3 washer and dryer sets, 2 very large flat-screen TVs, 2 playstation consoles! Staff is always on point with help service whatever we need! Highly recommend these guys!

I have been a customer of rent a center for about 20+ years. Ive rented to own from other rent a centers with no problem. Washers, dryers, stereos, televisions etc. I recommend Rent a Center....but NOT from the Crowley location unless you want to be bombarded with calls or employees coming to your door and asking for you, with an attitude. First time before signing contract, we were ignored, it took 3 hours to start this last contract. The tv was delivered and set up...less than a month it had to be serviced. Beautiful bedroom set with mattress. Mattress had a bump in the middle of it. When an employee acts like a bounty hunter for $56.00 it truly shows incompetence, unprofessional and arrogance...please dont rent from here. I know I wont. Found a better deal at Aarons. Apologized and told me they didnt want to lose me as a customer...I told them to pick up their merchandise. Period!!

DO NOT trust them!! Get everything in writing becausr the manager with try to go over on you. He has the employees lie to the customers saying you HAVE to get automatic payments. I spoke to their corporate office and thats a lie. Its your choice. Just go to another location.

Rude always threatening to pick up your merchandise if your a day late.I was told that my merchandise was on clearance but everytime I make a payment my balance is more than what it should be I can say I never had a issue at rent a center until I came to the crowley location.If you plan on renting anything go to Aarons theyll treat you better

Great place to rent stuff you need and want. Helpful nice employees. They will bend backwards to get you what you need at good prices. Very good rent to own place. In fact thru out the years I have gotten 1/4 of the items I own thru this company. Suggest if you go to this store you ask for Joe or Justin, great guys who will go out of their way to meet your needs.

I do not recommend this particular store the management should be changed

Great quality and payments but calls are non stop

So I rented some things here. Never again, if you miss a payment they send the wolves sort of speak. I dont recommend them at all. Bad customer service. F rating indeed.
