see is the regular price. Husband and I browsed around the whole store. Was just looking for a couple night stands. Found 2 different ones. The lady was attending to another customer. Took pictures of the 2 types I liked and pictures of the past numbers with pricing. Go up to the counter, a gentleman (with no mask on) was there. He asked me what could he help me with. I showed him the one nightstand which the original price was $159.00. Asked him if they were in stock. He said yes, he said delivery or pick up. I said pick up. I asked him how much were they each. He tells me well what was the price I said$159.00. He pulls his phone out then says yep they are that price (thinking in my head ok wheres the sale price) I said ok. Then he tells me I can pick up Thursday, um what. Assuming they have this in stock. He says they are at my warehouse. Ok thats ok im not interested.You say there is a sale on everything in the store. There is no sale. Dont announce everything is on sale and it isnt! You then dont have the product in stock at the store. Not good business at all. I could understand if I was getting a whole bedroom set. But, that was not the case. You said they were in stock. In stock means right there, not 2 days at a warehouse.Going to IKEA to get nightstand half the price.

Love the future they have the best customer Service and they also have the best futures an a big show room they have the best fair price and they treat you with respect and they help you find what ever you want I bought a couch and a mattress and they delivered it at the time it was meant to be there.

Not a very good experience, my sister-in-law bought a room and they never told her that they only had the sample and they went 2 times to pick it up and they did not have it and then that was the one they sent to their house and when they went to return it they no longer accepted it unless they will charge the fee of 25% of the purchase or 100 dollars to go for it
