I took an old patio table to Mr. Lively to have a whiskey barrel lid put on and have general repair/restoration performed. It turned out very well. The whiskey barrel lid was a gift from my mother and this man basically created an heirloom for me to pass along to my kids. Very happy with the work. He is a true gentleman and an artist/craftsman.

While I cant speak to the quality of this mans craft, he has displayed abhorrent ignorance on social media, even questioning and mocking an adopted African child because her name isnt normal. Your hard earned money should invest in people who deserve it.

I want a water damage restoration business and when it comes to furniture that’s been damaged and needs repair, I always call Jeff. He does a fantastic job and he’s been doing it for many many years. He knows what he’s doing and he does it right

Purchased a dining table and damaged the veneer unpacking it.Called Jeff and sent him a couple of pics.He gave me an estimate and scheduled a appointment. He showed up on time, did a great repair job and for the price of the estimate. Thanks Jeff!

My go to guy for furniture restoration and repairs. Mr. Lively is always nice and customer service oriented. Ive used others before and his skill and time from start to finish beats the others hands down! He even picked up and delivered back to me at no charge. I give him 5 stars. ☆☆☆☆☆

Extremely rude. I called 2 times and was hung up on. Third try, he answered and said you called me 3 times on a Sunday. First off, I just assumed I got discounted. I would have been happy to leave a voice mail since his website did not specify time and hours open for service. I felt extremely disrespected and it was unnecessary.

I hired Jeff to touch up many scratches on my Armoire, add a new mirror, fix a door latch, build shelves and fix drawers. He only put in a new mirror and built shelves. When I asked why he didn’t complete the project he got very angry, screaming at me in my home. He offered to bring in his supplies and fix only one of the issues, but obviously after someone treats you like that, you don’t want to keep them in your home. I offered to pay him for exactly what he did end up fixing instead of the full amount quoted and he said if I didn’t pay in full he would take me to court. He even admitted he didn’t have the tools to fix the door but still wanted the full amount. After yelling at me for what felt like forever, I just paid him whatever he wanted so that he would leave my home. This vendor was a real disappointment.
