Never open by the times posted, if the employees dont want to get there before 8 they should just change the official hours.

Public Humiliation! Terrible Experience! Hold Up Alarm!I have been a patron of this store for years. Beverages for family gatherings and gifts are typically purchased from this store as there is a nice selection and, typically, the service and helpfulness of the employees is stellar.However, they have lost my business!While checking out, the cashier M. Patel, was having a hard time with the credit card machine and ran my card 4-5 times. I politely asked him to confirm my card would not be charged every time he ran it. He apologized quite a few times and said, I am confused today. I was then informed my card was charged more than once. I asked him to credit the overages.Concerned with his incompetence, as it had taken about 10 minutes for him to ring up the sale (with four other people waiting patiently) I asked for the credit receipt. He asked me why I needed it.Seconds later, he said, Check her. I think she has a gun. To my surprise, I turned around to see a police officer standing behind me. M. Patel pushed the hold up alarm!! Two other officers entered the store.M. Patel then proceeded to tell the officer to check all the people in the store for guns. The officer responded that he could not search people randomly and violate rights. The officer commented the day before M. Patel pushed the hold up alarm and the police responded. One officer asked for the manager or owner. R. Patel said he is the owner--which is not true. He refused to share the name of the owner, but said his father owns the store.M. Patel is ridiculous and completely inappropriate. I have never had an experience as the one I encountered at this store. It was humiliating and completely unwarranted. What a waste of precious police resources. I hope he has to pay false alarm charges because it is evident he doesnt understand the criticality of pushing the hold up alarm.During the humiliating incident, customers were putting down their soon-to-be purchases and walking out of the store. So, M. Patel clearly created a negative environment and lost business because of his antics.To add to the distress of the situation, my card was still charged more than once.

Well stocked and they have some products that I cannot find elsewhere. This is not close to my house but its the only store that I have found that sells Bacardi Coquito.

Great knowledgeable staff. Ample parking. Always find something new and unique in their variety. Feels more upscale than your average liquor/wine store.

Staff Is still Great, but they have continuously raised Prices since ownership Change and are far from competitive on Pricing with other Stores in the immediate Area.

Inexpensive, fair selection. The place opens at 8am however the girl that opens the place up in the morning is usually ten to twenty minutes late so call it 9.

Since the New Owners took over, it’s the WORST! They NEVER open on time, their rude and I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere! I’m done with them!

I was just reminded this evening why I stopped coming to this liquor store despite the new look and new counters which are nice, the organization of wine is the most absurd thing Ive ever seen and makes for a really frustrating shopping experience. I vaguely remember when they first did this and I stopped going but since they are open later than other stores I went this evening and the terrible memories came flooding back. LOL. For some reason the manager has decided to organize the wines by brand or label which is really not how, I or most people I know buy wine. So if you want a good red wine but youre not quite sure what you want or youre just a little bit of a brand flake or an adventurer and youre always willing to try new things, you our really going to struggle and end up buying something mundane like Apothic. For example if you just want to look at the Zins or the Malbecs or a good Shiraz, that is not possible with this store. The employees are extremely helpful but I wouldnt have been able to shop without their assistance which is ridiculous. I was pointed to a small cluster of malbecs at the bottom end of a very crowded aisle where I almost knocked over an entire box of wine trying to bend over to look at this scare malbecs collected there. Very unfortunate for a store this size with the wine collection they have, to be organized this way. Ill stick to 424 wine and spirits its a tiny store compared to this one but a much better organization system and theyre always having new and interesting things and great wines!
