Terrible place to shop, I went there yesterday with my daughter to buy running shoes for track. Two employees walked by me about 6 times and didn’t ask me if I need any help or they didn’t greet me or my daughter. We actually needed some help but by the 7th time they walked past without saying a word, me and my daughter just left. Don’t spend your hard earned money somewhere the service is terrible you deserve better.

Bought my husband 2 pairs of gym shoes. A black pair and a white pair.

Nice selection however only up to size 11, my daughter is 14 and a size 13 in women they only had 1 shoe that was a 13. We Had to continue to shop around, thought I could count on shoe carnival.

It wasnt to crowded in the store today for it to Black Friday. I was able to get me two pairs of boots,and my niece on pair for Christmas. The employees were very helpful.

No help from Jasmine when looking for shoes and no greeting when entering store on morning/afternoon of September 13, 2019. Store was relatively empty. Good selection of shoes is what the star is for.

I bought 3 pairs of shoes today. One pair needed to be “asked for mate” and the lady gave me 2 right shoes for my crocs. I later discovered that she also left a censor on a pair and I called to ask if she could take it off after I seen they closed at 9 I got there and she said she couldn’t open the door but why tell me I can come if you were going to do that. She was very nice in the store but the whole transaction upset me.

They didnt have many shoes in my size. But the girl was So nice and helpful, that she looked for what I wanted in another store. I dont have to make an online account just for one pair of shoes. Not all stores, or employees, will take that extra measures.

Pleasant, clean, and organized. Everyone was very helpful. The mini basketball setup was great for my son to play while the other one was picking his shoes out.

I came in today at around 1pm. I knew exactly what I needed and what sizes. 6 pairs of shoes in total for my nieces Christmas presents. They were doing a huge reset during my visit so some of the shoes and Nike sandals I was there for just so happened to be what was cleared from shelves to move to another location. Not one associate asked me if I needed help. In fact, some were just standing around talking (one looked to be a manager) while they should be stocking the shelves for the missing items. I walked by, and two associates looked at me, but never even asked if I needed help, or a simple greeting. Very disappointing experience.

I was there today and I believe the manager name was crystal went above and beyond to find a shoe I was trying to exchange that a bought online she even checked her back room inventory for long time until she found the shoes ..she is amazing and let me keep my sale price I paid u cant ask for a better customer experience cuz it gets no better than her thank u crystal!!!

They need to carry bigger shoe sizes. Mens size 13 should not be the cut off before you have to order and wait.

I like going her because they always have great shoes. The staff is great and always attend you need.
