Donna at the Creve Coeur location was a wonderful help to me recently. I contacted the office about helping me sort out some old hearing aids from my mother as her newest ones were missing. Donna said she had time that day and patiently and methodically helped sort and pair them up. She truly was a blessing.

My husband and I were very impressed with Belsono. Both Donna and Amy were incredibly professional. Amy made it very easy to understand our options for hearing aids. Were very satisfied customers!

Donna took care of our last visit. She is a gem. She answered our questions and then demonstrated what she explained. Very nice experience.

Donna was so helpful last week when my hearing aid wouldn’t charge. She was able to get it working with a drop by visit. I am so thankful for Belsano and their expertise.

The lady that does the hearing test is very very mean and alway has a nasty attitude. I had been going there before she came and they would alway fix my hearing aid but the last time I went there to get the one she fixed that she made she refused to fix it or send it to the company for repair . I asked her to just make me a new one and she was angry because I had gotten one from another company; so she told me to go back to the other company and let them make me a new one. I feel like she was trying to hurt my feelings and she did. She has had several secretaries that told us that that they left because she was mean to them and seemed to be prejudiced.

Amy Krueger, audiologist, was so incredibly helpful, professional and knowledgeable that I highly recommend her and BELSONO.. I love my Signia Charge & Go hearing aids! They carry the Stilletos, too, and other brands, but for me, the Charge & Go X were the best! The sound from my iPhone goes firectly into my ears and I also have the TV Bluetooth audio. Donna and Amy are wonderful as they are both very thorough with assessment, diagnosis and follow up care. My 89 year old Mom has hearing aids and is unable to see to clean them. Donna took the time to teach me how to clean them which I am very grateful for that support.

My fathers hearing aids were lost during his move to rehab. We wanted them replaced as soon as possible. Amy gave my brother all the details required, and when it came time for me to actually place the order, Donna arranged everything in a jiffy. Very helpful. Joy went above and beyond reaching my doc. Very pleasant to work with. This company staff expained everything about the hearing aid to the payment plan to the hearing test. The audiologist set up the aids and again, like everyone else was patient and through.I love the aids.

I have been using (Creve Coeurs) Belsonos services for two and a half years since moving back to St Louis. They have been wonderful to work with. Staff is courteous and quite helpful. I decided to purchase new hearing aids, and they are fantastic. What a difference in terms of wearability and sound clarity. The Dr went to great lengths to make sure I was fitted with the proper pair - programmed just for me. You cant go wrong using their services. I recommend their service and their products without hesitation.

12/15/2018-Both Amy and Joy are there when I have service needs. I was recently needing service while out of town, and Joy & Amy were able to work with a local Hearing Aid company to resolve my issue. I have been with Belsono (and previously HearUsa) for years and look forward to many more in the future.Amy and Joy are always very pleasant and professional. I have been a very long term customer of Belsono and HearUsa before that. I have always been extremely pleased with their service.

The folks at Belsano Hearing Centers, 12352 Olive Blv in STLouis county Mo are the greatest. They go out of their way to make sure your every need is taken care of as quickly as possible, and to the best of there ability. I live in Ft Smith AR and I drive to St Louis when ever I have hearing aid problems because I know they will take care of my problems quickly and professionally. They always check back with me after a visit to make sure everything is good. I wouldnt be happy going to any other hearing center.

Im writing this for my 92 year old Dad who has been staying with me in LA. for the last 6 weeks due to health issues after I bought him back from MO where he normal lives.He had issue with his 5+ year old hearing aids he bought from this store, so I called & talked to Joy McMillen about getting them sent in for repair & back ASAP because he didnt have his spare ones with him. Believe me, life is not good for him without the hearing aids..... I sent them priority mail to store & there Amy Krueger inspected the hearing aids & found that they still work considering they are 5+ years old & just was clogged with wax & needed new tubes so it wasnt necessary to send back to factory for full repair. She changed the tubes & calibrated them so they would work together & sent them back in less than 1 week from the time they were sent off. My father was so happy to get them back & was able to communicate with me without me having to write down everything on paper.All this was done at a VERY minimum cost!! This could have easily been a very expensive repair or been pushed into buying a new set because of the age of them, but they didnt & showed concern for my father.Im truly thankful to both of them for all their time & effort for giving back my fathers hearing.
