Im working to clean out a very large 10X20 locker. And it helps a great deal to have carts at your convenience. It helps a great deal. I have to use 2 at a time so thanks management for the great service.

New management is non-existent. Nobody answers the phone to pay bills and they cant wave late fees because theres nobody managing there. They wont even return messages. Was fine when it was cubesmart, but never notified customers of the change.

Great customer service. I had no issues moving in or out of the unit. I have been with them since 2015. I finally got my own house in 2020/2021. They are a secure facility.

Sign up was so pleasant and easy thanks to Sonya, the manager. She was a ray of sunshine in my busy (organizing & moving) day. She took me for a brief tour to show me the unit as well as the best way to drive up to it to make exiting easier. The property looked clean, secure, & safe. Sonya explained the contract thoroughly & asked if I had any questions. I wish every place that I go to had a Sonya. The world would be a much nicer place.

Everything was easy to understand process. I was able to just do everything I needed to do with no problems.

I am packing up my house so I needed a few boxes to store all my things. I stopped in to this location on my way home from Work to buy some boxes. I was greet by a man named rich who was very pleasant and helpful. He also told me about some of the deals going on for renting a storage unit to I have a place to store all my packed up item. I was very pleased and I amHappy I decided to stop in when I did.

Came here today to look into getting a storage. The manager Sonya was so nice and very knowledgeable about the business. If I decide to get a storage in the near future would definitely come back to this location. If I can her 20 stars I would.

Went there with a large trailer and could not get out because the exit gate for large vehicles was broken . I was told before I rented my space that a 18 wheeler could get in and out easily. It was a total nightmare trying to back out around the corners. CubeSmart, Please fix this problem soon. I wont be returning there until they fix that gate.

Sonya is always nice to deal with & she remembers everyones name. I rent an indoor unit & find it conveniently located, very clean, & the common areas are well lit. They have carts for us to use and a garage bay we can pull into if needed. I appreciate that they place my delivered items in the unit for me since I almost never arrive before the office closes. Theres even a restroom available to us.

CubeSmart Self Storage in Crestwood, IL. Is Fantastic!!!! The staff and Manager Sonya are very professional, polite, & REALLY CARE ABOUT YOU & YOUR BELONGINGS!!! Richard is a rock star in his own right. He’s a good listener, thorough, and hilarious (without being over the top). My mom and I enjoyed the time we spent with Richard while securing a storage unit contract. It felt like we’d known him a lifetime. Prosessionalism at its best. If they had 6 ⭐️, I would. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable & fair pricing. I am hoping they will accept my homeowners policy to negate their $12 charge each month. I bought a lock in anticipation of acquiring the unit but they use a particular type of lock ($13) which is annoying but not awful.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have done a ton of work on this site and added a whole indoor complex and upgraded the entire lot. That is the good. The bad? They have raised my rates three times in the last 18 months so plan on paying more than advertised soon after renting your space.

If you dont stop in and rent your storage from Richard, well youre just a doggone fool! Great customer service and hospitality. Made the pain of renting storage a seamless and pleasant experience. Great job hiring this guy, cubesmart! You earned a customer for life cause of this guy!

I recently rented a storage unit at this CubeSmart location. Tatianna, the manager here, was excellent. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in getting me set up to use my storage space. The facility itself is newly constructed, so it is super clean and pleasant to move into. I chose it because of its proximity to both my home and I-294, as well as the fact that it is more affordable than the other two places I scouted out nearby. Im pleased with my choice and would recommend to anyone who needs to store their belongings before moving to a new home.

Charles greeted me as I entered the facility and was very informative about the options available to me. He assisted with picking out the storage unit that would be perfect for my needs. Firstly, Shar is AMAZING!!! I called the day before in a panic and she calmed me by giving me options and assuring me shed be in the office the next day. When you arrive, they walk you to your reserved unit for you to review it and make any changes if necessary. The interior units are climate controlled with access to dollies, an oversized loading area, ramps, etc. I was very impressed and have no concern for my items!

Rich was a very friendly and helpful guy from start to finish. I wasnt sure what size unit I needed but he took me around to show me different sizes and was able to find one that would work for me. Im glad I made the decision to give cubesmart a try.

I left a voice message with the office and i got a return call but no message. I called to tell them my storage unit has a leak and some of my things are very damp like cardboard boxes with my personal belongings. There is a wet spot on the floor so I am not imagining the whole thing. I would have liked to be informed that something was being done but i guess I will have to call again. Storage units with leaky roofs.This is a follow up from my original post. After repairs were made to the roof over my unit, (this is what I was told by management) the unit was still leaking and even worse than originally. The managers seemed to have a wait and see attitude about whether it would still leak or not. The floor of my unit was very wet and the insulation in the roof was heavy with water. I did not have time to move my stuff to another unit as I had an overseas trip planned. Many of my personal items were damp and I can only guess how much the water has effected them. The managers told me the maintenance guy was out caulking everywhere on the roof but that obviously had no benefit. It would behoove them to permanently fix this if they plan of renting this unit after I leave but apparently they dont care enough to have it fixed right by using a qualified roofer. Sometimes leaks are very difficult to find when someone with no experience is doing the repair.So now I am overseas and wondering how wet my stuff is or if the leak was really fixed. One last thing. They saw fit to raise the rent on my unit, leaky roof and all. I will never do business with these people again. I had a bad experience with another Cubesmart, that one located in Oak Forest. I had a parking space with them, and they suddenly deleted my account for no reason. I dont know if the two businesses are owned by the same people but the level of competency in both would suggest that.

Sonya made my decision easy and feel secure about storing with Cube Smart. Look forward to continuing the wonderful relationship with her and Richard.!
