Karla is the worse when it comes to interviewing. She lies carelessly. This has nothing to do with not getting the job but asking for the reason, she creates up a lie. I called and she told me I had an attitude, mind you we were laughing and Softly speaking the entire time. Then she lied and said “ugh well it was just your hours”. I responded and said “I told you I have open availability “. She was speechless and didn’t know how to respond. I don’t think you should have someone like this representing your store.

Drive up service is very convenient. If I order bananas or other fruitI always get a good quality. The target app is easy to use. Target reps put the groceries in your car and the side you prefer.

Great customer service today from a very helpful associate in the bike department. I didnt get the bike for my nephew because my sister is going to buy it. I tried to look for you but I couldnt find you. Thank you for taking the time to price a few bikes for me and taking them down. I appreciate your help!

Target always have what I want and they also have great deals. Like on Sept. 21, 2021, I was able to get my granddaughter her Halloween costume at 40% off.

Target has good prices, certainly competitive with Walmart. Stores are bright and attractive. There are actual real employees around if you have a question. Target brands like Up and Up and Market Pantry are excellent.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in that location. I was doing an exchange for my work pants and didnt have the receipt or the card that was used for the transaction because my husband purchased them for me. The Associate Guadalupe made me go through multiple ways to prove that I purchased that item when all she had to do was tell me that if you dont have the receipt or card you can just use your ID. Ive never experienced any associate give a paying customer this hard of a time for a return item that my husband just purchased yesterday from the location in Homewood. I honestly felt like a criminal like she thought I stole some 13.00 dollars pants at this point. I will continue to shop at the Homewood location this is very unacceptable for Customer Service I only went to that location because Homewood was sold out but Crestwood had my size. Very disappointed at how she conducted herself as representing Target she needs to be trained all over again before someone. Take Legal Action Against Target for her unprofessionalism and profiling individuals

They need better processes for drive-up. Its essential for some people to use this service. I had a $1 item cancel, voiding out a $20 giftcard I purchased towards. Big pain in the butt having to go in and have them fix it. My hope is another mother doesnt have to experience what I did. Management today was the issue.

This was the second Target I had gone to this day looking at the swimwear. This store had up the sign of various swim wear bottoms for women explaining the difference of each. This was very appreciative.

An older cashier lady was very rude to my wife and I. Went in for baby formula half hour before closing suppose to be an in and out purchase. We were in line where an elderly lady was having trouble with her payment so we moved to the next open register since the cashier was almost done with a customer. As soon as we move she says why did you move from that line youre up next. So she proceeded to finish ringing up the customer super slow unfolding and folding towels and acting like the barcode wouldnt scan while blocking it with her finger just so we leave to the next register.

They have a whole selection of clothes on clearance only to get told when checking out that none of them actually are. false advertising.

Every time I visit Target the line is always almost to the back of the store. Theres only 2-3 registers open and employees are walking around socializing. That doesnt look good in the eyes of the customer especially when were waiting in an unnecessarily long line.

Hi target is a really nice place to shop but today I was just getting some hair ties and they cost 8 dollars each I feel like they over charge for nothing

This was my first time back inside Target in Crestwood since the Pandemic hit. As expected it was clean, neat and staffed with very friendly, helpful people. Was surprised by some of the items totally out of stock, but I realize that is a supply and demand problem going on right now everywhere.It felt good to be back.

Visit target store Thursday 6/20/19. there were lines starting to back up and the store only had 1 cashier lane open??I had to pick up an order and was told to go to the customer service department. Only 1 person working. there were 3 people in front of me. the customer clerk called for back up but there was an issue with her two-way radio. the interesting thing, there were plenty of target team members I saw while I was shopping. I am guessing they were stock personnel.Management should strongly rethink about properly staffing to ensure employees are able to assist as well as check-out shopping orders. I wouldnt dare shop at this target on a weekend!

Was looking for a toy that was sold out for months and got word that it was released today Oct 6th at Target. I walked in to the sweetest associate, Lana, that went above and beyond to get me what I was looking for. This item would not come up on the website & she searched it many different ways until found and had another associate bring it out from the back since they hadn’t even put them out on the floor yet. This is the best customer service I’ve had! Thank you again Lana!

I had a really great customer service experience the other day with Veronica. She was patient, kind, and very informative. The store was sold out of an item and she walked with me right to the customer service desk and helped me place an online order which I received fairly quickly.

Nothing special was going on. I just got what I wanted and went home.

Due to the cleanliness and polite staff members. A sign Clean carts was posted which I like so were not left wondering.

The organization of this Target store was incredible and customer service was so evident from every Target team member I spoke with! The Women’s clearance section was incredibly organized with NO problems picking out some basics I was looking for! When looking for a Dyson sale product, I had two team members go above and beyond to make sure I could find what I was looking for! While I am generally always happy with Target, this particular location is great!

I was on the road and in a rush, so I called ahead to see if they had this less common item Ive been looking for in stock. Tyler personally checked and grabbed it for me when I arrived. It was a small gesture, but I really appreciated it.

I LOVE TARGET BUT ON OCTOBER 20th an employee hit me with their workers cart in the seasonal section. SUPPOSEDLY Target does not have any security cameras in this area! So It’s my word against an employee who isn’t admitting to hit me with their cart!After speaking with the investigator (who was rude and hung up on me!) did not want to answer my questions fully and did not want to give my info to a supervisor but then had the audacity to hang up on me.Great job target! I will be taking this to the press and make sure shoppers are aware that there are no security cameras in this area!!!!

Updated: Everything has been quite good here for a while now! The managers are good and I have several favorite cashiers that bag my stuff nicely. I still double check dates on food but it seems like even control over that has improved. Bathrooms are still sort of meh but the rest of the store seems cleaner? Either way Im here all the time!

Its a Target store that does have more helpful employees than usual. The lines arent totally crazy and the cashiers are friendly. I took 1 star away because the shelves are not stocked neatly. It was hard to find what I was looking for even when I was right in front of it.

The worker that assisted me today went above n beyond to make sure my kids didnt have to get out of the car during this cold weather and brought me all of my belonging fast n did I mention I didnt have a drive up order but a store pick up

I asked the associate a question.She wasnt sure about the answer so she directed me to someone who may know the answer. That associate solved the issue even tho she had to go thru a little extra leg work. Also electronics team member asked if he could help me with anything. In other stores they hide in the aisles. I wound up buying 2 trac fones. Nice service team associates!

I had the most amazing experience w/guest service reps Jabria & Miguel. These two really know what customer service really mean. I honestly use to avoid this location purposely 4 the last 2yrs due to mismanagement and poor service. I am beyond thankful that I gave them another chance, they have truly got this store together.
