Dropped my Silverado off for oil change and a wash. Get my truck back and there are still spider webs on it with the dirt and a greasy hand print on the fender. I hope the oil was changed better. I called before I went to pick up my truck, to remind them to wash it and I was on hold for over 10 minutes and never got to speak with the service writer.UPDATE:I got a call from Dave Kirk Service and they apologized for not washing my truck and told me to stop by the next time Im in town and they would wash it for me. They do follow up on reviews and care enough to make things right. You cant say fairer than that. (But, they really should have taken care of it when they put it on my bill or when I was on hold waiting to talk to the only person who could have gotten it washed, apparently.) Service up front can prevent issues down the road.

I left a bad review recently for Dave Kirk Chevrolet service department. I must update that review now. Michael, service manager Kevin, Tim Poor, they all went above and beyond what they had to,to make things right for me. They fixed my car and did not charge me for anything other than what I owed them. I want to apologize to everyone at Dave Kirk for my bad review, I was over anxious and spoke out unfairly. I have been doing business with the dealership for many years and have always been treated fairly and with respect. I let my feelings in a heated moment take control and I am admitting I was wrong. Buyers beware. They sent me home in a vehicle then later decided they need more check stubs. They have harassed me on a daily basis at work because they think I can just run in the office and get on the computer whenever they tell me to. I pulled them up and sent pics to a cell phone as I was previously instructed but then they decided that wouldn’t work so still calling me while I’m trying to work and now making threats to come pick up the vehicle because I can’t run every time they change their minds. I would say find a place more professional, a place that knows what they need while you are there instead of constant harassment at work.

Very Dishonest Service, diagnosed my radio as having a bad display screen, replaced the screen and it did not fix the radio. Four Hundred Dollars for the screen they say im responsible for paying for. After I paid them one hundred fifty four dollars for their expert tech to diagnose it was the display LOL now after doing a second diagnosis they say now its not the display screen but a short in the radio receiver which is another thousand dollars. I ask if they order the receiver and that is not the problem will they charge me for the receiver they answered yes. I will not be paying them for anything else period they can keep the car the finance company can pick it up at Dave Kirk Chevrolet as im not making anymore payments on the car. I will hurt my credit before i pay that scam for parts that were not needed. Very Shady

Everyone was nice and friendly and it was great to see that they respect America and our flag. Well done. The way customers should be treated. The guys at Dave Kirk didnt rush me at all. They answered my questions, took the time to show me all the features of my GMC Sierra AT4 and in the end were just all around friendly people. They were also the ONLY dealership that was willing to negotiate a bit on my purchase, something the last 3 dealerships I visited were not willing to do.

The body shop at Dave Kirk went above and beyond on fixing my vehicle quickly and keeping me updated on its progress, even allowing my father to pick up my vehicle when it was completed and following up with me a couple of days later to make sure I was satisfied with the repairs. The repairs look great!

I found an F250 diesel on the internet that was located at Dave Kirk Automotive. I called the dealership and spoke to Nathan Monroe. Nathan was polite and gave me all the details of the truck. We decided to purchase the truck based on what we saw on the Internet and my conversation with Nathan. We drove from Illinois to pick up the truck and it was exactly as described. I do not appreciate being lied to! I sent all my information in and worked over a week with 3 different people, 1 sales person & 2 sales Managers! I sent all of the required paperwork in, as I live about 40 minutes from the dealership and dont like wasting time! I laid everything out on the line, the sales person I worked with, Scott, was pleasant. I emailed Gregg all the information and spoke with him twice on the phone. We set up a time to come in and the day before my appointment, the fuse caught on fire in our van. The van wouldnt start, and I called the dealership immediately and Scott called me back. I explained what happened and told him EXACTLY what my husband & I had to work with. I asked if the deal was off since I now only have the tax money we are still waiting on from my husbands taxes as a down payment. I was told not only by Scott, but by the sales Manager Gibby to come on in and we could figure something out. So we showed up and was scheduled with a different sales person, who I have never spoken with, who was not very well briefed on our situation, as Scott had something come up and couldnt come in. Gregg was in but Gibby wasnt as far as I know, at least he didnt step in where we were to assist. Everything went sideways, since the van was not a trade in and Gregg wasnt aware of that, this is why I called BEFORE coming in! Then I was asked for a 1099 or some type of form showing what taxes are taken out, well here we go again, IT WAS STATED UP FRONT I was an independent contractor, which means I do my own taxes!! And Scott knew that I started that job this year and havent done my taxes yet! And after wasting about 45 minutes or so, Im sorry we need a grand to help you! What part of, I dont have that and I called the day before to tell you this, do you all NOT understand? This is NOT a way to run a business! So now since you have ran BOTH my husbands and my credit several times from various banks, EVEN if we had a way to go somewhere else to get a car, we probably cant because of all the hits on our credit reports! I will NOT EVER go back to people who cannot communicate and tell you up front that we cannot help you!Since I cannot respond to your comment, we already bought something from somewhere else and still stand on our decision. We will NOT be doing business with your establishment.

Nice to have close by for work that I cant do but in the future Im going elsewhere. I took it in for a lube job that had been missed on the last service and was charged anyway. Ive been directed by other people to check out another business just down the street, they will let you watch the work being done and charge less for their service. Ive had it with dealerships keeping the public from seeing the work performed or the lack of it.

I was new in town and had to bring my truck in. Received a new fuel pump and got it back and was told I needed a new turbo. The service attendant said it would cost 20k and maybe i should trade my truck in. Later that day I noticed the AC wasnt working. They got me in days later. When I picked up the truck I noticed on the way home my oil pressure gauge wasnt working.Crossville automotive replaced my Turbo with OEM parts and it was 4k. Just to find out you cant test a turbo. It has to be removed in order to be inspected. We wasted 4k, there was nothing wrong with ours.I would give the Chevrolet dealer no stars if it were possible. CROSSVILLE AUTOMOTIVE IS WHO I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!
