The Gnc in Crestwood IL is my favorite. I feel like Im visiting family each trip. Andrea and Alana are incredibly helpful and arent afraid to tell me what I need and give me insight on the newest supplements. Thank you so much for your knowledge, professionalism and great music. The store opens at 10am its 11:08am and its a Ill be back in 10mins sign on the door very unprofessional if you ask me I dont have time to wait this is bad business...

The short girl that was there today (wish I remembered her name) was very helpful and knew everything about the products she was selling.

Vitamin Shoppe has the better value and doesnt try to get you to sign on with a gimmicky program designed to take money out of your pocket. Try American Health Foods on 95th Street in Oak Lawn. This location is dirty too.

I had experienced (if not the best) some of the best customers service in a very long time. Leslie was not only patient, but extremely knowledgeable about products all around the store. You can tell he is either well trained or comfortable in the way he handles a crowd of customers. Looking forward to my next visit.

This is the closest store to me and each time I go they are either out of the Lean Shakes or only one variety. I have mentioned it twice and I go back same thing. Got to find a store where the staff is listening. Uggh!

I get all of my vitamins at GNC. Each time I come the employees are all nice and friendly and willing to help me find whatever I need. I usually wait to get the Buy 1, get 1 1/2 price because then I will be set for 2 months.

All GNCs that Ive been to have been pushy. Shout out to Devin! Hes great everytime I go in there.

Only been there once yesterday. Only customer and when I walked in the door the person working didn’t acknowledge and when I approached the cash desk the same person didn’t look at me so I walked out. No customer service - no sales. Unfortunate because I like supporting local.
