Went to Kroger on 8/2/21. We went to the one in Crowley. It was around 10pm. Aidon was our cashier. He needed a hair cut something fierce.His hair covered all of his face. I felt like the character cousin it from the Adams family show was checking us out. It was down to his shoulders and covered the entire face. Im not joking at all. It covered entire face. I thought at least they would some kind of dress code that covers clothing and hair. his hair was not pulled back in a pony tail. It was not even brushed out. Come on Kroger. When you first opened that sore from the very start It was clean. The employees were dressed in a dress code of some sort. They also had their pulled back so you could see their faces when they spoke to you to say welcome to Kroger. Matter of fact No one greeted us at all when we came in. Most stores do have least one person to say welcome to {to name of store). The store store its self was not stocked at all. had to ask if regular milk was in the back. The whole store was not stocked at all. It looked as though there was a full pledged riot had come through there and wiped them out. I had to give it a one star so it would post this. My star grading would be absolutely no stars at all. Come on Kroger with the high prices you charge in your store. that was another issue I had with them. For a slice of cake $5.00. Next time Ill go to Winco.

If I could give 0 I would. They are disrespectful. They know before hand like any other establishment if they will be low staffed. But will wait 20-30 to call you and tell you your order can’t be ready. The manager will get on the phone and yell at you. All but cuss you out. And make you feel like a inconvenience for even shopping there.

I ordered flowers for a employee/friend and I googled florists in the area and read all the reviews. They were some accommodating and friendly.

The store may be ok as a whole but the pharmacy is an absolute joke. Prescriptions are rarely ready when they are supposed to be. Will call in multiple orders and always end up driving the 20 minutes several times because they cant fill all the orders at once. And dont try to call after hours and leave a message simply because, 1. They wont returns calls and, 2. Their own people say they dont actually listen to their messages anyway. We are moving down the street to another pharmacy and I would recommend anyone looking to switch to find another place.

I visited the kroger store Sunday morning and these people had no mask protector. We are in a COVID-19 crisis and people are dying, including family members, and the community is not cooperating. Kroger should not let people in without protectors. We are running risks of contaminating COVID 19 from people who do not use protection.

Second time in the last few weeks - no half gallon skim milk, not even organic. I asked and was told the milk truck comes in tomorrow like Im supposed to drop everything and come back to the store tomorrow. HEB and WalMart are close by so I may have to start shopping there. I asked to speak with a manager but I was told he was tied up but I could see him chatting with an employee not ten feet away, yet hes too busy to talk with a customer thats in his store at least twice a week. Not a good experience.

What is going on with Kroger. 11:15 in the morning and Meat market is closed . Maybe you should take care of your associates.

Ok I shop for Instacart so I frequent this store often. Please Please train your baggers how to bag groceries properly. They just throw your stuff in a bag. I dont want my customers bacon and yogurt bagged with my HOT Roasted Chicken! Its bagging 101! Cold with cold, hot with hot. Also, please dont bag cleaning products with food. Cross contamination!!!!. But your cashiers for most part are all nice. Just please retrain your baggers!!

Love this location but too many customers walking around WITHOUT MASKS. COVID-19 is real it’s not “fake news” I will not be coming back to this location. I seen too many ppl during a packed time allowed to talk around with either no mask on at all or it was under their chin. It’s ridiculous that people are dying over this and so many not taking it seriously. This is why it spreads as fast as it does. Not one worker said anything to these people. I didn’t feel safe shopping in there...

Prices are comparable to all other grocery stores except Walmart but seem to always be better stocked.Update on review....I normally enjoy a quick run and out of a couple items but seems like they are closing out of my most favorite item that I have not been able to find anywhere else. I hope this doesnt happen without a replacement.

Great food great prices but if you have a spouse who works there be prepared to never see them. They dont care about your family just the job. And dont have a great work ethic cause you will be taken advantage of. People dont care about the workers just the customers. I miss my husband kroger

This store has stopped carrying any kind of specialty items. I looked online today for malt vinegar at this location and their website said it was on Isle 7. My husband went to pick it up and the store employee told him to go to Long John Silvers! Really? Great customer service, huh? I even ran into another customer at this location before the pandemic who was equally as frustrated and she said Im not coming to this store EVER again, they used to carry all kinds of things and now, you cant find anything here.

The staff at this location were so helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Sergio for patiently assisting me today. You allowed the cashier to open an additional lane then offered me an explanation for what went wrong. Other employees answered inquiries about where to find products on which aisles. Great shopping experience today 👍

Kroger as a chain is great. I have shopped at Kroger and Smiths all my life. I recently switched back to Kroger from Wal-Mart to take advantage of their gas program. I also started using Clicklist during the Covid-19 pandemic. I will never use Clicklist again after my experience today. Clicklist does not show out of stock items while shopping online. This does not allow the consumer to make their own substitutions while shopping leaving this up to the teenagers who are pulling orders. I received an e-mail prior to picking up my order with the out of stock items. I went into the store to make my own substitutions and then checked in to pick my order. They found items that were reported as out of stock and delivered to my car. I asked them to take them back and give a credit but was advised they would not take them back but would issue a credit. Other items reported out of stock were in the store, just not sure how hard they looked. I was also missing items for the first time. I called up and spoke with a representative. They would not uphold what their associate told me, instead asked me to come back to the store and return the duplicate items. They did credit for the missing items.I also received one bag per item ordered causing an overflow of shopping bags. I do keep them for my bathroom trash can, but I received over 30 plastic shopping bags for this order alone. What a waste.Overall I believe the online grocery program is a good idea but Kroger does not have it right. They have lost my Clicklist business.

Absolutely love going to this location for the cleanliness and the friendliness of the employees. A few weeks back, I needed extra assistance and an ast mgr named Lisa was very accommodating. This location is out of my way but thanks to Lisa, this is now my Kroger!!!

This Kroger is still newer compared to others and is in a nice location. Store is very clean and has a good layout of the different sections. Selection is good and has everything you need.

Love Clicklist!!! Convenient but not always happy about the substitutions and the bread was molded on one occasion. But overall Ive been satisfied.

Love the scan your own and go. Sometimes in a hurry, most of the time just enjoy the walk and visit with employees to let them know I appreciate them

Very good, Ive shopped Kroger before I moved from Arlington to Crowley, 17 years ago. I know competition is high, but shopping at Kroger today, there were several items I did not purchase due to pricing as I felt the pricing wastoo high. Kroger employees were as usual welcoming and helpful.

It used to be my store for about a decade but it is no longer open 24 hours and the inventory has been unnecessarily moved around to where I cant find many things that I used to buy regularly. Its too bad, I could stop by on my way to work at 5am to grab some lunch for the week conveniently since I drive right by every morning, now that is no longer an option for me.

I was very pleased with my experience. I never use self check - out, but the lady there was very helpful in helping me out when my items wouldnt scan.

Easy to find what Im looking, floors were really clean and the employees were nice and respectful.

I came into store to grab some steaks that where onsale. They only sold them in packs of 6 buy 6 get 6 free 12 steaks for 2 people would take along time to eat. Wish you would of packaged some of the steaks in smaller packages

Ive been going to this location for more than 10 years and have always had good service. They recently moved most of the items the store and its not very intuitively or logically arranged. Its going to take me a while to learn where everything is again.

Ive always had good experiences with Krogers Deli. I purchased the Bucket Value of Fried Chicken with sides for a good price. The sides were terrible....the mashed potatoes taste like cardboard, the green beans were not cook, and the macaroni and cheese was okay. My guest were very disappointed with the food.*I spoke with management and they were apologetic and stated they would check the batch* Unfortunately, I will not ask my guest to try it again.

This is a place where you can get a little bit of everything you need in your household. Sometimes a little more pricey than Id like but always have items in stock.

This is a good store to shop at. Most of the employees are very helpful, however there are a few that dont seem to care. Store is starting to show its age. Maybe a little makeover is needed. Love the Kroger sales, so I will always stop in from time to time.

They have recently rearranged the store so i cant always find what Im looking for right away. I like that i usually dont have to wait very long to checkout because they keep enough lanes open. Produce is fresher than Wal-Mart. Love free Friday downloads and that they send me custom coupons based on my frequent purchases. It pays to have a reward card. Store its always clean and organized.

Clean and bright. The fresh/deli section is great. I also know they are a great and willing community partner!

Always good prices and helpful staff. Watch when you charge gas though. I used my AMEX card for $24.50 worth of gas and they hit me with $300 temp charges. Reversed out $150 of it but still waiting 5 days for the rest to be reversed.

I have been in the store 3 times and had to call once. Every single time the employees I came in contact with were awful.*edited to change from 1 star to 2. I picked up some empty boxes this morning and all 3 of the employees I spoke to who stock your shelves overnight were very nice.

Burleson Local Reviewer -I live right around the corner and this is the best place to go for GAS and if you are in a hurry. Employees are always friendly and helpful even if the prices are higher than most grocery stores. The craft beer selection could use a little help though with a bigger selection, but the wine selection is huge.

I have shopped at this kroger for ten years. In ten years they have done four remodels. I cant stand the constant remodeling, neither can others. I usually speak to 2-4 other customers who are trying to find things. We all complain about the constant change. BUT they also have a great selection on everything. And the produce and meat staff are great. If I cant find something they quickly run to the back to see if they have more. When my boys were tots I would have to buy each of them a banana before we could start our marathon shopping. The mangers noticed this and would give them their bananas for free.

The self checkout process is much quicker and user friendly more so with the produce easy to look up even a layman can be a cashier!!!!!!Fresh produce great prices!!!!

Management, not at the store, has made it hard, if not impossible, to find what is needed. They think they can fly a plane from the back seat, if not some damn office located in another state! Let local management decide what is best for the clients they see every day. Piss poor management from the top. Will cost you a long time client.

This is a pretty good store. Its clean and shelves are stocked in an orderly fashion. The prices are a little bit higher than other grocery stores (eg. $1.00 for a regular size Snickers Bar) but it is right down the street. If theres just a couple of things to pick up, I will go here, rather than going to the other side of town where I usually shop. On a positive note, Krogers brand products are not that bad in value

I LOVE this store! Well not so much the candy isle. They seriously need to have some of the popular sugar free options.The perk of shopping at any kroger is to download the app and use it. I love the convenience of being able to add the coupons onto my card before I go shopping. Kroger has mindblowing sales.They also have the scan, bag and go option. This location has the best produce section Ive seen in a long time. I was in produce heaven. I can not say enough about this store. I wish I would have gotten some names, but every time I need help the staff are awesome, and the cashiers are so helpful and patient. I was even lost looking for something and worker asked me if they could help me find what I was looking for. That worker went out of his way to help me. I will shop there from now on. Done with this Kroger for good. Multiple times I have purchased ground sirloin only to find its FULL of fat. I stopped shopping there but my sister who recently moved in with me shopped there for a few things. Right now Im writing this sick to my stomach by some Ritz Bits she just bought from there. They tasted awful.. Turned out they expired SEVEN months ago! Are you kidding me? Totally unacceptable! She already threw the receipt away otherwise Id take them back up there. Im so disgusted right now.

All of the people who work at Kroger are just outstanding. They are kind, friendly and very helpful. I wouldnt dare try to name them all for fear of leaving someone out but I can tell you that I have a friend who lives in Mexico. He owns a resort bed & breakfast in Acapulco and when he comes for a visit, one of his favorite places to go is Kroger! Its true! He says that there is no such thing as a grocery store where everyone is so friendly there and he just loves to go to our Kroger in Crowley!!! Its like my second home! Thank you all for all you do!

This particular store is awesome, from seafood to produce the assortment is astonishing. They even take alot of pride in keeping a chic wine selection.

Have good sales, but everytime I go to any Krogers I get something rung up wrong. I have filled out their surveys where you are suppose to get bonus points towards gas for doing the survey, but I never get the points. I never get a reply back when I complain on the surveys about a sale item ringing up full price.

Normally a good grocery store. April 24, 2017 had aisles of empty shelves and couldnt even find oatmeal. I hope this will be fixed soon.

My favorite store to shop at, very clean, the floor plan is laid out perfectly no guessing or reversing which I hate in most grocery stores. Not this one. Prices are actually on par and counter other prices comparable for items at other stores. Check outid never huge hassle and the over all customer base doesnt tear up the store.

I have been a Kroger customer for nearly 20 years. Both Mansfield locations now the Crowley location. It seems they are always out of things. I went 3 weeks in a row in October, they were out of Kroger brand homestyle orange juice. My girlfriend wanted fingerling potatoes. Nope. Had to go to Burleson location. They had about 75lbs worth. Made chili last Monday. No ground chuck and no Trappies Jalapinto beans. Really? These are just a few of the items off the top of my head. Whoever is in charge of ordering needs to get their stuff together. I guess Ill just drive a little further and go to Burleson. Or there is an Albertsons about 2 miles from my house.

The people are nice and so is the store. Some of the items are only available in the more expensive name brand so things like stew meat cost $6.29 a pound which is insane even if Nolan Ryans name is on it. But pork is usually on a huge sale so that helps.

It was a Great shopping experience. In addition, I really enjoy the serving staff in the store.

I found everything that I was looking for.

Going in employee gathering baskets was just in doorway and I reached for the first one and he just pushed all of them back. I walk with cane and almost fell. He just laughed and went on his way. It would be nice if your employees cared about customers.

I am highly upset because I came into the pharmacy to purchase Sudafed at the counter. I gave my ID as is required and the tech took my information and entered it into the computer. He was having some sort of unexplained problem and called another tech over to assist and then came back and said it was denied and gave me a slip and turned around and walked off with no further explanation. I came home and researched the slip because I know I haven’t bought any of these products and low and behold the tech registered a sale of Sudafed to my DL. I now have to wait because the tech does not know how to properly operate the system, this along with the fact that the techs did not explain what the issue is is extremely frustrating and nerve racking. Needless to say I will not use this pharmacy for any of my needs in the future. I don’t understand why they could not research the purchases and see there was an error on their part. Just horrible service. I will not be back to this pharmacy.

Not treated nicely when returned bad meat that I purchased one hour before. My son commented that customer service agent must really hate her job. I suggested that they check the other meat on same display. She didnt even respond to me. All other employees were kind and helpful.

Ive always loved Kroger and this store is one of the signature markets. I love the variety this store offers from gourmet cheese to sushi, this is my go to store.

They had some good prices on produce and milk. Its a really clean well stocked store also.

I like Kroger, But when management changes the store up it takes longer to the products that i Purchase and makes me want to go to h. E. B., And the employees are helpful when you need to find the product that management has changed up.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a product that was less than $10 at another location. When I finally went to use the product a couple days later I discovered that the main part of the product wasnt even in the box. So I took it back to my normal Kroger, as the one I purchased it at happened to be more than 20 miles from where I live due to just what I was doing that day. First, no one was at Customer Service, they had to page someone, who took more than 5 minutes to show up. When she finally gets there, shes NOT nice or polite, never smiles, just takes the box after I explain and show her what happened, she asked for a receipt, I explained I didnt have it, but did use my Kroger card # when I purchased it, knowing they can look up the receipt. She tried telling me she couldnt look it up if I purchased it from another location. I told her I wasnt looking for my money back, I just wanted what I paid for, and wanted an exchange. She then proceeds to call for a manager. I am getting a little upset since I have done customer service for 10 years, and know she has the ability to make that decision on a small item. I am also horribly sick. Not once did she say, Im sorry maam, I just have to have my manager make this decision Nothing. No apology no acknowledgement, nothing. This woman should NOT be in Customer service (Pat). The manager (Russell) came up front, and they whisper to one another (again, I know what these whispers are, I have done this job for 10 years) and the manager says, Im sorry, without a receipt I cant exchange this for you, you have to take it back to where you got it. Its policy. I. Went. Off. Cussed him up and down, wont lie. Unprofessional? Totally, but to be given the line that you give someone you suspect stole something was enraging. So I called Kroger Corporate. Guess what? Pat, she lied. According not only to corporate, but the actual store manager, she CAN see those transactions. And that not being able to exchange from a different store and it being policy? Wanna guess again? Ding ding! ALSO A lie!!! Both according to Corporate AND his own store manager. Anything under $10 or $15 (cant remember which) they are supposed to just exchange! That is all I wanted! So the Corporate rep emailed me a copy of my receipt, and I took it back up there. This time I DID want my money back. I dont want them having a dime of my money in their hands. I even made sure Russell was the one to give me my money back. Oh, and he insisted that he would have done it, but he had a problem with my language. Language which, btw, wasnt anything but polite until after he decided to lie to me. Yeah. DO NOT shop here unless you want to be treated like you stole something. I have never stolen anything in my life on purpose (weve all found that random thing at the bottom of the cart you forgot about) and I certainly wasnt going to start with a stupid $8 product. HORRIBLE customer service.

Pharmacy - My wife was in a cat accident. Had to pick up several medications after hospital stay. Very friendly and helpful. Everybody there asks about her now when they see me.

Kroger has produce that actually molded within 2 hours of purchase. The bathrooms are not very clean. Kroger refuses to provide clean paper toilet seat paper, the only large grocery chain to be so cheap

This is my 2nd favorite Kroger, hence only 4 stars. The Crowley Kroger needs to get the Burleson stores level when it comes to alcohol. If I’m going to pay the extra $$ to shop at Kroger it will be the Burleson location for the beer selection. Overall the store is clean and the people are friendly.
