While I would have loved to write a glowing review, sadly my experience has been only negative. After installing an exterior door, I was left with a door that you couldn’t lock because the lock did not line up to the frame, trim that was badly put on and finished, and a door I hate the look of. Firstly the actual door, they took pictures of the other exterior doors I have and said they would try to match it, I have asked repeatedly why they didn’t match it, the only answer is “you asked for a plain full light door, that’s what you got”. Now we can argue about what is a plain door and what isn’t all day (in my opinion what I got isn’t, in theirs it is) but never have I had any indication that they tried to get the same door, they just bought what was cheaper for them (I checked with the manufacturer which was cheaper) ok I may not like the door but I could live with it. But to leave me with a door that doesn’t align and that I can’t use the deadbolt??? Clearly that was never checked before they left. I was however also left with part of the baseboard missing that they had taken off, and misaligned trim around the door.They came to fix it, and to make the door lock they cut away at where the deadbolt fits and took so much out it’s nearly to the edge of the frame.Though this project is now finished I will be replacing the door again for three reasons1- Security. As someone that has sadly had to go through the trauma of someone kicking in a door in the middle of the night because they thought the house was empty, security is important. And now I feel you could kick the door in easily2 - I had another door installer look at the work that was done and explain why the door wouldn’t lock. In his opinion why it didn’t lock was not how they solved the problem3 - To get what I would call a plain door, not a door with a frame around the glass with “fake wood” groovesNow the actual door can be put down to miss communications, but the bad installation can not.In short, go to Lowe’s and get them to fit your door. It costs the same, the workmanship is much better and for the same overall price you can get a more expensive door, or the same door installed at a cheaper overall costSo in short. I have spent $1000 on a door that wasn’t fitted properly and I don’t feel safe with and will be spending another $1000 to replace it. You live and learn

Little slow in getting glass ordered and installed but work was good on install.

This company is great, they had the best price and were the most responsive. They replaced 11 windows and 2 sliding glass doors in 2 days and everything looks amazing. I went from single pane aluminum to dual pane Simonton Daylight Max windows and I can absolutely tell the difference and sometimes have been waking up sweating. Great company and I couldnt be happier.

I brought in an aluminum framed window pane and they were able to replace the glass for me in minutes while I waited. They were friendly, professional and efficient. Good price, great service and they have a strong local reputation. (recommended to me by a contractor who was shopping near me in a local hardware store). I bought a house in Crestline and at our housewarming party one of the window mountings broke. (Not a good sign, I know, but thats been the worst thing so far at the house.) These guys were able to disassemble the window, glue it together, and reinstall it in just a few minutes.Professional and friendly! Ive seen photos of their other work and they do anything, from simple to extravagant.

I contacted them for a price to change out my windows, they came out and measured and said I would receive an estimate by email. After 2 weeks and many unanswered phone call to the office and cell phone I have not received a response.
