Im so happy that this store is more than just fabrics. I wanted to do some small clay pottery stuff and they had the clay, carving utensils AND the paint on sale!

Nice material, Poor customer service. No greeting and when i was ready to check out, she walked Away from the register. Wish i could brag like the other customers here. One day I hope.:/

Quickly found what I needed and was out of there in a few minutes.

Older store and not as big as other stores. Staff was extremely pleasant! I was greeted twice! Offered help too. Too bad the store is small but it met our needs.

I was wandering for a good 15 minutes, super overwhelmed with the selection of fabrics, when another young woman took me straight to what I was looking for. They seemed a bit under staffed and very busy! But they young ladies never wavered from their positive demeanors..

I absolutely love it here! The staff was helpful even though they were very busy, and I was able to find what I needed with ease. I even found some cute things I wasn’t looking for. Don’t we all? Lol. I like that it was small but organized and it felt very comfortable being there.

Good store. Not really a lot of people around for help, but helpful when they are found. Good selection, sales were good when I went.

My wife does all the shopping here, but wanted my advice on what fabric our sons might like for her project/gift. Pretty good for my first time inside, I usually read in the van.

I love Joann fabric store

Bad experience in that store today 14/2/21. I ask to a lady for a Bracelet and she send me to Pandora. I said to her that Michaels have the Bracelet and maybe they can have it. She said no and I say ok...Thanks and she never answers my thanks. Very Rude the girl. Im not going back to that store again.

Service was decent. Took them a while to send help up to the front to get the line down.

They were very pleasant and assist you if you requested. The yarn section was reduced and with less selection but with nice clearance prices. This balanced the small yarn section.

Purchased fringes for my T-shirts, 8 yards @ $4.00 per yard ? Seems kinda High!

Today was the second day i called this location trying to get assistance. Yesterday the representative was so rude I gave up and tried another location. Today I had to call because they were the only location with the items i needed. I asked for a manager thinking i would receive better service, but it was actually worse. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER. Unbelievable. I utilize Joanns on a weekly (almost daily bases) but, this was my first time contacting this location. DO NOT VISIT OR CALL THIS LOCATION UNLESS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WHAT YOU WANT.

Was no fun shopping today. Store was very very hot. Need to fix your air conditioner. Wont go back again for awhile, will go elsewhere.

Ending up walking out after 30 minute wait at the cutting counter during which time staff wandered in and out but never offered to help. Then in typical Joann fashion, when someone did finally come to help out, there was “confusion “ about the line and who was next. This could all be managed better if the staff showed a bit more interest in their job, as opposed to talking about personal matters.

The website is terrible. During the pandemic I had tried several times to order fabric and supplies. I continually got bumped out of the website or it would default to another page. This had happened on several different occasions of trying to order product. I finally got frustrated and went to a different supplier to purchase my items. Today I was sent a product that they said was in my cart from May 11th?? Today is June 3rd. They also build me for this item that I already purchased through another supplier. I would highly recommend purchasing online items somewhere else.

It used to be cheaper to make your own clothes. Now its cheaper to shop at a resale store and then come here for accessories, to fix or fancy them up.

Horrible customer service! I ordered online for curbside pick up on a Friday. I’m still waiting to pick my items up and it not Monday. I understand it’s a little busier, but 3 days! I’ve ordered from other crafts stores during this time and never wait this long. I called the store to see what was taking so long and the MANAGER told me “just wait”. Rude all around. If micheals would have had the items I would not have come here.

Always enjoy go to JOANN. Needed some stickers for my scrapbook pages. They had a great sale on them. The clerk was surprised about the savings. Everything was great. Everyone was nice

The worst the rudest Manager.I have bought fabric i went to return on the next day I have my recept and everything they didnt give me the full price what I paid for saying the item on sale which I have my ReceptI bought the fabric the night before they close and I went to return in the morning and didnt give me my full money back even though I had my Recept with me I lost $10 indifference I would never shop joan anymore

The variety of fabric and craft items are amazing. And the store is always neat. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Will always go to get craft and fabric items from here. Did I mention they have the best prices of sewing machines

Certainly NOT the nicest Joann we have ever shopped at. First, it has a really displeasing smell. Icky. Second, it is very overcrowded and hard to walk through. Finally, the staff was not that helpful. Overall, we were not impressed. We will need to select another location to shop at.

The last full service fabric store that also caters to other crafting needs. Large selection of fabrics for clothing and home decorating. They also have supplies for jewelry, paper, flower arranging type crafts. Love them❤

This place has a nice cozy feel to it. With all the different kinds of fabrics and accessories, it makes me feel like being at my grandmas house for the winter. Its a bit pricey, but like they say, you pay for what you get. The employees are very helpful, even if it means they dont make a sell. With that said, what else is there to say. I love this store. I think they also hold sewing classes.

Decent selection some staff is extremely helpful. Others leave alot to be desired. Managers always helpful. Inventory is somewhat lacking compared to the Chicago store. However this location has great cotton prints .

An interesting store

Not all Joanns are created equal. The yarn selection is quite good. There are many different types of crafting products on the shelves. They also have a good selection of supplies, such as needles, bags and other items.

The store is not large, but its clean & service is good. However, my experience is that online to store pick up is the best option for this location. Ive picked up from the store twice with no problem. Once I went in to find a particular fabric. The fabric was misplaced, fabrics were mislabeled and no associate was able to assist, even though online it showed the fabric was available in store. For time & efficiency, when I know what Im going in for, Ill be sure to order it online so the associated will have it ready for pickup.

This is my favorite location. The workers ate always super helpful & patient when ringing up all available coupons to save you the most! I wont go anywhere else just because of that alone. This is where I go for all of my cricut supplies especially. They always have amazing deals

Great customer service. Friendly staff especially Kassy who I called Kathy. Put some sloth fleece blankets on hold even on black Friday after I called because of trouble with ordering on the website. Called back a second time and I missed the name of the girl who helped me with the actual item # but she could not locate that exact item but said if she did she would put them with the ones they already found for me. Love this place no matter the location service is great

Bought some stuff online and this was the only location I could get a few certain items, 45 min from my house. My normal store is 20 min away. I went after school with my kids. after driving that far one had to pee really bad but they were hesitant about letting him use the restroom since it was truck day and they were sorting in front of the door, as if a 7 yr old would steal fabric. Then we had to wait in line to pick up for more than 15 min. There was a guy trying to find someone elses order and called for help. When help arrived, he left the counter completely even though there were 5 others waiting in line to pick up/check out. It was the worst experience of my life at a JoAnns Store. I will definitely never go back.

Never ordering from Joans again, Ive been waiting for over a month to get the yarn I paid for to be delivered to me. Extremely tedious because I dont know when its gonna get here, and I havent gotten any updates about it.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I needed a unique yard of fabric to make sleeves on a dress. They helped me match my swatch and I was in and out quickly.

A bit pricey but very good customer service.

The cashier was wonderful with discount codes and the store was very organized, though the person who cut my fabric was incredibly rude, and very quick to cut before I was sure, not wanting to help me navigate the store or wanting to answer my questions about the fabric. She made me and my party feel like I was a problem and she wanted us out of her way, though the store was completely empty.

If you looking for a few things to do arts and craft this the place to go they never have to much items you have to go online to get the big things you need

All the employees are very friendly & knowledgeable, 5 stars. The prices are high in my opinion. Not a great selection of non-fabric items. The sale prices are not always reflected at the register so pay attention at check out.

I love the fabric, the craft stuff they have and its hard for me to leave because theres just so many beautiful things to look at.

Good service. Joanns are getting harder to find, and they always seem to be busy. For basic fabric options I hate to admit, you can find the same options at Walmart with less of a hassle. Joann has, however, a much better selection of fabrics and an incomparable selection of crafting options.But that comes at the price of an always dreadful wait to check out. However much time you allow for shopping, tack on 15 minutes to wait in line to check out.We know leading up to any holiday, whether Christmas, Easter, Halloween or Spring and Summer break, the store will be crowded. Serving these holidays is core business for Joann and I dont get why it always seems like there are only two cashiers at any given time and only one person cutting fabric (with another person that seems like they are cutting fabric, but are always walking off somewhere).I give this store four stars, nonetheless, because the selection of product is good and the sales people that were there were helpful.

Plenty of crafting ideas and stuff. The place to get lots of fabric. Decent prices. Some of their sale items can be confusing cause they put the same item thats not part of the sale next to it. But over all its a decent place.

Its a chain fabric store. There are fewer and fewer fabric stores in Chicagoland. Its ok the fabrics are basically for quilting and home fashions. Some fabrics for crafting. Not much in quality fashion fabrics. Prices are meh ok. I go there and shop sales. If you quilt its ok. You can also get sewing notions. Nice. The pattern sales Are awesome. I can say that.

Fabrics were very well organized but the prices were mixed up. Thought I was buying fabric for $3 a yard but turned out it was $15 per yard!!!! Thankfully they offered a coupon but final costs wasnt even cost to what I thought I were going to pay. Still a great store overall.

My review is mainly about Alicia. Shes my go-to girl for my Cricut needs now. Im very new to Cricut and she explains what supplies I need an why I need them. Shes very advanced with her Cricut experience so I have no doubt that shes not trying to sell me things that I either dont need or things that are far above my experience level. Thanks, Alicia!!
