Unwilling to negotiate by even a penny. Very take it or leave it kind of experience. Oh Ive been driving this for 2 weeks I love it means nothing against a third party inspection. Theyre getting 2 stars from me instead of 1 only because they were willing to let me send a mobile inspector. Didnt buy the vehicle at the end of the day over a squabble for $800. Would not recommend.

First of all, let me start with my customer service experience .!! It was awesomely AMAZING, friendly and super quick. They were prompt, attentive, and helpful to get me into a vehicle as quickly as possible. PLUS they transferred my old plates to my new car same day. Same price as the DMV, But more convenience.I will definitely be not only recommending Crestwood Auto Auction to friends and family but Sam especially!!Sam was extremely professional and understanding to my situation and which vehicle would fit my needs at a reasonable cost. He did not make me feel pressured like other salesmen in other dealerships. Thank you for a great experience.Just make the visit and you will leave with your dream vehicle at the end of the experience, no matter what is your credit score, employment or down payment.Thank you again so much!! I am already in love with my Porsche :)

I just bought a car from this location, and the entire team was helpful, worked with me, and gave me a great deal. There were no problems or bs. The price was right, and I had and have no issues. I fully recommend this dealership/auction.

If you need a car and you dont want to spend a lot of money, this is the perfect place to go. Its more like buying a car from a friend or a classified ad than a dealer. And the prices for the cars I looked at were by far cheaper than any of the other dealers I went to. Theyre honest about the cars and any issues they might have, and upfront about the pricing. And they also went out of their way to make me feel comfortable about the whole process. Was really happy with the car I ended up with.

Bought a 2014 Volkswagen Beetle. We had 7 days to have the car checked for safety concerns. Took it to Volkswagen in Orland Park and they cited several engine problems. We returned to the auction with the report to cancel the deal and our salesperson sent us to their mechanic. We went to the auto repair to pick up the vehicle and the mechanic said he would not release it as the dealer owed him for past due amounts from previous repairs. We had to pay $550 to get it back. Auction argued that he kindly sent us to a mechanic and did not agree to pay for it. Guess what? Time was up on the 7 day guarantee. Crooks!

I wish I could give a negative rating. Bought a car, 2 months later motor went bad. Wanted them to either take it back and put me into another car or refund my money, They wouldnt do either, now Im out $7000 and they dont care. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE ALL THE HORROR STORIES YOU HERE ABOUT USED CARS SALES PEOPLE. They are scam artists, have no shame, only after your money Gerard Heglin

If I could give this place fewer stars I would!! It talked to someone at the dealership asking questions about the car and an original price of $3000 was agreed upon then when it came time to arranging a time to view the vehicle, the $3000 offer was NO LONGER VALID.They were EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL and hid/lied about information that was clearly available on Carfax.EXTREMELY SHADY DEALERSHIP!DO NO BUY FROM CRESTWOOD AUTO AUCTION!!!!

Every car I looked at on this lot had issues, issues that people dont want to fix including Crestwood. I finally settled on the 2007 Audi A4, they agreed to fix the massive oil leak and the car not starting problem, if purchased. On the day I arrived to pick up the vehicle the car was dead, it wouldnt start, so they replaced the battery. I took the car home and the next morning it was dead again (no start), I texted Crestwood because they have no phone number to call directly. I was told I would have to pay for them to look at the issue, even though they agreed to fix it, if I purchased the vehicle. My last interaction with Crestwood: I went to pick up my plates in my fathers car because mine is undriveable, I asked again will you fix the starting issue, they now say there mechanic doesnt do electrical and I would have to take it to what they call a Audi Specialist for a starting issue? How did his mechanic look at the issue before? This is just an example of the constant lies you will be told, I have transcripts of multiple conversations that are filled will contradictory statements and flat out lies. They promise to make sure you have a driveable car but once you pull off the lot they operate like a auction. Im in debt 7038.00 with a vehicle I cant even drive, I dont recommend buying from here if you want piece of mind and reliable vehicle. The cars look good but theyre not!

Completely fraud and very rude management. They sell you junk convincing that its in good condition. When u get back to them after finding issues with the car engine they js shrugg their shoulders and say its ua car now!!! Such a pathatic fraud goining on at the place. They won’t provide any warrenty on the csrs theg sell on paper. Even the condition of the car is not mentioned in the papers. The codes of the car are cleared manually before they sell and the codes pop up within a week making u realise what a piece of junk they sold you. I personally suggest the owner to shut his stall down and try some dignefied work somewhere...

They were extremely deceptive and their cherry picked pictures of the car they were selling did not begin to accurately depict the reality of the damage to it. They failed to mention that the front end had been seriously damaged to the point of dangerousness. I called ahead for details and they knew I was coming a long way at considerable expense and assured me all the cars problems were minor cosmetics and when I got there the car was hot garbage. One piece of the interior broke at a simple touch and even the headlights were taped down into place! Part of the wheel well had to be screwed back in just so we could do a test drive. All the chrome trim on the car and wheels was bubbled and ruined. They kept trying to upsell the hemi like all the considerable damage to the car didnt matter. Sorry guys but a hemi doesnt count for Jack if the car is literally falling apart. When i called them on outright lying to me and wasting my time they couldnt deny it. There was some haggling but I knew the moment I saw the car that it was not worth even half of what they were asking and certainly not worth my time. I ended up going directly across the street and buying a newer comparable model of the same car with lower miles, in excellent condition for a lower price. Do not take your hard earned money to Crestwood auto auction. They proved to me without a doubt that they cannot be trusted to do honest buisness.

I went to look at a car here. it was a Lincoln navigator 06. now on there sight it said the car was 8 grand. it was posted on craigslist for 5999. I went there test drove it for having high miles it didnt feel like it had high miles and it didnt look like it as well. The SUV is in extremely good condition and looks like it was well taken care of. I showed the guy the add on craigslist and he said he would honor it. So I didnt jump on the first vehicle I seen I looked around for some other vehicles at other places. I went back the next day to show a friend who was lending me the money and he wanted me to continue to look to be sure that this was the vehicle. so I looked all rest of the day and just told him thats the one.i went back today sep 10th 2016 early to go get this vehicle. i test drove it one more time and ended up talking to someone other then Sal the guy i talked to prior about the price. This guy tells me he cant give me the vehicle for 5999 because the price is 8. i showed him the add because i saved it on my phone. he told me best he could do was 6500. i told him no cause that is not what was agreed upon. i was about to walk out then sal walked in. i told him the situation and he asked me if i could do 6250 with tax title and a temp plate cause i am moving back to florida in less then 30 days. i said ok because i really liked the truck but not enough to pay an extra 500 for there mistake. they made it right. they would have gotten 5 stars if i didnt go threw the trouble towards the end. i would recommend this place but dont try and haggle a price and they were pretty up front with the navigator.

So I had been looking at the car that I wanted for about a month or so, even called two weeks prior to my arrival and even the day before to give them the heads that was coming out there for a test drive since I live two hours away in another city & state. So I get there and the car is not even presentable. The hood was up, the back TIRE was FLAT, and the GAS TANK was completely empty and the BATTERY was completely dead. So after jumping the car off, the guy throws me the keys and says take if for a spin, my response was: I dont think ill make it far without any gas my guy, so we both jump in and proceed to head towards the service station, the first thing I noticed was as soon as I put the car in gear it had an aggressive jerk which indicates BAD MOTOR MOUNTS, I pull out the lot and the BRAKES ARE GRINDING and the BRAKE PEDAL IS GOING TO THE FLOOR, so we arrive at the service station I cut the car off and it wont start back up without a jump. This was a overall bad experience. SO lets do the math.....*Dented FRONT FINDER*FLAT TIRES*CRACKED WINDSHELD* BAD BRAKES*DEFECTIVE MOTOR MOUNTS*SAGGING HEADLINER*inside DOOR HANDLES STICKING (doors wont close)*DEFECTIVE PARKING BRAKE (warning)*BAD BATTERYAND THE GUY STILL WANTS FULL PRICE !?!?!I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. This place is its own wurst enemy.

Fraudsters and tricksters are lying on the phone. I lost a lot of time on a sensible journey, the car turned out to be total dead, battered, inept painted. The seller on the phone assured me that the condition is perfect, well, I think he has no oil in his head. Dont be fooled, all cars look hopeless there. I wanted to kick the seller into a soup, I lost a lot of time to travel.
