So, my issue here is a simple one. Im tired of looking online to see if something is in stock and then going to store and them not having it. If you cant maintain accurate stock information on your website, just dont offer that information.

Always have carts available for the disabled. Friendly greeters near door. Family bathroom fully operational. Items in store, are easy to find. Plenty of staff, busy yet available to answer questions. All items reasonably priced except for the beef. Other than that they get 2 👍👍up.

We had recently bought a brand new TV, turns out when we tried mounting the next day TV wouldnt turn on. Took it the very next day to either exchange o get a refund they denied. Supposedly we had tampered with it which we días not the case. 1 We contacted corporate and the only thing they stated is they will call us back with an investigation. Its been a month and we call weekly and they do not give us a response. Horrible store will not be going back.

SMH I hate when I have to write a review this bad but its neccesary. This is one of the nastiest places let alone a Walmart I have ever been too. Long lines I expected that but how nasty it was gave me pause. I counted at least 10 associate standing around and not one time did anyone pick up a broom to clean or even put items back to stock. As I was waiting in line there was melted ice cream driving on the floor and not an associate thought it was a God idea to clean it up. The bathrooms even worse not only was it nasty there was not even soap to was your hands or hand sanitizer. You would think with the times we are in now that there would be a level of cleanliness expected.

Its an OK store, they need tons of cashiers with LESS attitude, positive personality, and eager to help customers. Five stars to THE cashier I came across today for she was really nice something you really dont see here. But not the store itself again people there ridiculously rude. From clerks to managers. But then again my cashier was really nice helpful and friendly

I honestly dont like shopping here at all. How is this a store. It is always messy and unorganized. Due nothing being clean and damaged I can never find anything or the right item without it having been opened already. Team members are know where in sight. Even if you do ask them half of them dont know where it is. I just dont know how this place functions as a business.

Stores always a mess, pallets sit in the aisles. Employees are very lazy, unfriendly, and a lot of socializing over working. Any location is better than this one.

Unhelpful management staff. Went to this store earlier today, spent close to an hour loading up my cart (the store was stupid crowded today because its around the first of the month) get to the front and the line is the distance of the whole front of the store because they have no cashiers working - only self checkout and everyones cart is full today - I asked to speak to a manager to see if they would open up a register. The manager comes out of the office, face already conveying I dont give a cluck what youre about to say, and tells me that all Walmarts will no longer have cashiers starting January 1st - only self checkout. Last time I checked today is October 31st, but as a manager supposedly managing the store, I dont see how that young lady with any pride in her work, could look out on the floor where the line stretches all the way across the store, elderly people are in the line & everyones cart is full and think its not an appropriate time to open up a register. When I asked the manager about all the Walmart staff on the floor who were not on a register she said that They were stocking. Stocking what? Evil scowls for Halloween? I didnt bother to argue with her. I just left my cart in the store and walked out. Walmart just lost a customer today due to unhelpful management staff.

I usually dont shop at this particular store, but my shopping experience was ok and I got what I needed. Although, there were no long lines the cashier moved like she had all the time in the world. Also, her attitude couldve been a little more customer friendly.

Getting rundown. Parking lot is horrible with gigantic potholes. Looks like a junk.store and its not that old. I only shop there when I absolutely have too. Clientele is very diverse.

Absolutely disappointed with my online pickup order. Was hoping to get school supply shopping done quickly only to get my order and have half of it completely wrong. Apparently someone doesnt know how to read the items list because they saw total crayon boxes needed and grabbed the first crayons they found. I needed 3 24ct crayola crayons and 3 16ct crayons and was given 6 8ct crayons. I understand being out of an item but train your employees better. Isnt there a way to refund the items you cant fulfill? I will say that the woman working the service desk needs a raise because she was amazing with helping me.

This store is horrible every time I go. The lines are always long and the workers are always standing around talking. I can count on one hand how many times Ive seen someone actually do some work. It was 6 young men in the breakfast aisle talking about some girl one of them met at a party. Two aisles over the young man was on his phone leaning on the boxes he was suppose to be putting on the shelves. They never have enough registers open even when they see how long the line is for the ONLY register they have open. I only go when my daughter ask me to go with her and thats going to stop.

Ive been waiting for my express (2 hour) delivery since 1030 am and its now 10pm. They have been giving me the run around all day and now they arent answering my calls. Im really disappointed with todays service and want answers for why this occurred

Used to be my go to spot. 9pm on a Friday night only open lanes is self check out and about 30 standing in it. Target is across the street and has a new customer. My time is valuable to stand in these lines cause they dont want to pay a few employees

This location is very poorly managed. I stopped shopping here due to the poor customer service that I encounter every time you walk in the store. I recently placed an online order for 2 coolers that showed “in stock” at this location. I should have known I was in for a huge headache. After placing the order online I received 2 emails. One stated that one of the coolers was actually out of stock and therefore that item was canceled from my order. The other said that my order of only 1 cooler was ready for pick up. I went to the store and I waited for 45 minutes for an associate to finally come and help me. After giving her my name and order number she went to the back and brought out a cooler 1/3 of the size from the one I had ordered online. Her exact words were “they didn’t have the one you ordered so they’re giving you this one.”. Mind you she was on her cell phone on a personal phone call the whole time. After telling her I did not want that cooler because it was not what I ordered, she said she would mark it as “not dispensed” and that I would not be charged. Minutes after leaving the store I received an email stating that I had picked up my order. I immediately called the store and got no answer. I called Walmart customer service and although they were much more helpful I have yet to receive my refund. It has been 4 business days and now I’m being told I have to wait longer. I will never step foot in a Walmart (especially this location) again!!!!!!

I was able to move about the store & find everything I intended to purchase. Overall a good shopping experience considering it was fairly crowded.

Went to pick up my online order and used the app for the first time to let them know I was on my way for curbside pickup. Parked at the designated car slot and called the number posted on the sign. It said voice mailbox was full. So how was I going to let them know I was here? Waited 10 minutes for possibly a worker who could help me to no avail.Finally decided to just go into the store pickup where I stood in line since there was no one inside the storeroom. While in line I saw a worker go in the storeroom and told her how there was no one curbside.She said pickups werent until 10am and they were just doing groceries. I showed her that the app said pickups start at 7am (it was 8 am). I was finally able to convince her to get my order.In summary, I thought curbside would be faster especially with advance notice to them. But with poor implementation, it ended up taking about 30 minutes longer than my usual pickup time.

I really Hate going to this Wal-Mart. The grocery section is not well stocked, the clothing section for kids is infuriating because the mix and match clothing is inconsistent for sizes, for example the t shirts might be size 6, but the matching pants or shirts are only to side 2T. The bathroom had no toilet paper and was an absolute mess.I really wish the store was better maintained because its just minutes away from home. Its sad that I drive 30 minutes away to another Wal-Mart to get things that should be in my own neighborhood!

Worst experience for being a disability person. Had to wait to try and get a scooter cart to shop. Never got one so i just left. Piece of advice for management. Get more scooters and make sure theyre completely charged

This Walmart is actually not that bad.They are usually always stocked and you can usually find someone to help you out on the floor. I prefer this one more than others around my area.Just like every other Walmart they need to open more checkout registers 4 stars

The Evergreen Park, Il Wal-Mart location has, unfortunately deteriorated, in terms of Stock Availabilty, and Environmental cleanliness. It seems like their team just doesnt care, or gave up trying. I hope that this Wal-Mart replenishes this location. Being quite close to the Sams Club is a nice benefit.

Went there to get paint (colored paint.....associate had to mix it) and John in the paint department was so friendly and helpful.

I like Walmart generally, but todays shopping experience was interesting. It took 3 people to address my request. One individual was on his cell phone and acted like he didnt want to help. Poor customer serv for this day.

Should not offer pick up if you can’t take the time to answer the phone to bring it out. Neither Pickup or Customer service could be bothered to pick up.

I was surprised at how great the service with moving a large basketball rim.

Went there for a Chicago White Sox shirt for my daughter and they did not have one article of clothing that was Chicago White Sox. They had Bulls, Blackhawks, Bears, and cubs but nothing White Sox. I dont know how they wouldnt have clothing for the best baseball team in Chicago.

This store is a waste of time! Either they don’t have what we need/or want! Or they have terrible customer service! It’s a shame it’s the only one close to us, but I will driving elsewhere! We were about to go check out at 9:40 and noooo register was open! Only self checkout which for one there was a line to the deli and we had a whole cart full of stuff we needed! I asked a lady working she said they close early so there no registers at the time. WTH! They why let people in?! And according to google they are open till 11!!!! Total waste of time!! Zero customer service or at the least customer courtesy!!!

Will never, never go to this location again! Waited almost 30 minutes to check out. During our wait in line my wife called the main phone number of the store and waited 15 minutes with the phone ringing and nobody ever answered. Only 3 manned checkouts open and not all of the self checkouts were open. We finally left about $150.00 worth of groceries in cart and walked out. Went to Jewel and got everything we needed. Dont go to Walmart if you can avoid it!

Tried making a return around 3pm and the (quite rude) lady literally waved me away and said they were closed for returns for the day. Every time I go here, I wonder why I have 🙄

This place is a complete joke! I got a text message that my order was ready. I pulled up at the drive up per the instructions and no one came to my vehicle for half an hour. I didn’t get my order for another 45 minutes. The gentleman’s excuse was that they were short staffed. There needs to be better communication with the customer. An automatic message somewhere in the email should explain situations like that so we can understand. Or we can go elsewhere. I only picked the drive up option because I had my 2 year old with me and wanted to make this a “quick” option so I don’t overwhelm him with crowds.

Clean up this store in Crestwood. It needs a facelift.

Went to this Wal-Mart on a Tuesday morning about 9:30 am. A lot of shelves were half full. Vitamins and supplements shelves in disarray. A group of about 2 or 3 loud, profane young women shopping. I dont know if they were arguing among themselves or with another customer. I just hurriedly got away from the situation. I didnt see anyone from the store approach them. Made me uncomfortable. I dont usually go into a Wal-Mart because usually there is a disruption of some sort, just happened to pass by and thought Id run in for a few things. I approached an employee for help in locating an item and she was helpful, polite and knowledgeable. That was the good part of shopping here.

I love this walmart! Its not the closest to my place however its worth the drive. They are always fully stocked great customer service and they have multiple registers open in the morning. I have experienced Wal-Marts that were limited on stocking and staff and you wait really long to not even get all the items you need. I will continue to drive to this walmart location!

This Walmart is your regular run-of-the-mill Walmart. The place isnt that clean and the staff isnt always friendly but Ive seen worse so 🤷‍♀️. If you just need a Walmart to get what you need and go this is the one for you. And if your not in the mood for foolishness then there hasnt been that many What in the Walmart moments that Ive experienced. So all and all good place.

Rich the customer service greeter on August 21st 2021 is rude and condescending.I asked him about the carts he stated NOT MY JOB. I asked if he could call someone because there were literally no available carts in the store: He said NO and CARTS ARE NOT MY JOB - If you want Chicago Downtown Service shop DOWNTOWN!!!!!

Horrible experience, this Walmart is ridiculous when it comes to its employees. Nothing is stocked & everything is on pallets because the employees are busy on their cellphones or talking about what theyre doing after work.

Only use grocery pickup. Its super quick.. but pickup inside takes ages.. plan on at least 30 min if you are trying to do a pickup inside.

The Walmart in Lansing is getting worse and worse they never anything I am looking for. It used to be that they always had everything that I wanted not good to be my neighbor Walmart.

Had trouble with a walk in pick up.. asked 4-5 store employees within the store to speak to a manager, everyone of them said managers were on lunch. After raising my voice to find a manager, my problems were solved. This is the worst Walmart I’ve ever stepped foot in. I am currently parked to pick up items now- and the number on the wall to call is going to voicemail. The Corporate Office needs to visit this place

The store was super busy, but the staff up front was doing a great job directing traffic to the shortest line. The self check out was moving along at a steady pace.

Their web info & staff need to get in sync with whats actully available in the store! I went there to purchase an item that was an available for in store purchase only item. Web site says that this store has them. After a LOT of wasted time, there isnt even a space on the shelf where the product would have been! Walmart is TOO big and makes TOO much money to not have stock.

Very reasonable inexpensive prices. I bought 3 houseware kitchen items. A Black + Decker toaster oven, rice cooker and cordless Krups kettle. Everything came out to $82. I Bought name brands for half the price.

What a nightmare. Purchased online for curbside pickup. Checked in before I left my house per instructions. Arrived and was told that the item was a pick-up inside only. Had to park and go inside only to not have anyone there to help. Its a circus inside and everyone working said not my job.

This Walmart with a passion is VERY unprofessional, poor and I mean poor customer service ..... customer service was Closed at 3pm in the afternoon due to lack of scheduling .. then when it opened back up the lady they put to open it back up needs to be fired the attitudes she had the tone she was using was unbelievable ...at this point this Walmart needs to close there is no structure in the store everybody is everywhere

Cannot even describe how HORRIBLY run this store is. It is filthy, understocked, and the employees are just rude and lazy. Take a walk by the fish tanks and you will be DISGUSTED on how they maintain them. The employees obviously have NO structure. You would think they were all Greeters with how they sit outside by the entrance. It sure explains why they never have enough registers open- they are too busy on “break” to chain smoke, blare music out of their cellphones, throw trash on the ground right in front of you, and use loud foul language in front of customers. I understand that they might be “on break”, but management needs to make them sit in the BACK of the building, if this is how they take breaks. You can see in my photos, there is LITERALLY ONE CHECK OUT OPEN, and yet a number of employees sitting outside. The parking situation is ridiculous, as well as the lot is ALWAYS full of raw trash.. I live 4 minutes from this Walmart. I refuse to go there anymore. I will make the 10 minute drive to the Country Club Hills location on 167th Street and Pulaski. THAT Walmart is beautifully maintained, always stocked, and has wonderful considerate employees. If I could give Crestwood Walmart -5 stars (NEGATIVE 5), I would in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, in order to rate this embarrassing establishment, I HAD to give it 1 star. I will gladly continue to post pictures each time I pass it to get to Menards!

The staff always busy and helpful when necessary. They seem to make sure to stock up as much as possible. I can count on this location more than any other Walmarts in the area.

OK! First off I am not a fan of Walmart, but I do go there for certain items. Of course, weekends are the busiest at this store and dont forget to wear your mask. Stay Safe!
