Jordan, Chrissy and Sammy went above and beyond to help me with my poster print order. There was a small issue with the printer however they reprinted my poster and made sure I was happy with it. Really great team they have here especially in the photo lab. I’ve been getting prints here for about a year now and they never disappoint.

I can not get same day prescriptions filled here. Everytimes I have something sent in in the morning, they tell me it will be one more hour, over and over until they close. I have had to call Nitro Walgreens and have them fill stuff 30 mins before they close on several occasions. Im switching to Nitro now. Even though I live next door to the Cross Lanes location, its still faster with less issues to go to Nitro.

I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for about a year, and there is almost always an issue. I have started calling my doctors’ offices two weeks in advance to prepare for filling a monthly prescription. I’m typically told prior authorization is needed (despite the doctors sending that over days in advance) or that the script is “not there”. There are always days of waiting & multiple trips involved. I started trying to get my most recent prescription on 9/21. After calling my doctor and calling it in at the pharmacy, I wait in line & am told it will be 45 min to 1 hr. While waiting I get a text that the medicine is out of stock. I replied to the automated text messages for updates for over a week and finally call in yesterday to see if it’s there. I am told it’s in & I let them know I would be in the next day to get it. After waiting in line today, I’m told there will be another 45 min. wait. Getting monthly prescriptions should not be this difficult.

I am temporarily redoing my review after they have hired a new pharmacy manager, and are restaffing.The managers there are aware of the bad apples and are throwing them out...Today is the final reason I am done with Walgreens. I miss Rite-Aid! The staff was so much nicer and more professional. This Walgreens has lost, forgot to order, overcharged etc... medications. They changed my phone number without permission from ME the parent. I called to express in a nice professional manner to please change the phone number back to original number I gave and please not to change it. I am the parent. The lady was rude af. Put me on hold to be a spiteful B word and then another professional attitude female got on. Kept interrupting me and she changed the number but was based on her coworkers words short and rude. Ive had it with ignorance and rudeness at this pharmacy. I highly recommend if you care about someone you are getting prescriptions for, Do Not Go Here. They are a really unprofessional pharmacy and I dont trust anyone I care abouts life in their uncapeable hands.

The short nasty lady in the pharmacy has got to be the least compassionate and rudest garbage bag human Ive ever encountered. She has no business in a position dealing with the public and people that might be feeling weak and ill. Zero patience, zero compassion, all vile attitude. Used to be a wonderful pharmacy.

Before they took over rite aid it was a wonderful staff.now these people are from out of town and just dont act like friendly people from Cross Lanes. Theyre two women pharmacist that are really hateful. When you ask a question you feel like you are being interrogated. Mr. Moses is the nicest person there.

There was one pharmacy tech that was nice respectful and understanding her name was Erica. Besides her they are rude smartmouthed and could care less if you get taken care of or not. I switched to walgreens from rite aid a couple days ago and i will be going somewhere else from now on.

My boyfriend went in this evening to buy me foot cream because number one I’m pregnant and number two I’m a diabetic. He asked not 1 but 2 associates for help and both of them directed him to the wrong area ? This location is in serious need of a lesson in customer service ! Just think -if he would have had actual help he would have been in and out before you all closed !

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They lose prescriptions all of the time, say they never receive them from the doctor’s office, and the staff and the pharmacist are absolutely the rudest people ever. I left Rite Aid because the pharmacist over there was just terrible and then guess where she’d ended up going when Rite Aid was bought out by Walgreens. The Walgreens I went too.

I go to the pharmacy here and my dr always calls in my script hours beforehand but yet lately it seems to take them hours to throw 9 strips into a bottle lmao

I once looooved this pharmacy. the staff was awesome. they even knew me by name.ever since walgreens bought out rite aid, the pharmacy is drowning...wait times have increased from less than a minute to at least 30 minutes. customer service is lacking because they cant keep up.so very disappointed.

I loved this pharmacy and have been with them for many years now. I have never had a complaint till now, and truly, it is not the fault of the staff. A couple years ago, Fruth Pharmacy closed, and their customers were divided between WalGreens and RiteAid. Now Rite Aid has closed and all their customers have gone to Walgreens. Great for their business, bad for customer care. I used to wait no more than 15 minutes to get my prescriptions filled. Now it is on average two hours. I used to only be on hold for maybe 3 to 5 minutes, today so far, i have been on hold for 25 minutes. More mistakes are made now because staff is over worked. I will say, the staff is awesome. They work hard and are always courteous and friendly. This is not their fault.edit..call was dropped after 32 minutes. I called back and was placed on hold for an additional 23 minutes after speaking to a technician. The pharmacist apologized, and said that their calls are routed through a call center in Florida. I am transferring my prescriptions to Kroger. I miss what Walgreens used to be

This walgreens by far is the worst in customer service. The pharmacy staff is rude or can not help answer question or do thier job properly. Prescriptions never get filled on time or they have them and dont give you all of them when you pick them up and are more worried about getting people in and out as fast as possible and not getting things correct. Thats why I switched pharmacies to a place that can do thier job.
