I am very disappointed in this company. They are quick to sell you a mattress but does not stand up to the warranty if something goes wrong. I would not recommend them to purchase a mattress from.BUYER BEWARE.

Small shop but great selection, from cheaper to expensive. Great customer service. Deals on multiples, quick delivery times. Definitely a place to explore instead of big mattress stores

This man is an awful human being! I ordered a mattress that was supposed to be in the following day, he did not contact me and now it has been 5 days since it was supposed to arrived. I have continuously called him and he is now YELLING AT ME (keep in mind he is aware that I am pregnant!) telling me that I am driving him “crazy”!! I am appalled and shaken up and have never had service like this. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS CRAZY MAN. You may never get your order.

DO NOT SHOP HERE theyre customer service is extra friendly until something goes wrong with your bed. After a month of buying a bed from them the mattress started to sink in on one side, when I contacted the store about my warranty they sent a rep out who confirmed that the bed was indeed defected. After about a week with no response from the store I contacted Dave(The Owner) only to find out that he wouldnt exchange the bed do to issues he stated on the phone After The Fact. Needless to say Dave pass the buck to the manufacturer stating theyre the ones really in charge of the warranty(mind you this was not mention during purchase). When I contacted the manufacturer they agree that Daves reasons for refusing exchange didnt make any sense, so now Im currently working with the manufacturer get a new bed...

For you people that didnt know the First Amendment right that he (Kaepernick) is using to protest goes both ways. They( Beds Beds Beds) are using theirs (1st Amendment Rights) to protest against him (Kaepernick). But you are obviously all to ignorant to know that. USA!

Spent 800 on a new mattress and the bed sank and got lumpy with in 1 month, little disappointed never got a call back about warranty, like they said i would.
