We live an hour and half away but it was worth the drive to come visit crossville and try this pool shop. They were the BEST even Nashville TN had nothing compared to the young lady we talked with.. she was very sweet helpful and wasn’t pushy or hurrying us in no way...thank you for all you helped us with!

S&W completed a pump install, significant pool cleaning/vacuuming, and added necessary chemicals to get our pool started up this season. Wonderful customer service and very nice to work with.

Everyone at S&W Pool and Spas has gone above and beyond to satisfy this customer! I purchased my hot tub with a different dealer and they went out of business. When I had a warranty issue, I was informed to go to S&W Pool. Even though this was not their sale, the staff helped me through the warranty issues and treated me like family. Wonderful and prompt service!! We just had them come out and close our pool. Huge improvement over the service we used out of cookville the first year. I was so pleased when they scheduled and showed unlike our prior providers, who always no showed. I felt the prices were very fair, service was friendly and professional. Very happy we found this company.

Ive been getting my pools supplies for the past 5 years at S&W and find them to be very professional and knowledgeable regarding pools and supplies. There prices are comparable to any major department store. They will test your water sample and recommend the right chemical mixture to achieve the perfect clear clean water condition. Susanne and the help, are super to work with.

This place absolutely sucks. They have not showed up for the past month will not answer nor return my calls. The are very dishonest and unprofessional. I do NOT recommend at all. You all suck so bad.

We bought a used hot tub with a busted pump. We told them our problems, and they were very helpful. We bought a pump from them that came in a box which said, bad wet end. We asked them about it and were told it was a box for a different part.When we installed it, we noticed a terrible leak. On the wet end. We took it back and were told they would fix it for us. Then we were told they would have to order parts and would call us. We had to call them every time. We were never called back.When we went to pick the pump up, we were told a charge for fixing the pump. The pump we bought broken from them. Apparently said pump was in an altercation with a previous customer and was thrown, hence breaking it. At that point we asked for a refund and received it. We were not going to pay them to fix something which was broken when sold to us.

Customer service isnt patt of this establishments priorities. I have waited for over 6 weeks for the completion of the work that they started. The filter is still not back in tact and our pool now looks like a pond. I called for an explanation as to what was going on last Thursday and was told that someone was on the way. I then was told Youre welcome. And the owner hung up the phone. I wouldnt recommend this establishment to anyone!

Very expensive job was promised to be done in under 2 weeks. That was in July. Technically the job is still not done as the deck was not finished as agreed, the hot tub stopped working within 4 weeks of use, the cut power to my garage and wont fix it, and they will not give me the pool cover saying I did not buy it when I did. Terrible customer service, unreliable workers, and overall terrible experience. I am turning them into the BBB and suggest no one uses them. I have had to since buy a new hot tub from another company and Im going to still be out money paying for items I did not get and fixing the electricity and finishing the deck.

Liars, lousy work, cuts corners and doesnt finish or stand behind work.They do not do what they agree to, take your money before work is done and don;t ever come back. They installed my ground cover wrong put it over not under sand, charged me for 30% more sand and left about 1/2 of the total load on the ground, didnt level or pack sand as agreed to, didnt stretch liner and left hundreds of wrinkles up to 2 tall in liner that I trip on and will not allow my sweeper tom work. Didnt hook up my pool equipment or installed the sweeper plumbing through the wall. Left leaks all over the pool equipment, and the witch that owns the place hangs up on you when you call in and never never never returns your call and has her underlings tell you they will not be doing the work you paid for, once they have the money all work ends even though they are a long way from finished.Don;t walk run from this horrable business person.

A month of calling about a part and repair with no luck. They dont return calls. I have tried calling several times and they always tell me they are looking into it so I gave up. A month later an employee calls and asks me when I want the repairs completed...HUH? I cant even get information about the part I need...so i send the spa serial number, pictures of the part and everything they ask for..(employee with last name Davis says she wants to redeem the companys customer service).no response for two weeks..I call them back with no results. I have looked for other Vita Spa repair companies but none that are local. I would strongly suggest that you not purchase a spa that may have to be repaired by this company. Update: Several months later, lots of promises but no action. Spa is still broke and I have had it. I would rate negative stars if I could.

Great place for all pool and spa everything

I have an advocate! In what truly tested my mettle over a protracted period of time, my $14,000 hot tub went cold. Allow me to enter my back story some. Im one of those folks with the handicapped stickers on my car. I hurt really bad, so bad, that I really need my spa especially in the winter months. I called Suzanne the shop manager that was so helpful at the time of the sale. Note: she advised me that only with a doctors Rx I would be exempt from sales tax! Points for her! She didnt just forget me once the check cleared, no, to the contrary, she fought over a protracted period of time and trials only to arrive to the conclusion that my Brand New House must be wired wrong? Ok, my doubts began to rise as the power worked before... so why would it not work now? Josh the shops service chief came over so many times that I wrote him into my will came up with this and when he peered into my brand new breaker box, all he could say was its amazing your house didnt burn down! Every circuit was singed black and fused together within the box! We called another electrician who corroborated what Josh ( aka Superman) had said and rewired all to meet with safety standards. Im now sleeping with two eyes closed as the fear of fire has gone. Oh, did I mention that Suzanne and Superman are solely responsible? Well They Are! They were right from the start. I did get a brand new heater. Thats a next generation model for all of the trouble, and I Now Have A $14,000 hot tub again. People, let me tell you, I really do have an advocate. I now feel love for both Suzanne & Superman and count them as my family. Both are kind of in my will now. Where do you find that outside of family? If you ever want a spa or a pool there is ONLY one name in Crossville; S&W!
