The store manager was very friendly and handled everything very efficiently!!
Great customer service. Much patience. Staff was able to help me, after dealing with an issue since Jan 2nd, in one visit.
Great service and friendly staff. Ana was very helpful and patient with us.
Decent, quiet store with very friendly staff. Although my phone wasnt in stock there was a comparable phone there which they offered to reserve for me being a truck driver who had to deliver a load. They were knowledgeable and concise and I really appreciated that. It wouldve been a 5 🌟 review if my phone was in stock
Had the best service last week at this store. Brandon the store manager was so patient with me, showed me a few tips on my phone and then hooked me up with a deal on my phone accessories. I thought it was so funny he picked out my phone case, said he knew exactly which one o would probably want, and he was right. Just nice and friendly people. I really appreciated the service I received.
The service was great and it didnt take long to get what I needed. My service lady was excellent.
I have been using my TMobile phones since 2005!
Called to see if they had a specific phone in stock because I wanted to come in and upgrade. They said they couldnt give me the information. I said I just wanted to know if they had 2 in stock before we make the drive to come in. The rep still refused. I called another sprint store by my house and they told me right away they had it and I was able to go in that day to upgrade to 2 new phones. Crestwoods loss. Youll never see me recommending anyone to that location.
Very unprofessional people working here. For an industry that deals with customers you would think the employees would be a little more helpful and friendly. This is my last straw with sprint after ten years & I am switching over to ATT. Do better Sprint.
The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I came in to cancel a line on my plan, while they did offer me an alternative they did not hassle me about keeping the line so that was pleasant. Had a good experience at this location.
Dont ever buy unlimited screen protectors cuz the next year they wont even have your phone anymore
Very Personal enjoy. Repersentive felt safe will go back for i phone
This is the worse store/customer service I’ve ever experienced. The workers don’t know how to do their jobs. It took us 7 hours there and they did nothing for us at the end. They didn’t know how to change over a phone. Isn’t that their job to know these things . Being there so long I’ve noticed every person that came in they couldn’t help and sent them to different locations. After over 7 hours they had the nerve to tell us we should go back to AT&T. At this time we had two phones connected and the other one had absolutely no service at all. We got home and my husband called customer service and got the phone hooked up in ten minutes. I’m never seen such rude lazy people. They get 0 stars. Please stay away from this store. It’s a waste of time
Love the customer service provided here! Everyone is always in a great mood no matter how busy it is. Brandon and Henry got me out of there in no time as I was upgrading and adding an additional line on a last minute Mother’s day gift. Great atmosphere!
The two times I have stopped by to inquire about switching over I have gone 30 mins before closing. Not sure if that was the factor but still they were OPEN! No one took an interest in helping me out and I actually set my new account all on my own.
I purchased a phone charger on 3/10/20 for a Samsung 9 Plus S. I tried to returned thecharger on 3/11/20 and was told I couldnt get a refund because there was no manager on duty. There was no manager on duty when I brought the charger. How do you implement such rules and your customers dont know. Im very upset with this rule.
Service was great, the representative was TJ, he was polite and helpful. Compared to service that i have received at other Sprint stores the service was much better.
The workers are nice. Sprint itself is garbage in the way the customer service handles people. Never choosing them again. Theyll say anything to get you to stay or get money from you. Called three times and three different people gave me three different answers. Two of them supposedly supervisors. Ill take my money elsewhere.
If you go to the Sprint in Crestwood definitely ask for Michael! He knows what he is doing and he was extremely patient and made sure I left happy. He went the extra mile and it was greatly appreciated.
What kind of store doesnt have a sim card replacement?? They only have sim cards for iphone. Woowww! But I am still giving my Credit to the guy who immediately talked and tried to help.. but couldnt do anything. One star for you.
If I could have I would put a negative star!I have been a customer of sprint for several years. I upgraded my second line at the beginning of October. The customer service rep stated that I had a credit of 130.00 for accessories. I choose a case for my free accessory. When I received my bill I was being charged for my case with a lease. I went up to the sprint store(Crestwood,IL) location. I spoke with the manager (rhianna), who look over my order. She stated that the customer service rep add it my free accessory as a lease. Rhianna (manager) stated she would have to submit an escalation ticket to have my account credited back. I have had to contact rhianna constantly about a status update. She would never return my call or contact me once she heard any latest news from the escalation team. The customer service I have experienced from the beginning has been terrible. I went into the location on 12/6/19 b/c rhianna would never contact me back after me leaving several messages for her to reach out to me. When I spoke with her (today 12/6/19), she tells me that my escalation claim was denied and that they will only credit my account for half of the accessory price. This is completely unfair to me as a customer when it was a mistake done by a sprint employee. How am I being punished for this situation. I need to be refund it my entire amount that was charge to me. I am in the process now on looking for another cellphone provider because I will not continue to give my business to a company who make there customers pay for their employees mistakes
This Store is Extremely Ghetto, Employees eating at the Register and playing their Music Extremely Loud. In Addition, Staff is Uneducated on Company Procedures and Policies. If you have a Issue with your Account or Bill, they will eliminate the problem but cause another issue on your Account.Pay Attention to your Bill monthly to ensure unauthorized fees dont occur.Furthermore, dont Accept anything they try to give you for Free. They stated to me that my items were under a Free Promotion, Now I have a Monthly Charge on my Account for something I wouldve never Purchased from Sprint. Be Aware of Sprint Gimmicks
The only reason that I have gone into this store 2 times is because its down the street from my house. Both times they turned me around. Both times they gave me excuses about why they couldnt help me. The employees are not educated on there store policy and procedures nor do they know anything about the prices and services offered by Sprint. Not going back
They have the best customer service and the service was really quick! Best experience I ever had
Poor Poor Customer Service!! I will never visit that location again!! I am a customer but went in to inquire about the Apple Watch. The Manager (I’m assuming) Black Girl with blond hair pulled back in a ponytail cut me off while I was asking a question and the entire time she talked she was wiping and cleaning her station! She didn’t smile or pretend to be pleasant! I left in search of another Sprint Location!
Great service an as soon as you walk in the store .
Today my mom and i went in this location and 4 young workers were there and not one of them answered any of my mothers questions.they kept asking her to do it in a machine, but she still had personal account questions-which none of them answered! and they kept giggling as my moms asking questions-very unprofessional and made her feel uncomfortable.!- this business is a shame and i wouldnt be surprised if it closes down.
This was my first experience with Sprint as I just switched from Verizon. My consultant, Autera, was fantastic. In less than an hour, she had me set up with a brand new Sprint account, transferred my number from Verizon, and had my new iPhone set up ready to go. She and her coworkers were professional and personable. I highly recommend using this location. I should also add I called in advance to make sure they had the phone I wanted and another consultant, Sercy, walked me through everything I would need to transfer over, she took my info and set me up for an appointment that evening.
THIS WILL BE LONG BUT PLEASE READ:I went into the Sprint store in Crestwood, IL on the evening of 06/03. When I entered the store there was two female associates working, a hispanic woman helping a mom and daughter (appeared to be) and a black woman on the phone whom I assumed to be the manager as she had on a different shirt. I went in for service because my phone was stolen and I needed to see if I could get some type of phone before going out of town until as the insurance, Asurion, told me that my iPhoneX was on back order. The manager (had on a grey shirt) was on the phone and speaking to me and the person on the phone at the same time so what she was saying what was not clear, her tone was very matter of fact and rude when I simply asked if she could assist me with getting another phone. She only gave me one option which would be to add another line which I declined and informed her that I had a T-mobile phone that used to be a Sprint phone (iPhone 6s) and since I did not want to add another line I requested her assistance with trying to get this phone activated just for my trip. She barely looked at the phone and told me no it wasnt eligible to be on Sprints network. My boyfriend and I at that point left the store. She was extremely rude and acted as if I was a bother to her as I am the one spending money with Sprint. I always come to the Crestwood location to upgrade my phone and have never received service like this needless to say I WILL NOT be back to this store. Im thinking about leaving Sprint all together after this experience and Ive been a customer since 2012. On the bright side, I made it to the Lansing location and was treated very well by Juan who gladly assisted me with activating the T-mobile/old Sprint phone that I had and even said once I receive the new phone from the insurance he would assist me with activation. I am a black woman who was treated with disrespect by my own kind but received wonderful service from someone of a different race. This is embarrassing and shameful. I only wish to share my experience with others and hope that this review saves someone the trouble of wasting their time and being disrespected at the Sprint, Crestwood, IL location.
Walked in today and asked a simple question about my account and had to deal with such a rude employee. I then asked another employee if if i could speak to the manager and the guy says that was the manager. Terrible customer service. The manager needs to go back to the drawing board on how to interact with customers. 0 stars steer clear of this particular location!!!!!!
Terrible customer service! Waited for 20 minutes before ANY sales associate acknowledged me.. I went in to make a payment.
The sprint store is fine. Good people but when you call customer service they are as rude as they can be. The didnt know what they were doing or suppose to do.
Great staff, knowledgeable of saving me money on my bill.
Could not help
Les is the best.Ive been with sprint for a long long time. Many problems I know, but guys like Les keep me loyal. He gets it!
I feel like they took a picture of my ID.
Rebecca did an awesome job she was an outstanding customer service provider
I never seen people run so fast after I told them I am here to pay my bill but if I had told them I wanted to buy a phone I would have 20 of them there to serve me I waited 20 minutes no service but as I leave all of them came out from the back they can cancel my service
Michael and Brandon displayed extra special service and customer service.
Helpful employees just not enough of them. About a 45 minute wait for 2 questions.
If you want horrible service this is the place to go non of the employees can back anything they say Rebekah is the definition of horrible customer service she has the worst attitude and sucks she should be fired what a pathetic manager because she doesnt know how to deal with customers and Jae the store manager says one thing and when you come to him and ask him to help you with something he said he can’t help he acts dumb and micheal needs to explaining things better before selling plans to new customers not coming back here again I had to go to a different location to return my phones because Rebekah didn’t want to look good losing a customer I don’t recommend at all
I recently upgraded my phone at Best Buy, which went smoothly without a problem. But I had to go to the Sprint Store in Crestwood to return my old device. So I explained to the employees that I recently upgraded and I was returning my old phone, so they said ok and offered me a store credit. Which I thought was a nice gesture...Moving forward to the next months bill: So apparently my Store Credit was not just a nice customer addon, that was my reimbursement...which I was never told when I returned the phone...especially since they looked up my account and saw that I had a new upgrade recently. So my bill had an extra $25 charge on it. I called Sprint Support (not the Store itself) and explained the situation. They asked me if/when I returned my old phone, I told them the date I went to the store. They said they didnt have a record of the return and that I needed to call the Sprint store...which is also ridiculous since that isnt MY responsibility if they mess up. So I spoke with the manager at the Sprint Store who informed me that I returned the phone for store credit and that that was my reimbursement...I told her the rep never explained that to me. She basically told me thats what happened and nothing could be done. She said I owed another $60 on my phone, I said that was ok, another bill or so and the total $60 would be paid off. However 3 months and $75 later I am still arguing with Sprint about this and Sprint Support STILL asks me when/if I returned my old phone. This store is ridiculous.
Changed to Sprint and wasnt told that if you are changing from another service you have only 90 days to submit paperwork for refund. However, they are still willing to refund SOME of the money we had from previous supplier.
I had shattered my iPhone 6 phone screen for the first time ever. That night I called sprint and they said I had insurance and to come in the next day to the store in crestwood and would recover a brand new phone free of charge. Today I went into the store and they then told me I had no insurance and if I wanted a new phone I would have to pay $200. I expressed my anger at the employer for I was told I would be getting a brand new phone but instead I would be paying out of pocket. They blankly stared at me and did nothing to make the situation right whatsoever. I am very displeased with the company and had it been up to be I would have dropped the phone company right there for making such a huge mistake. Utterly disappointed by the whole company.
Its Walmart!! Great prices, lots to choose from
Always on some Bull Shit. I knew it was Shady when they wouldnt directly answer my questions over the phone before I wasted my time going in. Over priced and false info over the phone in order to make me come in for real answers. Soon as I had the real info, I walked right out. Boo Sprint 👎 Boo.
Good service if you have an appointment
Waited for 2 hours for a 5 minutes conversation with the store manager. My new phone came broken from an online order. Sprint told me to go to that store and get a brand new phone and have them return the broken one free of charge. Go to the store, they will not return it without paying $185. $150 for a broken phone even if it is no fault of my own and $35 restocking fee. Yet the customer in front of me was African American and taken care of very well--even getting free items (previous version of the VR gear). But they couldnt do what the SPRINT COMPANY is telling them to do? This is not an independent store, it was a corporate store!
Sad place,music playing very loudly.
Slow customer service, extreamly unhelpful. Wish i went to orlan store
Was at this location waiting for almost two hours waiting for our turn kept saying we were next ended up leaving. Never going back to that sprint location.
This store is very unprofessional with the sales supervisor Rebekah Dumas. And by looking at the reviews before putting my review I saw that Im not the only person complainting. Hopefully the district manager looks and takes action for the employees he has otherwise he is loosing a lot of customers.
Ok friendly staff
This store is horrible, staff needs an education and Jesus in their lives! 😲😲😲
Great service, super helpful!
Love the note 9
Nice people work there
Staff and even security are friendly and professional
My family goes here.
Friendly. Knows their tech.
Long wait. No greeting for US but greeting for African Americans right after us. Manager hiding out in office. Do yourself a favor and do it over the phone or on line cuz THIS PLACE SUCKS
Employees are not knowledgeable or helpful
After service like this everyone would wana leave sprint
Long wait, but I guess its normal for Sprint. It happens in the majority of time.
