There a cricket near me in Bowie but Ill take that drive around 35 mins just to get to that cricket because of of the customer serive and the cleaningness.

The most appealing aspect of Cricket is they are integrating AT&T network into their phone network, which is extremely efficient. I am also saving $40 from what I was paying before. I visited the Cricket in Crofton today with a unique set of issues connected to my brothers lost/stolen cellphone. Due to his residence in a nursing facility, I was unsure of what to expect. As directed by Cricket customer service, I arrived with my brothers picture ID & a complicated story. But to my relief, the sales associate Carolina P. exceeded all of my expectations. She was understanding, patient, knowledgeable, and very interested in making sure I left the store a satisfied customer. She addressed each & every one of my concerns and walked me thru everything I needed to replace his phone, allow him to keep his old #, and set up his account in a way that made me responsible for the monthly auto payments as I requested. I came to this location to buy a new phone and I already had an account. They convinced me to get a different number because it would be cheaper so I did. I was already paid for the month of may on auto pay. They told me their credit machine wasnt working so I paid them cash for the new phone. The very next day my service was cut and was told I needed to make a payment. I went to another location and they told me it showed I paid $0 dollars the day before when I paid cash. I was stupid enough to not ask for a receipt. So they basically pocketed the money and now I double paid for the month of May and they arnt doing anything about it. Cricket seriously has dropped the ball. Would recommend never going to this location ever! They suck!

Was looking to switch out of T-Mobile, and saw this Cricket store as I was driving by. I decided to stop by and learned that they share the same network as AT&T. The sales representative explained all the plans, and I ended up getting the $40 plan with an LG Stilo at a bargain price. The sales representative was knowledgeable, and helped me get credit for switching over.

The young representative at the store was so nice and really explained me everything. I switched and got $100 bill credit and a lg stylo for $50. Could not find anything better. And the service is great so far!

I worked close by and saw the free phone sign outside. I had At&T, and I found out that they use the At&T network too. I switched, and now I pay $55 a month for unlimited data, which is much better than what I used to pay, which was $80 a month for 4 Gb of data. I couldnt be happier.
