Says it closes at 11pm but they were closed at 10:28pm when we went there. Drove out our way to go here and they weren’t even open. Very disappointing!

I asked for a quart of regular butter pecan ice cream, but was given the old fashioned kind that is brownish and was really disappointed when I got home. When I called to straightened out the issue, I was hung up on and told they were too busy to address my concerns...not a happy camper. You lost a long time customer today in Crofton... Baskin-Robbins.

6:30 am, I drive up to this store that is staffed only to have them say the baskin robbins side was not staffed yet. Seriously? A staff in store, Im the only car, zero customers, and no one in the store can make a $7.62 shake? Not very efficient management. Not very thoughtful customer service.

I would like to give it more but the fact that it says 24 hours and you are limited to certain things ( no ice cream) if bs. If you gonna advertise 24 hours either note limited items or serve all items

A nice clean Icecream shop with no sticky tables or floors. Id give it a five but Im suffering brain freeze from my Grape Coolatta....Im sure Baskin-Robbins is to blame some how. 😋

Tater great and cost arent too bad

Bought 3 sugar cones and they were old. Couldnt finish it. Please throw them away when they are old/bad/expired and replace them with good/new ones.

They claim they’re open till 11 but we went at 1005 and they had the doors locked and said they only served coffee or iced coffee... bruh just say you’re closed

Nice and friendly. Food was hot and coffee was hotter.

The staff was sitting in the dining room watching TV when we came in. They were slow to get up and not super friendly. They didnt have any waffle cones but didnt explain if they never do it were just out. They seemed confused by my request for 2 scoops on a single cake cone. I probably wouldnt go back, but this location is 24 hours so if it was the only spot open I guess Id go.
