I do NOT like the new management. I think it was a bad judgement call raising the rent during Covid, too. Then close at 9 pm instead of 24 hours. Its convenient at night because work is at night. New guy said he can make the rules then change them whenever he wants. He said thats called management. That I could leave if I dont likeit

Made a reservation online which was simple to do.. Showed up 15 minutes before close due to my work schedule. Lady at the service desk was polite & seemed happy to see me. She got me signed in quickly, took the time to show me the unit, & completed my lease. Answered any questions I had & even gave a 5% discount for prior military.

Janet was very helpful in obtaining the unit I needed and getting everything taken care of for me. Plus I got to borrow a moving box truck to move all my stuff over for free!

Amazing customer service and extremely friendly! The entire process was quick and easy and the facility itself is very nice!

I have been so impressed with this storage facility. I have used storage places before but this place by far is the best. The staff Cindy and Mark are wonderful. The former managers are gone. The mice are here. The trash is here. The rudeness of the new managers..here. Inside the building is 80° on a day where it is 73° outside. There is no moving air. I had sweat and mouse droppings all over me. I was the only one that cared. I used to be able to go inside my storage, look for something and not sweat and certainly not have mouse damage to my stuff and mouse droppings on me. They used to let their customers use their carts for free. Now you must rent them. They have gone way way way down hill! The next time I need a storage facility, I will pass this place by.This management team at this location takes great pride in this location and it shows. The facility is clean, bug and rodent free. They really work to keep it this way. As long as Cindy and Mark are the management team our family will continue to be return customers. I just can not say enough about Cindy and Mark to convey how great they are. They are a real asset to this company.

I had to change days for the rental due to an emergency. They were very accomadating. I also had to get a bigger storage unit since I had more than expected. They still made it happen and were very nice about it.

Quiet,clean with enhanced security features for access and exit. Roomy and on-site security personnel .Office hours are posted clearly almost sounds like a 24hrs/7days almost 365days except for major holidays obviously when we all get a break from work .Best deal ever 2 months free just pay Insurance.Nobody can beat that 💯.

I went to the Mini U Storage in Crowley yesterday to check on my storage building. When I got there it was in the name of the movers who stored my items. The managers were very accomodating, and helped me through the process of getting on the lease to be able to have access to my belongings.I am very grateful for their assistance and will reccomend this storage facility to anyone needing their belongings placed in storage.

I already had a storage unit here but had to get a bigger one and the staff made it easy. I had a new unit in less than 30 minutes, they loaned me a cart to help make the move easier and I was done in under 2 hours. Couldnt be happier.

Show up tonight to put stuff in storage and the manager advises they changed hours to limit access and no longer 24/7. One reason I went with them was the 24/7 access to our stuff. They didn’t even inform anyone they were changing access hour.

This is the only storage place I used since finding them in 2016. They make you feel like family & they always make sure you are good. Highly recommend them👍

I would give them 5 stars, they definitely deserve it for their customer service, the one and only thing that caused them to loose that 5th star, is there are NO lights inside the storage units! Which really sucks! They allow 24 hour access, but you cant see inside your unit if the suns not out....very disappointing.

We have been customers before the company was bought by Mini I Storage. Mainly because of the great couple who run the Crowley location store. They have always been so friendly and helpful. I feel like my belongings are safe and I feel safe when I’m there (sometimes it has been in the middle of the night.)

We are very pleased with this storage facility. The staff is helpful, friendly, and efficient. They provided business cards for several movers that have been recommended by their customers, which was a great help. We also used their moving truck to moved boxes. This is a clean, well kept facility. Cost is very reasonable, especially when compared to facilities in or closer to Fort Worth.

Very friendly and professional staff, they offer free water and a free lock (though we decided to return the free lock to them instead of keeping it for ourselves). The owners are very nice and hospitable. Would recommend this highly recommend this storage facility.

I have had a unit there for over 3 years. I’ve had nothing but exceptional service. But the other day I was cleaning out my unit for an upcoming yard sale. Although it’s January, Texas January’s aren’t what they used to be. But anyways I was out there for hours and Mark comes riding up on his golf cart and offers me a couple of bottled waters. He also offers me a couple of trash bags and says if there’s anything else I need,I could let him know.Now I can’t remember the last time anyone’s ever offered me service like that. For that reason alone, I will remain a customer at Mini U Storage.

I feel safe renting from here knowing that my stuff is safe. And the people that work here are nice and very helpful. I’ll continue to rent from here as long as everything stays good and nothing bad happens.

I used MiniU Storage in Crowley, TX for 5 yrs while I was out of state. It is especially hard to be 2,000 miles away from your precious belongings. I always felt very safe with MiniU Storage. Every time I called, I always talked to the same person. Very friendly, very professional. The facility was clean and maintained. Im back now and all of my belongings are safe with me. This place is awesome! The operators are very hospitable - they keep tons of complimentary water on hand for YOU. You get 24/7 access. the units themselves are clean and in good repair. You can use their moving truck free to move your stuff in. Its a great place!

Went to rent space. i am a one legged old manI was 6 feet from door I gave my nurse cc and ask her to rent the space. I was 6 feet from door. easy to see and check with refused to allow her to rent it. made me get out of car and come in. when i ask why she could not rent the space, was told if it was a problem i should go some where else. oh by the way the 6 feet for him turned in to 45 feet for me in a wheelchair on steep up hill. went a mile up the road tp cubesmart self storage very nice and helpful.
