A month ago we went into American Mattress to look for a new one. The owner Kevin was very helpful in helping us with deciding on what was good for us. We ended up with the Serta King comfort Hybrid 3000. My only complaint is I dont want to get out of bed. It’s amazing. They’re closing the doors soon so run up and buy one. You won’t be disappointed. Ask for Kevin he is awesome!

All American Matress is the correct name for this place. Kevin, the owner embodies all aspects of a strong small American business. He is from the area and cares about what he does.When I entered the interaction was simple and cordial. Kevin kept his distance to allow me to try the mattresses but was present when I had questions.He gave me a fair price with an agreeable delivery charge. The reviews are not fake, highly recommended. Do not bother with big Matress chains.Also, dont forget to tip your delivery drivers, they are working hard!-W

I bought my first queen mattress from Kevin in May 2019. He was attentive but let me browse without being pushy. He gave a small discount on the mattress and delivery was seamless. Didnt try to sell me on any extras or a more expensive mattress. I would highly recommend going here if youre searching for a new mattress!

I love this place. I came by to buy a mattress had a budget in mind. So I came in old Kevin what I like and my budget. Instead of trying to up sell me he showed me a few mattress. Gave me the price and threw in delivery so that I could keep my budget. Theyre also flexible with delivery.

Quick and easy shopping. We told the guy what we were looking for and he showed us exactly what we wanted. Cheaper and better than what MattressFirm barely helped us with shopping for. It was in-stock and ready for pickup just like that. It may be a small business, but it is a great one.

American Mattress is really the only store someone should shop at, when in the market for a mattress. I went to Sleepys, Mattress Discounters, and many other stores where the sales people are commission based trying to sell me something I dont need. The guys here are knowledgeable and really gave me an amazing deal, hundreds less than other chain stores. I bought the mattress on a Friday and the manager Kevin said I could have it delivered the same day. Awesome service the delivery guys took extra precautions around my tight corners and set it up for me! I have sent many other friends here and they love the service as well!

I bought a Queen size bed from All American Mattress last summer and Id say it was one of the best shopping experiences I have had.I told the sales associate what I was looking for and my price range and he showed me a few beds that I was looking for, never tried to aggressively up-sell me anything (or up-sell me anything at all) and didnt go above my price range. I bought the bed around noon that day and they were able to deliver it to my house the same night, I was surprised at the quick turnaround. If all business transactions were like this, thered never be a reason to complain. The sales associate was super kind, helpful, and straight to the point.However, there was an unfortunate mishap that happened with my bed, happened a few months later. The metal frame came apart, I went back into the store to tell them my issue and the same sales associate that helped me previously offered me a new bed frame no charge, thats how you get and keep loyal customers.As long as Im in the area or nearby, this is will be my place to shop for anything bed related. I absolutely loved my experience here and how everything was handled and highly recommend this place.

Bought a floor model tempurpedic and I couldnt be happier. Customer service was fantastic. There was a bit of a hitch on the delivery, but as soon as I thought to ask his crew immediately came back and took care of removing the old mattress for us. I cannot speak highly enough of how well every aspect of this purchase was handled. Honestly, even though the delivery guys messed up on not taking the old mattress, they were exceptionally polite and careful in my home, so I cant really complain. Very happy.

My husband and I were looking for a new mattress. We noticed All American Mattress in Crofton and decided to try out their beds. We met with the owner, Kevin and he helped us find the right bed for us. He had great customer skills and the price was under what we were looking for. We were assuming $1,000 for a mattress and he quoted us $849 for the Queen size Simmons Beautyrest Melissa. At the edge of the bed he posted that his competitor is selling it for over $1,000 and listed that a patron would receive over $300 discount. (clearly we were quoted more.) Because my husband and I don’t make big purchases on the spot, we went home to think about it. I was happily surprised when I noticed we had a coupon in for $500 off any Simmons Beautyrest King or Queen Mattress Set at All American Mattress. (There was no fine print.) On 11/23/2012 we went back in to All American Mattress to buy our mattress and the sales clerk stated I had to wait until Kevin arrived to validate the coupon. To my surprise, when Kevin arrived he would not honor the coupon. We still understood we were getting a good deal, so we bought the mattress. We booked a time for delivery between 3 and 5 PM the next day. The driver never called us at 5 to say they were running late. I contacted the company and they said the driver will call us back. The driver called us back 30 minutes later and did not deliver the mattress until 7:09 PM. I don’t recommend going here if you want them to honor a coupon or show up on time. However, we still got a good deal on the mattress.

After getting ripped off on my first mattress purchase 3 years ago I was determined to get a quality mattress at a fair price. After a lot of research on mattress underground I started in waldorf then I went into D.C. and looked at non typical brands like goldbond. Then to Annapolis to look at restonic. Even went all the way to Baltimore which turned out to be the best thing ever because on my way back I stumbled apon American Mattress where I met Kevin Lalley who was the most honest genuine person selling mattresses in the DMV. Needless say Ive been sleeping great the past few months on my new authentic kingsdown (bigger stores like mattress warehouse/ discounters have theirs custom made with inferior foams/coils and sell them for the same price if not higher) and recommend Kevin and his team to anyone looking for a new bed.
