For a novice wanting to try out nail polishes, the associate was a wealth of knowledge! She explained the different brands, what you need to prep your nails, and options for more natural polishes. I glanced at the hair color section too; there were lots of pretty shades!Thanks for the help!

They are such liars, I went in to buy hair extension and I asked the lady twice if I can buy them and show my hair dresser the color first and if I need to exchange them or return would be okShe said it very clearly that as song as I don’t open them and have the receipt it fine I could do that.I’m so upset it’s a waste of my money now I’m stuck with $160 extensions I don’t need or can’t use .That Asian lady needs to learn the policy or get fired, I will never enter this store again ever please lady’s watch your receipts and read them cause they are untrusting .

MISCLASSIFICATION - NO WIGS OR WIG making supplies are sold. Their employees have are NOT licensed because if they were, they would not be working there. Do not ask employees for advice.

This is for all Sally’s stores. I will not be returning to any of these stores, I would buy color from here for certain clients who wanted to pay a little less. It is now MORE expensive for inferior color and then when I got to the register I’m told that my license is expired in their system so I don’t get the pro prices, a heads up would’ve been nice. To top it all off YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR A BAG. Sally’s you won’t be in business for long.

I stopped by this store today to pick up a few things to color my hair. I also needed a flat iron and new shears. I walked in and the employee was with a customer so I was thinking once she finished she would be over to help or ask if I needed assistance. About 10 minutes go by, still no greeting or assistance, so I walked to the front of the store to look at shears, thats when I noticed that there were two employees, both assisting the same older white woman. They were both just looking, no one asked if I needed help or said hello...NOTHING!! So I walked towards the door and no one said thanks, have a good day or anything. Do you really think that I am going to spend my money in an establishment that cannot say ONE word to me?! No way! Black people have money too! I will NEVER spend another dollar in a Sally Beauty Supply. They are a perfect example of HORRIBLE customer service.

Horrible experience!!! Very bad costumer service! The white older women who was working there was very very rude to my child and she wasn’t even playing or touching anything!!! She just came to tell me that she don’t have to be playing around!! That was very very discriminatory just because we are latin people it doesn’t mean that they can treat people like that!!! So I walked away without nothing!!
