This is by far the best HomeGoods in the DMV when it comes to them being well stocked with amazing finds and great prices. However, their sales associates will smile and lie right to your face about if its a hard or soft pull when it comes to opening a credit card with them. They will tell you its a soft pull. It is not.This particular sales associate also rang up an item twice.Do Better HomeGoods.

I need a 12 step program for this place. I will go in with one thing in mind and promise myself I will get that one thing and leave. Well, one full shopping cart later, Im now struggling to make space in the car. A great place, with reasonable prices, to find the decor items you need and the items you never thought were even necessary.

Love this place. Such uniques finds, excellent prices and friendly staff. There isn’t much you can’t find here and at an affordable price. They have expanded sections and made more room for bigger items such as furniture. I wish they didn’t mess with the kitchen and food section as much- you could always find unique and fun things. All and all it is such a fun store and a winner amongst all the shops in this area

I love this store there are so many amazing things to find whether chairs kitchen stuff new bed sets seasonal decor they always get the best stuff at great prices I’m a long time customer and will continue to be I highly recommend trying it out if you need to decorate on a dime but want it to look like it’s high value

Ive been stopping by almost every day looking for a large floor mirror after they were sold out everywhere else and this location finally got some in! I was on my way to checkout and a gentleman on staff offered to carry it to the registers for me without me having to page anyone.This location has good variety of everything that you forget you need at home and helpful employees who keep the store clean and organized. My only complaint would be the cashiers requiring to ask about opening a credit card every single time you come here, and whether youd like to donate to a charitable organization, even after you already have. Itd be great if they programmed those questions into the keypad system instead.

Their name tags say Happy to help, but when it comes to customer service, they are the worst. A cashier told me someone with help me load my heavy items in my vehicle and to pull up to the door. When I came back in, no one wanted to help or stated the manager wouldnt allow them to help. This is the worst customer service ever. Beware of the friendly saying on their name tags, as this statement is false. Better luck getting help from a stranger on the street. Lets see what corporate has to say.

Not only being a former employee but also frequently shop Home Goods Gambrills and Annapolis. This review is for the Gambrills licatiin. I was quit disturbed by the Manager Micheal whom refused to come to speak with me as a consumer at 1st call. I requested again as I felt disrespected. I was purchasing over a hundred dollars of products but one lamp shade was crinkled and slightly dedistorted. I asked if they could give 5-10% off ($2-3 off a $30 lap). Not only did he barely look at me, he rubs the product during COVID and he walks off saying the most I can do is a dolloar. Frustrated at it all I decided to give a review instead. Wow!I work customer service in both of my jobs and this is certainly a training moment for this Manager Home Goods

Great local department store for very nice home furnishing but sometimes this store is very unorganized. It is a very busy store so I do understand that. Overall, I like shopping in here. I wish they received more higher quality small kitchen appliances. Every now and again they have receive some great small appliances.

Just left the store where theManager was on the phone asking what to do about an employee on drugs on the clock and walking around the store with no mask. It is very irresponsible for them to let shoppers in the store while this is going onVery disappointed

Good shopping day for everything apparently, because the store was full today! Many, many finds. Countless options and friendly staff. Anytime Im feeling spontaneous I find myself at this store. Another successful trip. Got new pillows, more seasonings, dining table napkins and place mats...

I try to go here as much as I can, which is at least once a month. They have great stuff and although I dont always buy, I love to browse. I love the eclectic and unusual and they have plenty of both. The store is also conveniently located.

Went to find large rugs for new bathroom remodel. Hated the assortment that was available.

I LOVE this HomeGoods! There is a variety of furniture, decor and food items (its where I get all of my flavored coffee and reasonably proces spices that cost a mint at the grocery stores). Of course, I always find MORE than what I came in for but forgot/didnt realize that I needed. The staff is really helpful and the store is brightly lit (I think that is to shock you into buying everything lol). The clearance items are plentiful and are good deals also!

I love my GA Home Goods store. It is one of my favs. But was so disappointed in the Crofton store. It was disorganized. Aisles were blocked. Selection reminded me of a Goodwill store. A lot of the furniture was damaged but they were still asking high prices for it.

Every time I come to this store, there are two registers open and huge line of people. Do better.

Lots of nice pieces like most home goods, but a lot of their pieces were not marked with prices. This made it hard to shop.

Horrible experience seen some lamps that were on display for $39.99- $49.99. Went to show an associate what was there so I could make sure, just so happens that the associate that I came in contact with was the store manager Karen. Karen was very rude, she sucked her teeth and if im not mistaken she rolled her eyes and continued to basically say no I could not get the lamps for the displayed price and as the customer I couldnt understand why, her reasoning was because she didnt put them there, I explained to her neither did I. Long story short the associate that came over and over heard the conversation was the associate that had placed the lamps there and hadnt had time to put the correct signage up. So she said she was sorry for the confusion to Karen but never apologized to me. Ive been shopping at this location for a very long time. I will not be returning anytime soon to this particular Home Goods.
