First time to the Crown Point IN store, associates very helpful with my questions, offered suggestions and even carried my paint to my car!!! They put my paint on file, and lucky they did, it made it so easy to send someone to get more paint!! Definitely going back!!

They did a great job when I had to paint a difficult room that was dark grey, and wanting a lighter color. They showed me the Sherwin-Williams app and even helped me with colors to help decorate the room. Great pricing too, got 30% off and another $10 for spending $50. Prices comparable if not better than the big box stores.

All employees are helpful and knowledgeable. The designer on staff the day we went, Jill, was very helpful when deciding on a color! I was trying to match a color in my home and didnt have a picture, so the gentleman at the desk pulled the names of all the colors my builder has purchased from them to help me better determine the color. And Jill found all the swatches for me, which was extremely helpful!

The paint is amazing. The service and recommendations are great. I worked with Jill at the Crown Point, Indiana store and she was spot on on the recommendation for going one shade lighter on the shade.

We are using CertaPro Painters and they highly recommend Sherwin-Williams and that is the paint they use which says a lot. The only issue I had is that the person that worked with me to schedule our color consult either was fairly new or the computer system was really terrible. It took a long time for her to enter my information in for the color consultant.
