Ill always take my truck here. I walked in last week with about 5 other customers there. Within a few minutes they got my truck in did an oil change AND an inspection and I was there only 20 minutes total. Hats off to the hard working guys there.

These guys are awesome. I didn’t realize they were getting ready to close and I really needed the air checked. They explained that it would take too long to complete today and I said I understand. As we were talking I explained that my daughter was taking the car to Phoenix AZ. The manager stated oh man I hate for her to drive to Phoenix with no air. So they took care of business right then when they didn’t have to. Like I said… these guys are AWESOME!!!!

Took my car in for the yearly inspection. Easy (and quick) in and out. Employees were all friendly, courteous and professional. No trying to sell me anything extra such as air filter, etc. I was impressed. Im happy I took my car here and I will be a return customer. I am recommending them to others.

I went in for a car inspection and they lost my insurance card. I didnt notice until driving away and immediately returned to ask them for it back. After one employee searched for a while he came out and searched my car. Four different employees searched my car and could not find it and yet STILL claimed this was not possible. After searching the whole building, two employees suggested it may have accidentally been placed in another persons car and they would check the camera footage. I was hopeful to receive answers until they shared that their cameras were fried! No camera footage, no insurance card, and no accountability from them to acknowledge this error. They did not display any empathy or remorse for their mistake and did not even make an attempt to rectify the situation. No future discount and no apology. I was simply expected to accept their claims. Poor management and customer service is an understatement. Many different employees with different answers for where my insurance card went, but unfortunately I guess we wont know because they dont even have cameras that work.

I came to this kwik kar to get my oil changed and left a happy customer! They were very nice and professional. They even topped off my fluids, aired up my tires and vacuumed my car!! 10/10 recommend!

Ive been there for years and Ive never had any bad experiences with them. They are great!

I pulled in and asked if I could pay them to put air in my tires. The guy said that they didnt charge to do so but that I could leave his workers a tip if I wanted to. I happily agreed. The front two tires pressure was aired to 40 and I noticed as the two men walked toward the rear tires. I asked if they could instead be placed at 35. One of the workers responded with a look of disgust and agitation that wasnt very delightful to see. I dont know if he was having a bad day or what but it did not give me the confidence to return for the oil change that I now need.

They absolutely went above and beyond to help me with my car. I brought it here after taking it to another mechanic shop, who tried to rip me off, and I wish I brought it here 1st. Will definitely be bringing both my vehicles here from now on.

I just wanted to give everyone notice they tried hard to RIP ME OFF. I got an oil change and inspection on my ford fusion. Went to check out the man said $109.00 i looked at the price board it said oil change $53.00 and inspection $25 i asked him why it was so high he said they for got to take off the AIR FILTER i did not ask for or get, there was a $4.80 cent up charge for synthetic blend and a $9.50 cent bottle charge they did not tell me about. I would not have left this review but yesterday i noticed my windshield washer fluid was empty and my tire pressure was low in all 4 tires. I will not be going back. Richard

Had a lot of times I have come to this location and the work is great people are friendly, and informative. However on these times not one employee was following state mandated mask wearing . Made me more aware of the fact that they do not care as much as they try to indicate.

I am so happy that this shop was recommended. I spoke with Billy before taking my vehicle in. Billy listened to my concern and just from the conversation on the phone was honest. Man Kwik Car Crowley is the best. Please for all those who like good work and great customer service check them out. Ive been here twice for routine maintenance on both family cars and was really pleased with my experience each time. Everyone there is professional and courteous, they get you in and out even when theyre busy, and their prices are fair. Would definitely recommend over any local competitor.

When we moved to the DFW area two years ago, my biggest fear was that I wouldnt be able to find an honest mechanic. See, my dad and my uncle run a shop back home in Missouri and theyve literally always taken care of my vehicles.I was pleasantly surprised to find that a place that looks like not much more than an oil and lube joint houses such a group of skilled fellas and really fair dealers. Theyve always been kind and helpful, have never treated me like I was just a woman, and I have never felt like they took me for a ride, so to speak.Kwik Kar is also fast. I dont know how they can do it all for the rates they charge, but I appreciate them so much. Not really knowing anyone in the area means that even the smallest thing turns into a leap of faith.This mechanics daughter is so glad she took the jump with Kwik Kar of Crowley. Good work, guys. Extremely quick inspection for my car, in and out and reasonable cost

Been coming here for about 2 to 3 years now love this place. Had a little complication today was taken care of Billy was professional about it I cant thank them enough. Me and my wife will still get our car service here appreciate you Billy.

Charged me $80 for half a pound of freon and made me wait half an hour AFTER my vehicle was done. They just parked it and left me to wait. Not coming back.Edit: The fact is that I came in to get my A/C fixed, was charged $80 for something that wasnt what I needed, and my A/C is not fixed. Everywhere I have gone before here did not charge for a quote nor a diagnosis. On top of that, once it was discovered that a freon refill would not have done what I needed, I should have been consulted before any work was done, one of the reasons I left my number to be contacted. Charging me $10 for freon that should not have been used and $70 for labor that should not have been done is dishonest.Additionally, I was browsing the internet on my phone in the lobby while I was waiting for my car. Short of if had I been speaking on the phone outside in private, Im not sure how it could have been interrupting. Again, I left my phone number to be contacted. Obviously, I wished to be contacted, even if it meant leaving a voicemail were I to be speaking. There was clearly a lot of negligence before this point was reached.

The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The mechanics were accurate with the diagnostics of my daughters car and fair in their fees.

Shady mechanics wanting you to leave money in the cup holder to get service done that you can go elsewhere and have done for normal price. Case in point needing a state inspection saying my window tint is too dark. My windows are tinted legally 35%. This is the second time thats happened to me at this location and there wont be a third time, shame on you.Thee technician specifically said just leave $10 in the cupholder and we will get it knocked out the first time was a different mechanic and he wanted $20 in the cup holder. The Ford dealer ship said my windows are fine and legal.

Super easy to deal with, however I’ve only used them for basic oil changes.

Went in with a hole in a radiator hose. They insisted I needed a new thermostat and radiator flush for $235. Well 2 months later my car running hot. So I took my car to poly radiator shop. The guy there say they use bleach to flush my radiator than use 50/50 and top it off with water. So I lost heat in my car as well. He fix they horrible terrible no good job for 80 bucks.Now I feel save driving my car again and got my heat back. I will not be back.

Have gone here a few times, my husband and his family have been coming here for years, but today I had a less than good experience and will not be back. I had an oil change over a week ago and my car was still leaking oil, the maintenance light came on and when I went back to have them look at it the guy just reset my light and said that it was just residual oil drippings, maybe it wasnt tightened enough and sent me on my way. I wouldve been okay with that if it had been yesterday that my oil was changed but it was 11 days ago and I still had leaking oil and leaving for a 1,000 mile road trip.So I went to another place to have them just do a check and they replaced the gasket and tightened the plug with a wrench to make sure it was sealed. For free mind you and it took 15 minutes maybe. They are my new oil change place now, Ill see them when I return from my road trip. Everyone has bad days I get it, but the other place exceeded my expectations so I will be going there.Edit:My husband continued to use this place despite my bad experience. He felt it was just a one time deal. Yet again we didn’t have an optimal visit. We weren’t given the window sticker advising when to come in for an oil change. To me if you miss the standard small stuff how can I trust you with the maintenance of my vehicle. We are done. Husband agrees this time. Good work is in the details.

10 minute car inspection. Fast and Ez.

Service was quick and professional.

Went in for a brake line and rotors and pads. The genious used an impact on the banjo bolt and snapped it off. Told I would have to come back tomorrow, too late to get new bolt. Came back next day, told they couldnt get it till the NEXT day[day 3]. When it came time to pay, I demanded a reduced bill for 3 days it took to do a simple brake job. The owner told me bolt broke coming out, and these things happen. Thats a damn lie, the mechanic TOLD me he broke it while tightening it. Owner finally relented to 10 percent off for a 48 hour brake job. Then while going home the front right locked up [so much for new rotors] and I had to bleed the brakes on the side of the hiway. These idiots never even bled the brakes. They are not just incompetent, they are dangerous.

Dont trust this place, I took my diesel here and they didnt tighten back oil cap and i guess its the reason I had to replace engine. Plus they always try to over sale you, saying ur wipers are torn. Bs. Go somewhere else. 💥💥and yes not tightening oil cap will blow an engine. Power Motor Sports told me oil had been blowing from oil cap! And yes it is the correct place.

One of the guys at this location was asking for cash up front and then cutting the price of a tune-up, oil change, etc.. In half.

Went in for an inspection and an oil change, about an hour and a half before close, and was told that they were no longer taking inspections because they were closing soon. Either I was lied to because no one wanted to deal with it or their posted business hours arent correct either way I was a bit aggravated in the way they handled it and it made me feel like my business was unwanted. Needless to say Ill be taking my vehicles elsewhere from now on.
