Though I did not use any of the facilities services, employee Mitch Bowen, went above and beyond to show me how to replace my battery for my key and also gave me some pointers on what to look for when my car is due for an oil change. Was pleasant having him assist me. Seems like an honest man.
Joe Edwards is a wonderful service advisor. The team here doesn’t try to sell services that aren’t needed. They will take care of you and your vehicle and leave you feeling safe on the road.
Plaza always tries to lie to you about what you dont need for your car in order to sell you instead of help you I will never be going back here ever again. Very distrustful organization and Ive had a Mercedes and a lexus makes no difference which plaza dealership they are all willing to con you

Brian is a great Representative in the Service Department and a complete gentleman. I took my car for an oil change, tire rotation etc and received excellent customer service from Brian.
Plaza Lexus has a premier Service operation. All services over the last 6yrshave been exemplary.Todays service is routine maintenance but the Technician found additional issues needing attention.Because the Technician was alert and conscientious he brought these issues to my attention, showed them to me on the car, and were fixed. Another example showing total dedication to customer satisfaction.

Went there for airbag recall & maintenance. I was given a loaner since it was for recall work. The loaner I was given was the same model as mine but newer. I loved the rubber floor mats, especially the cargo one. Told them I wanted to order the exact ones in the loaner. When I got home with my vehicle & opened the pkgs of mats they were the wrong ones. Took them back & they said that they weren’t sure which mats I wanted because they had given the loaner to another customer. Said they would call me as soon as the loaner was returned so we could order the right ones. They also said they would mail me a refund check for the ones I was returning. Couple weeks went by, no return call or check. I called & left a message for my service guy to call me back regarding this. Another week goes by I call again asking to speak to the manager,.service guy immediately calls back saying the refund check would be in the mail soon & gave bunch of excuses for not returning my calls & excuses for why he didn’t find out which mats were in the loaner vehicle. Finally got check in the mail (About 4 weeks after returning) but never heard back about the floor mats. Very poor follow through.
