Ive been a customer of Southside for several years now and they have grown into one of my most trusted business partners. I rate my distributors on price and performance and they excel at both. Larry is one of the most personable guys you will ever meet and he sets the bar for his team. Courteous, helpful, and above all knowledgeable, if I cant find it, they will find it for me. Good stock, low backorder rate, and early delivery. I cant ask for much more from a business partner. They make it tough for me to buy from anyone else. Excellent customer service from the warehouse to the front office. I always hang up with a smile on my face when I call Southside.

Very Disorganized. Ordered from Bill and he never called to tell me my order came in. I finally emailed him to check. he said it is waiting for me. I sent guy to pick up the material and 20 of the items were still on back order. I than waited several weeks with no call again to tell me they were in so I emailed him once again to find out that they were in. I sent a guy over to pick them up and they could not find order. when they did find it the order had no ticket on it stating who it was for.

Orders usually come out wrong, seem to always have a back order, ask for early am, deliveries dont come till 10 am. I dont make money when I use Southside...
