Despite a small sign saying to wear a mask someone didn’t have one on inside, what a reckless way to do business how disappointing 711.

The 711 Rewards Program on their phone app is actually rewarding, unlike other reward programs. Its worth using because you dont have to spend a million dollars in order to accrue points. You get points for anything you buy in the store basically. The rewards are substantial like free soda, candies, hot foods.. depending how many points you have available to claim. I really appreciate that when you do claim a reward, you do not have to pay sales tax. They say its free, they mean FREE lol. Love that, because most places make you at least pay the sales tax. Also, you can use the app to pay for gas and if you do you get 11 cents off per gallon! Very convenient, you dont even have to go inside. Just pay from the app, choose your pump #, how much you want to pay and once payment processes you have 2 minutes exactly to get out and dispense the gas. Cool to see our local 711 is finally stepping into the future!

Went there for the first time in years. First thing that I saw happening was some commotion with some 17 year old guy being aggressive towards the staff for some reason. Made me feel uncomfortable. Stuff likes this should happen in San Bernardino where its expected and not across a good grocery store like Goodwins. So pretty good in my experience, just watch out for the homeless people and people like the kid.

So tired of homeless people sleeping in front of door or drug addicts hitting me up for Money. Every time I go there its like this. Store inside is nice and customer service is great but Im going to take my business elsewhere if they dont do something about the homeless and drug addicts.

Parking can be crowded. They have Redbox machines outside. Usually kept clean and organized. Ive never used or asked for the bathrooms. Staff are alright, not as friendly as other places on the mountain. Its a basic 7-11, not much to expect outside of the norm . Check out is usually very quick.

They need to get rid of the homeless, I go to work 4:30 in the morning and I have to step over bodies to get to the door. All drug addicts, its getting ridiculous. I dont like getting hit up for money while I am on My way to WORK .

This place is the worst 711 around end of story. They have this blonde girl working there that is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in my life they should fire her and find someone who can handle customer service. My father in law is a disabled war veteran and was trying to purchase taquitos and a drink on top of being shorted a taquito, he was told after 20 minutes plus of waiting in a very nasty and rude tone I told you they werent ready so if you get sick I dont care. I have lived in Crestline my whole life and its painful to know that one of the only places for snacks and convienence items on the mountain would employ those kind of people. To the owner of this establishment please put your house in order and start by getting rid of the nasty blonde women she should not be employed in any customer service position anywhere.

Love me my 7-Elevens!! Fond memories of paying video games after school in my local 7-Eleven.This one is a huge life-saver when we vacation in Crestline. I think the managers know that we out-of-towners will always forget the normal stuff - and they stock it! There is only one Grocery store in town... and these guys know it.Had to go in for cereal and milk for morning breakfast - as we arrived late and the grocery store was already closed. Surprisingly good selection!
