I uploaded a few scanned documents to be printed at OfficeMax. Later that afternoon the documents were already ready. When I pulled up outside the store, I indicated online that I was there, and just two minutes later someone came out with an envelope for me. The printed documents were high quality. I am very satisfied with my experience and will definitely use OfficeMax again to print color documents.

Had to get something from OfficeMax yesterday and I just had to commend this gentleman who was working around 5-6pm. He was so passionate about what he was doing and was helping everybody in the store with such joy, friendliness and enthusiasm that is very uncommon these days. I didnt get his name but great job buddy! Keep it up!

It’s scary when the person hired to print your items doesn’t know how to make files into tiles or what control c does. They need to hire more competent employees for the job.

Friendly employees who knew where to find what I was looking for. They quickly asked me if I needed help finding anything And with their help I was in and out in 10 minutes. They had what I needed when bestbuy didn’t and at a more reasonable price.

The short guy at the register is amazing at what he dude is truly a genius in his craft.

The girl in the printing area wasnt all that friendly. The price to fax 2 pages and a cover are outrageous. If the reason for my fax wasnt as important as is was, I would have gone elsewhere.The checkout girl in the front was very nice and friendly. She greeted the customers in front of me and myself with a HELLO and a SMILE.

I do want to preface that this review WOULD BE a 1 star IF NOT FOR the rockstar working at the print service center (my consumer need).Not a single other employee actually walked behind the counter and assisted her with ANY customers. What should have been a 10 minute wait has turned into an hour+. No other employee has approached me, or even walked behind the counter to assist with the ever growing line.Sadly, this burden falls on the store manager, who I assume is not on site, since every other employee hasnt displayed the level of customer service that the young lady at the print center has displayed.I write this, not to corporate, but to passing customers: its been like this for YEARS. The Orland location is MUCH better, both in customer service and cleanliness. (As a customer, I shouldnt see your weekly insert information on a half empty end cap. 🙄)

Picked up two HP 120gb ssd drives for $40! Kind and knowledgeable staff.

I was asked if I do need a help by the store employee, but as soon as her girlfriend walked into the store she left me in the middle of conversation. Its a shame I didnt get her name, but I think every employee is trained the same way in that particular store, so better stay away.
