Dollar Tree is always a fun place. They have a reasonable selection of basics for $1. The employees are engaged in 2 of the 3 locations I went. One even advised me to order online and ship to the store when the product wasnt on the shelf.

One of my favorite dollar trees in the area. Usually well stocked. Lines arent too bad.

NICEST lady works here. I think she’s the manager. Came in at 6 on a Sunday, she helped me with balloons. Glasses, ponytail. If anyone knows her name, lmk. She is so kind and helpful, radiates kindness!! A special person indeed.

Happy workers eager to help, clean and well-stocked. Everythings a Dollar and some things are marked $0.50. They also have frozen vegetables and ice cream and other Frozen treats. Clean store.

Loads of options ranging from toys, birthday balloons, birthday party cutlery, foods, utensils, cleaning items, mobile accessories which are costly outside market, car chargers are available in 1 $. Chocolate, chips, biscuits, non alcoholic drinks and many more items available. Best things about Dollar Tree is that things are arranged in a way to easy to locate. Shoppers dont have worry about price difference as every items cost 1$. Staffs are super friendly and courteous. Another best thing I liked about the location- every Dollar Tree shops are located in shopping arcade which makes families to visit even during late night without fear.

Best Dollar Tree Ive ever been to. Everything is super organized and they have ALL the good stuff thats hard to find at other DT locations. They even sell some onbrand items so thats convenient. I thought I was going to need to go to 2 different stores today, but I got so many items at this DT location off my checklist that Im satisfied for now. I surprisingly got almost everything.

I was really new to the area and having such a tough time finding things/stores, ect. The location of the store is in a REALLY big shopping center and it doesnt. My GPS took me there to the parking lot for all of the big stores stores in the location but I was so distressed! My GPS didnt drive me to front of the store just the shopping plaza!! I called the store to ask for help locating it, it was so hard to know where it was! The GPS said I arrived but the store wasnt in site. The clerk on the phone tried directing me being more critical of me instead of naming stores that are directly next to it/large name sign stores I could see and maybe directing me from there. He named stores it was not near or even beside and when I said this confused me and was hard to still find it for me, he hung up on me! I was already afraid I was in the wrong location! I called back really upset, and a different person answered. I explained the same thing to her (that I was new to the state and looking for the store. My GPS told me I was there but there wasnt a Dollar Tree in my view at all). This person stayed on the line and directed me with more care until I told her I believed I saw it!

Geraldine who claimed she was the store manager was rather rude in lacked customer service skills. She snapped at my mother for putting already scanned gum in her purse. When questioned further she claimed it was due to theft from previous customers. Look lady you just scanned the item and you are telling me that I need to put my candy in my bag versus my purse seems rather petty. Of course the store was understaffed and not as welcoming as you would expect

Needed just a few items from the store and didnt want the long lines in the grocery store so made a quick in and out stop at Dollar Tree. Perfect for my needs today.

I love my dollar ttee in Creve Coeur. I always find everything & more that I want. They have a lady checker there that is so friendly & helpful. I dont know her name but she is a little older than most of the checkers. It seems lIle I am there a few times and if she is not working at that time it is hard to find answers to my questions. Also you have the best items for 1.00. Thank you.

Cashier was coughing and sneezing pulling mask off wiping mouth and face scanning away, couldnt believe it! And no hand sanitizer in the bottle at entrance, its places like this is why the County is locked down!

Love this store, if I spend $20.00 I come out with 19 items. You cant beat that!

Wide selection of items, including seasonal and party supplies. We love buying bubbles, cards, and holiday items. They always have glow sticks available. You can also find some basic household items, toiletries, and food.

I love coming to this store for many reasons. One of the reasons is for crafting items for my toddler, theyre cheap and come in packs plenty big enough to use for a while. Another reason is that its the best place to bring my toddler on inclement weather days/weeks - she can browse and pick a couple things out and it doesnt cost me much for an hour of her attention being occupied. The employees always greet everyone who walks in the door, which is always nice.

Hit or miss. Employees are usually fine. Occasionally they are disinterested. Shelves are often full. Occasionally they are under stocked. Product is good. Occasionally it is cheap junk.

There was a nice selection of seasonal items. Thought I saw something nice on the front table to wear. Will be back at least 1-3 times before Halloween. Give my regards to Erma.

Its Dollar Tree, not Nieman Marcus. You go there for low cost low end merchandise, that mainly will have short-term use; or for discount brands of common over-the-counter medications.

Because the fur Breeze that I bought there and all the cleaning products got the smell of burnt pizza out of my room at the hotel and save me hundreds of dollars you are a wonderful store and hopefully the boy that had the Farrah Fawcett hairdo will still be working there when I come back so I can tell her all about my experience and how Im so happy to see that the Dollar Tree has made so much money over the years because they have good customer service and help out the customer whenever they can post

Didnt have pasta available and carts of boxes stacked everywhere.

There isnt a minus star or the store would get it. My family has been in on many different occasions and had problems with new management. The little girl that thinks she runs the place has been disrespectful to me my family and other customers. Punching and kicking boxes and cursing at customers. The last straw was her smelling like marijuana and making remarks like if you cant find it yourself you dont need it apparently hopefully your company will fix these issues

Great selection and products in stock . Erin in meat dept very helpful with information on cursive of meat, preparing etc.

An item was out of stock and I inquired of the product to a sale rep, who immediately stop what he was doing checked their backroom stock and located my request! I called him the rain maker Atwell the cashier was patient when I discovered I forgot an item!!! Love the Great customer care :)

Here I shopped for the first time with my husband and we shopped over $100 and their machines wont accept higher purchases.Instead they say that my card has a problem. But they have a lot of good collection

Google says you’re open until 10 so I drove all the way out to you, only to find your cashier and her BFF sitting in the entryway claiming you were closed three minutes after 9pm. You should fix that.

This store is awful. I truthfully only go their because its close to my job, but seriously its ALWAYS disgusting, and extremely short staffed and today while I was in there they had 1 lady on a register with a line to the back of the store and the manager Lisa (who is awfully rude) didnt help her at all- she continued to air up balloons. Horrible customer service...

This is probably my favorite store. I save a lot of money by getting many of my groceries here. The only problem is that some of the aisles seem to always be ruined by children pulling things off the shelves, and it seems theyre always stocking so you have to navigate the maze to find your items.

The store was nice and clean, the service was warm and friendly. I will be stopping by again soon.😊😊😊

Called today to find out if they had a specific Halloween cup. I was told they had 2 dozen or so, so I drove all the way from Arnold to get them, only to find out the guy on the phone wasn’t listening at all to what I asked for. Complete waste of an hour for nothing.

This particular Dollar Tree is usually under-stocked, but had most of my needs, today.

Too many people; not enough employees and they seemed extremely slow mentally as well as checking out customers.

I was told there was no helium for balloons and it was coming on truck in the morning. I think she just didnt feel like blowing them up because they were almost closing and she was vacuuming already. Either way it was a wasted trip.
