I love this store!!!! Its always clean, organized, well stocked, no odor. And the staff are very friendly and helpful.

First time visiting Giant Food and loved the layout. There was a gentleman by the check out station that was so friendly and helpful. I love to be around happy and positive people and thats exactly what youll find that at Giant Foods.

The only store in the area that stocks gluten free Bisquick. I am allergic to wheat. Eating wheat will put me in the hospital. Thank you Giant.

Produce is usually good, but pricey

Always fresh produce, very helpful staff,i do test with a different person each visit, they stop what they are doing, and take me directly to the item i needed, i drive 30 minutes bypassing 2 closer stores

I love my local Giant. The personnel at the store are always helpful and polite. There are a few things they dont carry that I wish they would, but you cant have everything. It did take them longer than I feel it shouldve to get paper back on the shelves. I also cant seem to find any type of Lysol type products in the store. I feel the hype should be over and the stuff should be available.

I love everything about my experience with Giant in Crofton MD ! From walking in the store, they are doing a great job of keeping it clean, stocking there selves, they are always willing to help with finding things with a smile the cashiers also do a great job also ! Thanks Crofton Giant Food for making it a pleasure to go shopping !

Today was both a payday and a Saturday, and yet several registers were closed! Why? I’ve noticed this before! On several weekends previously, Friday included, only three cashiers are available! Not to mention shelves still not fully stocked long after the pandemic hoarding is over. Again, why? This is basic management! But clearly poor management and poor scheduling is at fault. Is the store understaffed? That can’t be the case because I see new cashiers there all the time! Use them! Relying on self-checkout to make up the difference of a human person does not work. Most people are there to shop for the entire week. Which means no one is looking to bag $300+ worth of food at self-checkout. Fix this!
