We had a fogged double pane door and four side lights replaced for 20% of what a major brand door and window company wanted to replace them. It took 2 hours and came out perfect! The technicians were on time, professional and courteous. Couldnt be more satisfied!

Came home one day to find a window broken by a golf ball. The windows are original to the house being built and I really didn’t want to spend a lot to replace the entire window. I called Inst-I-glass and spoke to Kella. She was very helpful. Said she would try to squeeze me in that day. I got a call in the afternoon and Butch came out. He checked out the issue and was able to get my window repaired the next day. The staff and crew are very polite and accommodating. This option is much more affordable then replacing the entire window. Great service!!

Great company and fast service! They where in and out very quickly and cleaned both inside and outside around the broken window. Professional service both technical and in office! Window was replaced on site and only took around 30 mins. Affordable service as well. If you have a broken window use this company.

We had a large window that was shattered when our lawn care companys weed-eater threw a rock into our window. Inst-I-Glass was very quick to provide a quote, simply by having us send pictures of the window, and very responsive when I texted with questions. They were right on time for the scheduled appointment and the replacement glass installation was quick and very reasonable. Service was very professional and friendly! I highly recommend them!

When my house was broken into via a back window, I wanted (needed) to get it replaced ASAP. Of the six places I called the next morning, only two even answered. One wasnt available for three weeks. The other, Inst-I-Glass, had no in-home availability for a while either, but the friendly, helpful woman I spoke with gave me the option to bring the window pane in (if you have that option) the next morning to have them repair it at the shop. The rate was very fair and the work was done in less than an hour. The next time I have any glass need, these folks will be the first ones I call. You should too.

So keep in mind that im only a week in after replacing the glass... but so far, Ive got nothing but good to say about this company. In my case, I had the cell number for the sales person, so I sent them a pic, they sent back a price and we set a date. Took them around 30 minutes to replace my broken pane. I also got a quote from someone else to replace all of the windows in the unit instead of the single pane, which would have been 10 times the cost. Dont hesitate on using Inst-I-Glass. They are worth it.

My house got broken into a few yrs ago and this company was the only one who stayed open an extra hour and fix my glass in no time Ill recommend anyone to them.. great people!!!!

I cant recommend this business more highly! During an ice storm, we had a huge limb off our oak tree come down through our toddlers window, even shattering into his crib! Luckily the baby wasnt hurt and Chris made sure that it got fixed later that same day. He and David both worked quickly to not only repair the window frame and replace the glass, but also remove the limb out of the window and shop vac 99% of the glass shards up. They even had so much integrity that when I asked if they needed to charge more than the estimate they quoted over email since removing the limb proved to be rather time-consuming, they refused and stuck to the original price. Our son will be able to sleep in his own bed tonight because of the professionalism and kindness of these two and I cant express my appreciation for them enough! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know that needs any glass repairwork done.

Had a very difficult job, 40 year old double pane window that broke and had to be replaced. Hard to find someone that will only replace the glass. Did a great job.
