Amazing people to work with.

The supply of tractors is low right now so its easy to drive behind the building and get to the loading dock. When it is full it is easier to back down the the north entrance and park outside the gate if you have a small load.

Me and my boys just bought a brand new M5 111 here it was a very smooth transaction I couldnt be there for the signing but they were able to allow me to sign the paper work on my phone. A big thanks to Mark, and Kevin for a great experience, and making it easy for our farm to have another great Kubota tractor.

Where to start….. called inquiring about a tractor talked with danny nice guy actually returned the call got quote and said can we come on Saturday to talk and get clear numbers…… the good experience was off to a good startSo on saturday about 10am talked with steve another good guy the it went south after advising them i have had no good experiences with kubota dealers in middle TN. Fast forward kevin the enters the picture…… thats when it seemed to get toa. Point where it was like they were no concerned at getting out by 12 we were advised let me look at the numbers and run credit ill call you.Monday i decided to call was told call me tuesday im waiting to hear back. I ask hear back on what kubota credit. No on the tractor model youre looking for.Why look for the tractor we already know there was a wait we knew what we wanted why not start the process with credit so that paperwork so it can be done….. call tuesday he is with a customer leave message called wensday to be told the same thing…..There is the issue and why dealers are not trustworthyIf you say your gonna do it then DO IT return the call start what you told us you would be doing….. its clear you dont want the sale…. Oh and if you are going to return a call leave a message that was the nail in the coffinClearly only good ole boys get service. A simple do what you said you would do and return the call and we would be in a different place. Word of mouth travels……Fyi i called for help on my first tractor and my info was taken then and i never received a call back so you guys were given a second chance…..Proved one thing at least your consistent

Got a few things today, turning the weed wacker into a brush cutter, gas powered pole saw. Tim was great and explained in detail everything we needed to do, and not to do, with our new equipment. Going to be a fun weekend! Thank you Tim for all your help!

I recently needed help after tearing apart an old tiller. I didnt have a clue how to find five new bearings and seals.Doug spent an hour explaining to me how my parts went back together and he was able to get all of the materials that were necessary.Now I have a rebuilt tiller for my tractor that is as functional as it ever was.Thanks Doug !

Their very professional and customer service is awesome I never worry about the equipment I drop off they take care of everything and not just done the work I asked but washed my equipment. they go above and beyond to satisfy their customers.

Large inventory lots to choose from

I have been looking for a large mower or compact tractor for about a year now and Tim educated me on the various models that would suit my needs both budget and capability-wise that helped me make the decision as to what to get. He really knows his stuff!Overall, PT&T has a super, super knowledgeable staff! Danny is absolutely wonderful as well! Hes great at explaining everything and readily available to answer any questions I had. He was extremely patient during the whole process (which took a few days for me to make up my mind as to which model to get). Their staff makes you feel incredibly welcome and I felt confident in my purchase. I even got a manure spreader with my tractor, which is exactly what I had been looking for as well.Thanks so much guys!

All the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Quoted me a little higher on some repairs. Told me they reused the parts they could to save some money. Danny the salesman is great too. He knows his stuff.

I had to have some work done on a cylinder on the front end loader. They were able to rebuild it and save me some money. I had broken the glass on one of the doors a while back and replaced the glass my self. I never could get the door to line up correctly. When I picked my tractor up from the cylinder rebuild they had also adjusted the door for me. They didnt charge me for that and I didnt ask them to do it. They went above and beyond. I will tell everyone that needs any service done on a tractor or equipment they are worth the drive. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and asked if they could help me with anything. I go to Plateau with a friend that has Kubota tractors. Its a fun place to visit and see all the new equipment and some really nice people to deal with.

Not impressed at all with the inventory lot. A lot of staff and nobody seems to be interested in selling a tractor.

After visiting two other Kubota dealers and being very disappointed my neighbor suggested I go to Plateau Truck and Tractor.I visited on a Saturday morning with low expectations.Im happy to say my expectations were far exceeded.I was welcomed immediately upon walking in.How can I help you?I was looking for the RTV-X1140, as I had at the other two dealers, neither of which had a unit in stock for me to look at.Orange or Camouflage? was the next question I was asked.They had several units in stock and insisted I take it for a test drive so I could get a feel for the machine.Id already done my homework and knew exactly what I wantedWithin 90 minutes I had picked out my machine and the required accessories to make the unit street legal. As I was doing the paperwork the machine had been prepped.Since then Ive bought tractor implements and had service performed on the RTV-X1140 and my Kubota tractor.I usually perform my own maintenance, but Ive been having Mark (Service Manager) and his crew to perform the work for the last couple of years.They are very fair on the labor rate and they dont PAD their work.An honest hours work for an honest hours pay, you cant argue with that.If you are even considering any piece of Kubota (New or used), Land Pride or Stihl Equipment, you owe it to your self to visit Kevin (owner) and his staff, youll be glad you did.PT&T is a full line STOCKING Kubota (Agriculture and Construction), Land Pride and Still dealer, among others brands.I have to mention the Parts Department as they have always had what I needed in stock.Oh and when you visit them, make sure and take your trailer, itll save you a trip.
