Burkes was better when you received discounts on sale items because the quality of the products balances out more. Typically most things Ive found are cheaply made and beauty products that are name brand are usually separated because of a break down in the formula, most likely from being stored too long in a warehouse without proper temperature control or they are expired. Some household items are a very good price but this place was definitely better a few years ago. We do enjoy browsing through their handbags though.

I bought some really nice blouses there. And their prices are very reasonable

This place has turned into almost entirely a single gender store. They used to cater quite fully to both genders but during this visit I noticed that 4/5ths of the store was dedicated to women and there was one very small corner of the store that was meant for men and boys but even then the selection was not much unless you were looking for some golfing attire. So disappointing..

Needs a bigger mens section. I enjoy going here, but often leave with nothing because the selection is small. I also wish they had more of a shoe collection for men.

I enjoy shopping at Burkes. They have great prices and theres always a great clearance rack to look through. I know several of the employees, we worked together at Goodys years ago and I enjoy getting to say hello and its a good feeling to see good people still working great together.

Great prices on some name brand clothes. You may not always find a specific item but I have never been disappointed shopping here. Today I got a Columbia mens 3xxl jacket for $12.99.

I find something each time I visit this store. The inventory turns over quickly, so theres always new things to see, and the prices are reasonable. This is my go-to store in Crossville for clothes, home decor, dog toys, and other miscellaneous items. Today, fall was the theme. 🍁🍂

Great store! We had never been in Burkes before but I was way impressed. It was clean, pretty quiet ( raining) but the staff was very personable and choice was good. We will be back.

This is a pretty decent outlet store for the area, since there are really only 2. The quality is good, but like a lot of outlets, the quantity is not always there. Always hard to find something you like in your size. But its open and organized, and the staff is great...so dont be afraid to shop here; you never know what you might find!

With Burkes, since its an outlet store, its hit or miss if you are looking for something specific. If you are just going to find something new, I recommend checking the store out. They have clothes for the family, shoes, home goods and bedding as well as the odd thing that might make a nice gift.

Nice store. Wide variety of items including clothing. Had a good reduction on Carhart clothing. Plenty of parking spaces. A little hard to notice from road (127). Checkout was a little slow the day of visit (1 lane open). Cashier was nice and polite. Will return again.

Best place to shop!

The shopping experience was going okay until it came time for my daughter to need to use the fitting room. We waited and waited some more time. Someone cut line at one point. Then a lady went to the other room after her two friends used it and occupied the room for a long time while one of her friends repeatedly brought her clothes to try on. It was such a trying experience. I feel one of the workers, who did walk by a few times, should have instructed the ladies to free up the fitting room. My daughter and I were quite upset about the whole situation. She placed some clothing back on the rack and we left the Outlet disappointed.

The line was way to long. Replaced my items and left. They always seem to have check out problems?
