He came back to redo my vinyl free of charge, because I wanted matte finish rather than glossy.But heres the kicker, the mistake was MY FAULT. He still came back and did it for free because he cares most about satisfaction of the customer. That is a great business if you ask me and he made me a lifetime customer when he said that.Looking forward to my 30 foot beast of a sign next! ;)
