Improve loyalty program for customers who purchase coffee frequently

Fantastic service horrible products . The manager obviously doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. I have seen the manager undermine his employees, the products they sell are almost expired, it’s disgusting

Always have friendly service. I love that its open 24 hours. Very convenient and close to home. Very clean. They also sell dresses and other clothes there. I bought 3 dresses there for $14.99 and they are cute as hell

I stop here almost daily. Every morning there is fresh coffee, food, and fruit. Even in the afternoon on my way home they still have fresh coffee to get me through the rest of my day. I love that not only do they have the normal hotdogs and other greasy food options but they also offer fruit and other healthy options right at the register. Not to mention the cashiers are also very helpful with getting you in and out in a timely fashion but are also friendly as they do it.

Im honestly not a huge fan of 7-11 in general but the crew here is really nice. They keep their store clean and well stocked. Hats off to them

I grew up in the area and 7-11 is a great place to shop at. Very nice employees.

I wanted a quick stop for cigs and a snack ..what I got was verbally assaulted because my driver (an elderly widow) has trouble parking.while in the store I observed clerk outside store harassing my driver(only car in parking lot) at which time I are attempted to exit the store and met at door by clerk who proceeded to shove me out the door in which I ended up on the ground outside the store
