The service was pretty quick and very reasonably priced.

Would be really nice if you would keep a motorized buggy at the auto center for those of us unable to walk up front to retrieve one. I wanted to shop while my car was being serviced.

They are awesome. They could not fix my tires at first, but they tried to see what they could. So great people working there.

Not enforcing the mask policy. Not even the workers were wearing their masks. Go somewhere else for your safety.

Paid over $500 for new tires and they didnt even put our spare back. They just threw it in the back. Such a pain in the butt.

I went there recently to get my tires rotated and the person who identified himself as the manager over automotive basically ignored me for almost 10 minutes while I sat there in my car waiting. He was already in the tire bay when I pulled up and he totally ignored me. It was obvious to me that he did not want to wait on me. As I went to get out of my car after being ignored he approached me to see what I wanted. When I told him I wanted my tires rotated he seemed to be annoyed and told me it would be at least an hour and a half. I was the only one in line for tires although there were three cars in line for an oil change. Even so he was very dismissive and was not friendly or professional at all. I reported him to the corporate office and someone who identified herself as an assistant store manager did follow up with me. She offered me a free gift card and I explained to her that it was more important to me that he receive some coaching. I further explained that his behavior was no doubt causing them to lose revenue. Of course she agreed and apologized. I will not go there for service although I’ll have to travel further to another location.

Horrible customer service or any type of service- purchased 4 tires- starting having issues with something in front end and took it to a different mechanic who said it was a miracle it had not flipped due to the lug nuts not being put back on properly- one was completely gone and the others were so bad he twisted them off by hand. Had a oil change done as well or so i thought until a low oil light light popped on about 3 weeks later, come to find out it was dry on oil. In a car that previously had no problems or never used/burned oil.

It took an actual 20 minutes for anyone to wait on me. I understand the actually physical labor taking a while, but the only thing they had to do was write me up for the oil change.I usually choose walmart centers for oil changes because of the price, and the fact that I can shop while my oil is changed.I believe I will find another, more service oriented business in the future, even if its pricier.Another edit, I was over charged for my wipers, too.

The Mechanics there are amazing and went above and beyond services rendered and I give each employee a 5 star rating Even waiting on my car they made sure to check and see if I needed anything else as well as any other services that might need to be attended To while waiting I am more than satisfied with the performance of my vehicle after serviceExpense was satisfying as well as the performance of my vehicle enhanced and can feel the difference in the most positive way I highly recommend if you need your car serviced to ask any one of these mechanics to assist youAs well as you should choose this particular Walmart for that reason

Paid almoat 180 for two new tires yet 15 days in a tiny while exolided out the side of one. Walmart sells defective tires to families and then tries to charge them the tires jist failing. Asked about warranty they ofcefed but told even though its 90 days it doesnt apply to mu situation. Liars and thieves who honestly seem like theyd rather lie and kill families then run a honest business. I will never come back to walmart for auto vs.

Waited for almost two hours just to get my oil changed. Didnt think anything of it until my car began acting funny. Looked under the hood a few weeks later and noticed they didnt screw the oil cap on all the way. I was driving around with about 2 1/2 quarts low on oil for weeks because they didnt screw the cap on all the way. Now oil is all over engine and covering everything!Also tried to get a new tire under warranty and the guy said they wouldnt cover it because the tires didnt look aligned. Took to get them aligned and the shop told me everything was aligned correctly and I didnt need to get that done. Thanks for makes me spend extra money because you guys think they are not aligned.

I walked in and waited 10 minutes for anyone to even come to the front desk. A lady told me to walk outside to the work bay to get signed in for an oil change. I walked outside and there were 2 mechanics talking to each other behind a tire rack. They saw me and continued to talk. I waited 5 minutes before actively getting the direct attention of one of the guys. He looked at me like I was bothering his conversation and told me to wait for his colleague to sign me in. Nobody moved and they continued their conversation, I left and went to the Valvoline store out in South Ridge and received the best customer service I couldve asked for. Ill never attempt to get anything done in this walmart again.

No sense of urgency when garage full of vehicles. Techs were gathered in bunches, laughing joking, having a good time while I waited for 5 hours. Finally was told they couldnt change my rear tires . Bunch of kids who were never taught to hustle.

Terrible service. Attempted to have a tire plugged. They refused, said they were unable to do it. Took it to National Tire and Batter, they had no trouble. Last week went for a tire rotation. They offered another excuse on why they couldnt do it. Again National Tire and Battery rotated my tires and had me back on the road.

Absolutely rude employees and the wait was ridiculous

Sat waiting for them to ask what I needed for over 30 minutes,half of that was spent with no one working on the single car in the garage. They just stood around talking.

I gave them one star because they at least got the right tire on my truck! The female was complaining to me the whole time and didnt hear anything I told her. Im not pleased at all either the services! I suggest going anywhere else!

If I could I would not have given them 1 star, went to get an oil change, they pulled it behind a car that was already on the rack, they told me they didn’t have the oil I wanted in bulk but I could go into store & purchased the oil & filter I wanted, so I did, but after watching the guy doing the oil change on the car on the rack & after a hour & 15 mins my temper couldn’t stand it any longer, I got a refund for the oil & went to Cross Lanes car wash & oil & got my oil change

Very rude staff and slow. Manager sees females in line and helps them instead of helping who’s in front of line. Waited 3 hours for a single tire to be put on a rim.

Been passed up buy 3 people all I need is one tire save your time go somewhere else
